Dejlig 4 soveværelser sydvendt villa med opvarmet swimmingpool

Casa das Vinhas ligger i sin egen grund på 4 hektar, der engang var en vingård (deraf navnet), men nu er omgivet af oliven-, carob-, fig- og mandeltræer. Villaen vender mod syd med dejlig udsigt over landskabet og rundt til bjergene i Monchique. Denne dejlige villa har sin egen private opvarmede swimmingpool omgivet af en stor terrasse og med trin fra terrassen ned til de anlagte haver nedenfor. Foran villaen er der et stort parkeringsområde og carport. Dette er en vidunderlig ramme for en afslappende og fredelig ferie, men inden for rækkevidde af vandland, golfbaner og byen Armacao de Pera kun 2 km væk.

Très belle maison !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa durant le mois d’août ! Le cadre est parfait avec une maison au milieu des vignes et la piscine chauffée offre un vrai confort. Communication très fluide avec Patricia la propriétaire qui est extrêmement gentille ! Petit bémole sur la climatisation qui est indiquéealors qu’il n’y a que des ventilateurs

Fantásticas Vacaciones

Inmejorable esperiencia. La casa reúne todo lo buscado. Tranquilidad, limpieza, acondicionamiento etc. La casa dispones de todo tipo de utensilios para hacerte cómoda y agradable la estancia y además de acogedora es muy práctica. Muchas gracias por unos fantásticos días.fantásticos días en tu bogar

Simplesmente divinal....

Excelentes férias

Villa muito acolhedora, com excelentes condições, ideal para umas férias em família. O contato com a proprietária foi sempre extremamente agradável e a oferta com que fomos presenteados à chegada maravilhou-nos a todos. Recomendamos vivamente.

Piece of Portugal Heaven

A beautiful, spacious property, surrounding by nature and peace and quiet! Yet, still close to all the amenities you will need. The villa itself has a real home from home feel, with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. The pool was lovely and we all spent most of our week at the villa, in the pool. Pieadad the housekeeper is a true gem and is happy to help and give any advice. One of those finds that we would be very happy to return to and having travelled the world and stayed in many, we don’t often find ourselves saying that!

Wonderful idyllic villa

A home away from home , a beautiful countryside setting but just over a five minute drive to armacao de pera , and the heated pool is wonderful for everyone young and old

Brilliant villa!

One of the best villas we've stayed in within Portugal, ticked all the boxes: • Clean • Well maintained • Great outdoor space • Well equipped A car is definitely required but there are supermarkets and restaurants near by. We can't fault the villa and would happily recommend to others. Special thanks in Patricia and Piedad.

Casa Soberba e Tranquila

A casa tem tudo para uma excelente estadia. Inserida numa zona sossegada e bem localizada. A piscina aquecida é fantástica. Tem todo o equipamento necessário. The Villa is beautiful and set in stunning surroundings

We are a party of 7 including a teenager and 7 year old who have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa das Vinhas and have all enjoyed every minute. The Villa is beautiful and set in stunning surroundings, we were the first visitors of the season and can only imagine how fabulous the gardens will be in the summer! The Villa was exactly as described, furnished to a high standard with every need thoughtfully taken care of. The heated pool was a real bonus and as we were fortunate to have good weather spent many happy hours around and in it. We hired a car and really enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, there is so much to see with towns, beautiful beaches and restaurants close by. There is nothing we can say to fault the Villa or our stay, from the ease of booking our holiday helped by excellent communication from Patricia the owner who strived to ensure all our requirements were met, the warm personal welcome note accompanied by a bottle of the Casa Das Vinhas wine from the Villas own vineyard and of course the ever helpful Piedade. Our only complaint is we all wanted to stay for at least another month!

superbes vacances en famille

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée, au calme, bien située auprès des principales villes de la région (Faro, Porcimao, Lagos, ect), attention il faut prévoir une voiture. La maison est jolie, la piscine chauffée superbe, tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, jeux pour enfants, boules, barbecue, cuisine bien équipée. La propriétaire (Patricia) est très sympathique et attentionnée en nous envoyant a l'avance par courrier les modalités pour arriver et vivre dans sa maison. Merci a Patricia et a la femme de ménage qui est aussi très gentille. allez y sans stress Patrice, Fabienne, Julien, Marie-laure, Jessica, Guillaume, Line, Jules (de Normandie,France)

Fantastic villa

Relaxing Idyll

A wonderful location for a relaxing break but just minutes from many amenities and activities that you may require but we barely moved from the pool side all week! The Villa is superbly equipped, we didn't have a fruitless search for anything, be it music, entertainment or kitchen utensils, its all there. The Villa was spotless on arrival and maintained that way by Piedade every week day. The communications, directions and documents were clear and supportive, we arrived after dark and we found it first time. I loved that all the ground floor rooms had separate access to the garden and pool area, not just a common access, this gave a great feeling of space. I would not only recommend this Villa but hope to return, our only mistake was booking one week instead of two (or a month!!).

Fantastic villa

Yet another wonderful break - this being our eighth visit. Even more special this time as our son and daughter-in-law arrived from America. Wonderful clean villa with everything you need. Pat the owner is only a phone call away if there are any problems and Piadade is always on hand. Hopefully many more holidays here.

We live in the Uk and our family of 4 have now left the nest, but are not too far away. During a busy career in the hotel and catering industry, we decided to purchase a property abroad and chose Portugal for a holiday home to get away from it all when needed. The children spent most of their summer school holidays in the Algarve and often invited their friends to join them.
All the family continue to visit Portugal for holidays and we just love the Portuguese people, the country, and especially the climate. We have recently developed a small vineyard on the property which gave us our first harvest in 2014 and we hope to bottle the wine in July 2015.

Casa das Vinhas neighbors our other property Casa Figueiral. The property became available in 2007 which also coincided with the family growing in numbers with grandchildren, and partners and the extra accommodation was needed to house us all. Since the purchase we have had many families taking both houses for summer holidays for the very same reasons. Our clients also enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and the lovely views the villa offers.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The villa is situated on a hill behind the busy town of Armacao de Pera which is only 2km away and provides us with one of the most wonderful long sandy beaches to be found in the Algarve. The beach is approximately 2 miles long and has several beach bars situated along the sand dunes and is one of the main reasons we chose the area. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants in the town, wonderful fish and vegetable market, supermarkets, and a variety of shops, banks, car rental companies and beach sports companies.
The location of the property is ideally situated to visit the East or Western parts of the Algarve. With the advent of the A22 motorway, we can travel to Sagres in the West or Vila Real San Antonio in the East, and into Spain, all within an hours drive from the villa. This also opens up a variety of beaches to visit along the coast, great cliff walks, water parks, lovely quaint villages in the mountains with wonderful restaurants offering traditional Portuguese dishes and the views are stunning. Easily accessible to all the 42 Golf courses in the Algarve even though we do have two courses within 5 minutes drive of us.
