"The View" Direkte kløft foran 2 soveværelser 2 bad lejlighed på 3. sal beliggende i Tower 1 i samfundet af Redington Towers er et must see. King size seng i soveværelse med et nyrenoveret master badeværelse, stort walk-in closet og fladskærms-tv. Master soveværelse har glasskydedøre, der fører til din balkon med uhindret udsigt over Mexicogolfen og stranden. Andet soveværelse har to dobbeltsenge, fladskærms-tv og et stort garderobeskab. Enheden kan sove 6. Balkonen strækker sig over både stuen og soveværelset for at se betagende solnedgange og hvide strande. Dejlig rummelig opholdsstue med fladskærms-tv og sovesofa (dronning). Loftsventilatorer er placeret i alle værelser. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med et separat spiseplads med udsigt over den kystnære vandvej. Spisestuen har et stort rundt bord med udsigt over bugten. Kabel, dvd-afspiller og internetadgang. Fælles vaskeri findes på samme etage. Denne enhed har en overdækket parkeringsplads. Ejendom er oprettet som en mini-udvej med 24 timers sikkerhed, lukket område, klubhus, fitnesscenter og en opvarmet golfbane foran den smukke tropiske landskabsarkitektur. Ingen kæledyr er tilladt. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at “The View”! Everything was in order and very clean. The furnishings made us feel very comfortable in our October getaway.

Our Reddington Vacation

We absolutely loved the condo The guest bedroom has 2 lg beds and a tv which was great for our family We also loved the storage room because I fish and we kept everything in there We plan on returning next year Joe was great even walked us through how to get the tv going after a power outage Also love the covered parking and wonderful fishing pier across the street We caught snapper and triple tail

This place visit fantastic. I was looking for a place to go relax and mentally recharge and this certainly did the trick. The view is breathtaking and the condo feels like home. The owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. So very kind. Definitely world stay again and have already recommended it to several friends.

First time with VRBO

This place was fantastic. The owners were great with communication and worked very hard to make everything as seemless as possible. The condo was clean, it had everything we needed. The property itself is lovely and the residents were all so nice. Quiet. Peaceful. We could see dolphins from our balcony. We will not hesitate to return!

Make memories while enjoying life through a different prism.

The sunsets and white beaches are what attracted me to stay at this gulf coast property. Partially still in “lockdown” from a worldwide pandemic, I was still able to work, read and socially distance on the beach from this extremely well kept property. The balcony, sunsets and white beaches may have attracted me to this property, but let me share with you just one morning. The sounds of the water calmly washing onto the beach lures me from my bed as if to say good morning. Coffee in hand I venture out to the balcony to view the awesome wonder of the enormous never ending waters which seem to meet the sky way off in the distance. The sun begins to peak through the buildings across the white beaches of the gulf coast. Quiet and empty for the moment. But, welcoming as the walkers and runners of all ages begin to join me and soak in the morning view. See, I am an early riser, but I went there for the sunsets. So different every one of them. Watching people on the beach (some nights joining them) trying to squeeze in those last few memories before the orange sun meets the beautiful sea. Memories last longer … I know my family and friends who happened to pop in believe so. I hope to be able to return. Sean If I haven’t convinced you to try this property let me tell you the owners made me feel very welcome by preparing a quick checklist of the condo’s features as well as “what’s good” in the area. The property is almost equidistant between Clearwater and St. Pete, but be prepared though when Gulf Blvd is busy it could take you a few extra minutes to get to those larger areas. However, my truck stayed parked most of the time in a secure area on property as I told the opportunity to walk around and take in the views.

If Joe and Sue’s place is available, don’t hesitate...book it

Joe and Sue’s place is basically perfect. The view from the balcony, which runs the entire width of the condo from living room to master bedroom, is breathtaking. It’s situated in a perfect ocean front location in the complex. Nothing between you and the water other than the sand. The beach itself is perfect for swimming and playing. No rocks. No reefs. Just soft sand. The condo itself feels like a home. The living area couch is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. The second you walk in you can tell this is somewhere the owners actually live 6 months a year. It didn’t feel like a rental. It feels like a home. The area is pretty quiet. There are grocery stores, etc. about two miles away. Publix is nice. Winn Dixie is way less expensive. We had a rental half the time. The other half we used Uber. About $16 round trip. There are also some good restaurants in the area. Sea Breeze is across the street with outdoor waterfront dining and $3 margaritas all day. If you need more excitement, Saint John’s pass is a 5 minute drive south, and Clearwater Beach is 20 minutes north. Both have all the shops, restaurants and boat/wave runner/bike rentals you could want. The hosts, Joe and Sue were instantly available by phone or text when we had a question. They get an A+ The only thing we didn’t like about our stay is that we had to leave. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone. It’s a gem.

