Excellent home in the perfect location. It truly feels like a peaceful retreat, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, river view, and cozy fireplaces. The bedrooms are great sizes and comfortable. We made a meal in the kitchen and it was stocked well.

Excellent furnishings and extremely clean! Location private and easy access to highway. We had everything for a wonderful stay for adults and babies attending a family wedding in May. We enjoyed the hiking nearby.

We had a fabulous stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! The lawn area for games and fire pit for roasting smores was a hit with the kids -ages 2 and 6. Plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfy and having 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Thank you

Chateau Baring was a lovely, clean, well kept BRBO. The owners were great with communicating and flexible with check in and check out. We loved the property. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Mother’s Day getaway weekend. We will be back.

The host was super communicative, and everything was as described on VRBO. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and we cooked all meals at the house so it was nice having a well equipped kitchen.

Great cabin for ski trip!

Tammy was an excellent host and the accommodations were amazing for a long weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub.

Great stay

We stayed at chateau Baring with our group for 2 nights and it was great. The facilities were clean, and made up feel right at home. I would definitively recommend anyone to stay here.

We had an absolutely lovely time! The house was amazing and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub everyday. Plenty of firewood for outdoor fires too. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect family trip

My family of 7 had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent with a large backyard, river access, lovely back patio, hot tub and sauna, and e car charger. The kitchen was just big enough to cook in and keep tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Stay

Stayed at Chateau Baring for a weekend ski trip with friends. The property is gorgeous and we absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the sound of the nearby river after a long day on the slopes. The host was kind, responsive, and accommodating to our large group. Would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly relaxing getaway

Tammy was very accommodating for our gal’s trip! She allowed us to check in a little early and communicated promptly when I messaged her. The property was very clean. The power did go out for about 16 hours which apparently is pretty normal for the area. We made the most of it, and it was never really an issue. The backyard was wonderful for campfires and yard games! We even found a really nice area along the river for some water time about 10 minutes away. Would definitely book again!

Golden Birthday Extravaganza

We had a great stay, celebrated my youngest child's 10th birthday on the 10th with family that doesn't get to see each other often. Everyone loves it!

We spent a long weekend skiing at Steven's Pass and this cabin was perfect for our trip! Tammy was very communicative as a host. The cabin is super cozy and has everything you need to be comfortable. Beds were super comfy! Only 30 mins to the ski resort. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you bring sleep masks because there are no curtains or blinds on the bedroom windows.

We do have window coverings in Master Bedroom #1. We have been undecided as to whether to put the same type blinds in the other three bedrooms. The upstairs windows have a gorgeous view of the woods outside. We thought it was more like a picture. I do appreciate your feedback as no one has told me that this bothers them. We will install them asap.

Beautiful home

Really beautiful home that is just as described. There is some noise due to proximity to trains but if windows are closed it is not too loud. The yard is really beautiful, with hot tub as a nice bonus.
