To soveværelser, airconditioneret villa med kølige verandaer, en fredelig, afsondret have og en stor privat swimmingpool. Villa Frank har en generøs størrelse stue med et veludstyret køkken og spiseplads (nyt i 2019) og to badeværelser (et ensuite) Villaen ligger i et fredeligt sted på vejen til landsbyen Arikbasi, midt i granatæbleområder og nyder godt af fantastisk udsigt over de nærliggende bjerge. Byen Dalyan med sit store udvalg af butikker, barer og restauranter ligger nøjagtigt 1 km fra villaen og er en behagelig 15 minutters gang langs en brolagt vej. Der er dog to lokale butikker kun fem minutters gang væk, og de nærmeste restauranter er cirka ti minutters gang væk.

Enjoyed our stay at villa frank easy check in, very quiet in the well maintained garden walk to the end of the road to catch the dolmus to the beach or a little further into town would love to stay again.

What a beautiful villa, Villa Frank is. Lovely location, superb swimming pool and every facility provided. We had an amazing stay. Would definitely book again.

A very comfortable, well equipped property with a delightful garden and excellent swimming pool. It is well situated in a semi rural location within a walkable distance of the restaurants, shops and attractions of Dalyan. Communication with Christopher, the owner, were excellent and very helpful.

Had a fantastic 18 day stay here. The villa has everything you would need and is a real home from home. Plentiful crockery and kitchen equipment which was great as we like to cook. Also used the bbq 3 times. We have stayed in Arikbashi before and it suits us well as we like the 15 minute stroll into town.Great pool and grounds, well maintained The owners were very easy to contact and answered any queries I had quickly. We would love to stay here again.

A gem of a villa. In Turkish style but with all the mod cons. Rooms were clean and the en-suite to the master beautiful and spacious. Wi-fi good and air-con effective. Beautiful pool. Any issues dealt with promptly. We would book again.

Lovely pool, with plenty sunshine. Well equipped open plan kitchen. Good information pack + basics provided. Competitively priced, spotlessly clean & comfortable. Bikes recommended.

Lovely bungalow Villa

A lovely bungalow Villa that was excellent value for money. Modern kitchen that had everything you needed. En suite bathroom was also very modern and had a very spacious shower area. The outside area was fabulous with a huge covered wrap around balcony overlooking a well manicured garden and paved patio area with an excellent sized swimming pool. We spent many an evening relaxing on the balcony enjoying a drink or two.The Villa location was a 20 minute leisurely stroll into town where there are bars and restaurants in abundance. Contact with owner excellent and helpful information booklet in the Villa for guests really well done. Have already booked this Villa again for next year.

A very traditional Turkish villa with amazing gardens and pool with great view of the mountains. This 2 bed good sized villa has a large well equipt kitchen and comfortable living space. Very clean. The owners were very friendly, attentive and on-hand if you needed them. We had a 20 min walk into town, but if you don't fancy it in the heat the taxi service was great and cheap. Only 4. Our first driver gave his card and we called him when we needed, if he was busy he arranged a pick up. Really good service and friendly.There is a supermarket only 10 minutes walk. 15 minutes to the nearest taverna but you are virtually in town by then.

Great Villa for a relaxing, rural stay in Dalyan

We had a great stay at Villa Frank. Located near the hamlet of Arikbasi on the edge of Dalyan, the villa is surrounded by nature and is approximately a 20m flat walk from the town centre. There's a useful shop about 5 mins away which sells essentials. The property is built in a traditional Turklsh style, including a lovely shady carved wood verandah, but has been tastefully modernised with all the amenities one could hope for in a holiday rental - quiet, effective air conditioning, modern kitchen, water cooler and comfy beds. The pool and gardens in particular are beautiful and well maintained, and were very much welcomed during the hot July weather. The communication with the host has been excellent throughout the process, and all check-in/out instructions were clear. Many thanks - we hope to return!

Lovely villa and gardens. Large pool in back garde

A lovely villa. The gardens are gorgeous, one side a field of goats and to the back pomegranate fields. Large pool at the back so very private. Great location, we hired bikes very cheaply just to get around locally without a car. Dalyan is a fantastic place, great food, views and very friendly people. We really enjoyed the jeep safari and boat trips, kids especially as they could jump off the roof of the boat into the lake/sea. The jeep safari was fantastic fun - big water fight with fab views and a beautiful place for lunch. We visiting the Dalyan Animal Rescue Centre twice and helped them walk the dogs there - a wonderful place, fab volunteers and such friendly dogs. The turtle hospital is a must too. We really hope to return. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic relaxing holiday

We loved our holiday in Dalyan at Villa Frank. We were there during the July heat wave with temperatures topping 45° and we were so thankful we’d booked the Villa rather than a hotel. The private pool is big enough to swim, play games or just relax in and the Villa itself is well-equipped with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and air conditioning. The outdoor area is beautiful, mature shaded garden, with mountain views, large pool, lots of outdoor seating and an inbuilt BBQ. At night you can watch the bats swoop down over the pool. We split our time between sunbathing and relaxing by the pool and exploring the local area. The town is 15 mins walk away, lots of bars and restaurants which come alive late evening. We enjoyed browsing the local shops and weekly market and travelling further afield, taking the local Dolmus to Iztuzu beach with the turtle sanctuary and various boat and safari excursions with Kaunas Tours. It really is the perfect location and accommodation, we’ve already recommended it to friends and hope to return again soon.

