Grand 32 På den bedste del af Seven Mile Beach. Pulveriseret sand, vandsport og god snorkling lige ud af din dør. Tæt på restauranter, barer og Camana Bay shopping og aktiviteter. Vores 2. og 3. sal Condo er blevet fuldstændig renoveret med nyt alt! I modsætning til andre enheder på Island Pine Villas, blev vores hems soveværelset udvidet og lukket. Hvis du bor hos os, har du et hyggeligt, privat ovenpå soveværelse med lille, eget badeværelse m / bruser, i tillæg til nedenunder (2. sal) soveværelse m / soldæk. Ovenpå er der et skrå loft, der påvirker brusebadet. Højre folk 5'10 "og op kan være mere behageligt brusebad i den store nedenunder bruser. Der er en lokal manager til at håndtere eventuelle behov, der måtte opstå.

Wonderful stay

We had a great week in Grand Cayman calling Island Pine Villa 32 our home. Great central location. Condo is steps away from the beach and kids loved having a pool as well as the ocean to play in. Condo was as described, had everything we needed!

Wonderful

We had the best time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach cooler, etc.we enjoyed the most incredible sunsets and water was calm and crystal clear. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the host was always easy to contact.the kids really enjoyed staying in the loft (secret room). We are looking forward to returning thank you!

Great retreat with lovely beach

We really enjoyed our time on Seven Mile Beach at this property. It's a great location to shops and restaurants and the walkway to Camana Bay was really pleasant and easy. And of course the beautiful beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Relaxed on the Beach

The property was easy to find and convenient for the transfer of luggage from the cab we'd taken at the airport. It was exactly as depicted in the photos and according to the information I received in answer to my questions. All communications, both prior and during our stay were clear and prompt. Being directly on the beach was fantastic, and it was only a short walk to restaurants and or a great grocery store, Foster's. We plan to return.

Great family vacation!

Our family of 5 loved staying at this property. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, the location is great. The condo has all you need to enjoy the beach or the pool. My 9 and 11 year old loved the upstairs room, it was just their size. Everything was comfortable and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would certainly come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Pines Villas.The close proximity to Camana Bay and shops along 7 mile beach was great.We really enjoyed walking the beach.The accommodations were nice. We definitely would stay at this condo again.

Island Pines 32

Overall great stay! Love staying at Island Pines every time we come to Grand Cayman. Unit 32 has a great set up. Clean and had most of everything that we needed. Enjoyed our time and would recommend staying there in the future.

Wonderful and well located condo!

Our host was wonderful and very communicative! Location is excellent and right on the beach with restaurants and grocery store/shopping at walking distance. Condo is very nice and clean! Highly recommend this location! Our family of 4 had a wonderful time!

Perfect Location with Beach

This was an ideal location for our stay. We had a small private beach with cabanas and crystal clear water. On cruise ship days people are at the Beach Club next door but it never felt overcrowded. The walking path to Camana Bay was right in front of the Condo. Inside condo had everything you could ask for. Was very clean and would love to come back!

Beachfront, clean, central, as advertised.

Super clean unit with great quiet section of the beach. Easy access to restaurants, and all the amenities of seven mile beach. We did a mix of relaxing and scuba excursions on the trip and the place was perfect.

Amazing!!!

This place was perfect!! It was well equipped for everything you will need for the beach and for your stay. The location is so convenient, walkable restaurants and shopping nearby! Best part is the pool and beach, it was pretty quiet during our entire stay so it felt very private. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Staying for my 50th Birthday with friends

Great location. It’s in the middle of everything. Easy access to great restaurants. We went directly across the street to Camana Bay and watched the sunrise. The beach access to the villas was so easy. Not crowded at all. We felt very safe at night walking to the different restaurants. We will definitely go back.

Simply Awesome

We spent two weeks there from 1 - 15 June 2024 and the condo was simply awesome. We lacked for nothing and the location was perfect. It is in the center of Seven Mile Beach and close to Camana Bay. The only thing missing is us still being there to enjoy scuba diving and Cayman. Thank you for hosting us for a great family vacation. Keith, Keline, Mark, and Deanna

Great stay!

My friends and I stayed at Mikki place for our friends wedding, the place was just as advertised, it was clean, pretty well equipped and a huge plus for us was the beach chairs for the beach just steps away. We would definitely book again! If you book this stay you won’t be disappointed. We had some questions during our stay and Mikki was very responsive.

Sneered getaway

Cayman Condo 32.

Although it is an older condo/complex it is clean, well maintained and updated, perfect for families. The location of the condo is close to shops, restaurants, and stores on West Bay RD and Camana Bay. I would definitely consider staying at that location again.

Perfect Location

Love this Condo! Very clean, great pool area, but the best part was location. Right next door to Coral Beach Club. Also jet ski, paddleboard, chair/umbrella rental right in front on the beach! 7 miles of perfect white sand & blue water. We are coming back.

Our family has been traveling to the Cayman Islands for years. We love the courteous people and the wide array of activities. The beach is the best we've ever visited. Our last visit, we were wading with a school of angel fish! Our 14 year old son is completely spoiled having learned to swim and snorkel in the waters of Cayman! Swimming in the ocean of the northeastern US is not the same! We're fortunate to now have a place we can call home in Grand Cayman.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose this property because it is a small complex and one of the few that recycles and has solar heat for the pool. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes and don't have to walk through a lobby! The pool is always warm. It's in a prime location. Beach is at it's sandiest, unlike the iron shore areas of 7 Mile Beach closer to Georgetown. We don't need a car as we can walk to shopping, restaurants and the movies at Camana Bay. Plus the internet is exclusive to our unit, so great connection if you need to do work while on vacay. Now that the unit is renovated it's like home for us.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our unit is unique in that we expanded and enclosed our loft bedroom and added a bathroom! The loft doesn't have windows and the ceiling is sloped. but now we have two private bedrooms and bathrooms. It's great for when our whole family comes down. We consider this an amenity and do not charge more for the extra bathroom and privacy. In addition to our local manager, Island Pines Villas has an onsite manager. This is not the case in most condo rentals. Secret word: vibrant