Awesome place to stay if you love the beach!

Gated community with spectacular views of the sunset on the Gulf. Terrific balcony with sliding doors from the Master and the living room. Great renovated Master Bathroom. Fantastic in every way. Great hosts and wonderful place to stay.

AWESOME VACATION

We have been renting for the month of May for the past 10 years. By far this was the best condo. Extremely clean and well supplied. This was the first time we didn't need a thing. Whatever you could of thought of was there. If you follow the instructions that were clearly printed out and not skip any (like we did and called Joe) you will be all set-up in a short time. Now the rest is up to you to make it your AWESOME VACATION. Hope to rent the condo any from Joe and Sue. Thank you again for sharing your condo with us.

Beautiful view of the Gulf and grounds

We have been visiting the Gulf Coast from Sand Keys to Redington Shores for the past five years. This condo by far has been the "Best". From viewing it on line to actually seeing it. These pictures are not deceiving at all. What you see is what you get. A beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean condo with a homey, welcoming feeling. The gated community adds a real sense of security. Other renters and owners were very friendly. It was an all around nice environment. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Not to mention great views of the Gulf. Depending on what you like to do this area offers so much. We love to fish from Sand Key Park to St. Pete's Beach. We also enjoy the walking trail and picnic area at Lake Seminole Park. The Wagon Wheel Flea Market, the Pie Factory, Botanical Gardens, Turtle museum, Holiday Lights in Indian Rocks, and the Boat Parades. Great restaurants and try the Sea Breeze for "Happy hour" the Rum runners are great. Thanks Joe and Sue!! All in all it was a wonderful vacation and experience. The owners are wonderful to work with. They respond to your request quickly, and everything after that is done in a timely fashion so your whole vacation falls into place. Redington Shores Condo on the Beach

Spent the entire month of July at this condo. Great location to restaurants, shopping and Florida fun, 30 minutes to Tampa and 90 minutes to Orlando. It is a secure and gated property. All the amenities, including the pool and grounds, are well maintained. The condo itself is very clean and updated. Perfect views of the Gulf with the occasional dolphin sighting. The owners, Sue & Joe are easy to communicate with and provide excellent customer service. We have been coming to this area for years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. We highly recommend it.

Great place to relax and enjoy the Florida beach lifestyle

What great place for a vacation or just a place to spend time. The accommodations were great and comfortable it felt like home. Not to mention right on the beach, what a view ,there was nothing that we didn’t have. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you’ll need. We would highly recommend this condo clean, comfortable and right on the beach with the Gulf of Mexico as your back yard. Joe and Sue were great property managers and owners and they went out of their way to make our stay special.

Amazing View with Great Location

Not only is the view amazing at this gulf front condo but the location is perfect for relaxation. We were able to walk the beach everyday along with walking to many restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The grounds are well maintained and secure. The condo is decorated nicely and the furnishings are very good quality. We felt right at home from the time we arrived. We hope to stay here again some day.

Sunsets on the Gulf

"The View" was perfect. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully appointed. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is available in the condo. The balcony provides a breathtaking view of the gulf where we watched dolphins and spectacular sunsets. There are many good restaurants in the area. Some of our favorites are Guppy's, Chez Colette's French Bistro and The Pearl. Sue and Joe are two of the nicest and most thoughtful owners we've encountered. We highly recommend "The View"; we can't wait to go back.

This condo has the most awesome breathtaking view of the ocean. So enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each and every morning and the walks on the beach. When we first walked inside this open and specious condo, we instantly had the view of the ocean from the large sliders and was able to feel and smell the ocean breezes. It also was so relaxing at night, in the master bedroom, to open up the slider and hear the ocean waves at night rock you to sleep. We were able to walk to many great restaurants, as well as, great shopping! We felt very safe within this gated community. Would highly recommend!

Breathtaking!

This condo is aptly named, “The View” as we spent our mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise and enjoying our coffee, and we often ended our evenings with drinks while taking in the stunning sunset. The location is fabulous: It’s right on the water and within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants and bars. The condo is very spacious and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our time so much that we didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be back as soon as our schedules allow…I just hope “The View” isn’t all booked up!

Wow

Great Location, Beautiful views within gated community. Spacious condo for my family of 6 and all the accomadtions you could ask for. The owners were so great to work with we already booked our next trip in this condo. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Highly recommend!