High spec villa perfect for relaxation

Villa Frank is a fantastic property. The two bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. In particular, the en suite wet room to the master is superb. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality utensils and appliances. Overall, the inside of Villa Frank is excellent and has the feel of a much loved holiday home. Outside, the grounds are beautiful with a large veranda perfect for shade during the day or evening meals. The best feature is the large pool which is great for all heights and swimming ability. Christopher the owner is a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful & kind. In terms of location, the nearest shop and bar are a circa 15 minute walk with Dalyan centre a bit further. It’s a flat walk and easy to do but be mindful of the heat. If not hiring a car, there are multiple taxi ranks nearby and the short 5 minute drive is very cheap & they come quickly! Overall, lovely holiday and very relaxing.

The villa is very clean and well maintained, with a crystal-clear pool, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host communicates excellently, providing a detailed info pack and helpful booklet, and was quick to respond to questions.However, there are some drawbacks. Daily power outages of up to two hours meant no air conditioning during a heatwave, no lights (torches needed for the loo), and unreliable appliances. One toilet seat was detached, the gas hob difficult to ignite, and the oven/microwave underpowered. Some basic supplies (hand soap, washing up liquid, detergent, oil, salt) were absent (the host relies on other guests topping up essentials), leaving us stuck on arrival, particularly with washing hands after using the loo.The location is challenging: the 12 minute walk to shops is sadly unbearable in the heat, and aggressive swarms of mosquitoes make being outside dreadful at any time, even during the daylight. The villa is overlooked by two neighbouring properties with noise from children, parties, and construction, plus constant animal sounds (dogs, chickens, goats) and the mosque call to prayer at 5am. Privacy was poor, with neighbours peeking over the pool wall to watch us.Overall, the villa itself is lovely and the host is helpful, but power outages, mosquitoes, noise, lack of privacy, and high local costs made it hard for us to truly relax.Great if you don’t mind mosquitoes or if budget isn’t a concern, but less so for others. Good host.

Villa Frank a Dalyan

Belle propriété dans un coin très calme entouré de verdure. Très reposant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’environnement, la maison, le calme et la piscine est très propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour en famille. Nous vous recommandons cette villa très facile de communiquer avec le propriétaire.

wunderschöne Haus mit großen Pool

Sehr gepflegte Garten und Pool, gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Tolle Aussichten: aus dem Pool sieht man die Berge. Wir hatten traumhaften Urlaub und werden unbedingt noch mal hin fahren.

Family Holiday

Stayed here for the second time. A perfect location for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is clean, well equipped and the pool is well maintained. The villa is a 15 minute walk to the main town and there are plenty of taxis available which are very cheap and reliable. We would recommend the villa.

Great facilities in beautiful location

As a family of 5 (children aged 4, 2 and 8 months) we had a lot of requirements from a holiday home. Villa Frank was able to provide everything that we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed the views surrounding us on a daily basis while with only a 15 minute walk could also enjoy the offerings of the town. Even with small children the walk (there and back) was very manageable- sometimes twice a day. When not sampling the local cuisine in town we stayed in for meals (bought at the convenient local supermarkets) as everything is available in the kitchen. We were also able to prepare the baby’s milk in the microwave and save time on the washing up with the use of the dishwasher. The washing machine was a must with the children and once a quick wash was done it was all dry in half an hour on the line. Aside from all the functional attributes of the villa it has much to offer in the way of entertainment and relaxation alike. As adults my husband and I loved relaxing by the pool while taking it in turns to play hide and seek in the beautiful garden, swim in the crystal clear pool and sit together while playing games - at the multiple table options! For those moments that one can’t be manning the pool there is a DVD player available. The girls loved taking the boat down the river to the beach and visiting any of the wonderful family friendly restaurants. The play area in the town centre was part of our daily routine - with a cafe in full view for us parents to enjoy a beverage or two. We had no idea how a foreign holiday with three small children was going to transpire, however we couldn’t have asked for more. We all had a super time and have made some fantastic memories that we will talk about for years to come.

Perfect family holiday in a lovely setting!

Villa Frank is a lovely, well equipped villa with beautiful views from the well maintained garden. The pool is great. We spent several days simply relaxing at the villa. This has been our 2nd visit. The owners have been helpful and responsive and have provided a folder with very useful information about the villa and what Dalyan has to offer. We would recommend hiring bicycles (if you haven't hired a car) to make getting around easier although it's not essential. It is about a 15 - 20 min walk into Dalyan main centre from the Villa. There is a great bakery on the edge of the main centre (recommended in the folder) and a huge range of wonderful restaurants and bars. We tried many of the recommended restaurants and were delighted with all of them. Our particular treat was the Sini Restaurant which has great customer service, a wonderful atmosphere & great Turkish food. It was quite pricey though! All restaurants had options for fussy children too & everyone is very welcoming to the children. There are lots of options for day trips out. Travelling by boat to the beautiful Iztuzu beach and other locations is a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning to Villa Frank in future years!

Our perfect retreat.

We have just returned from our third stay at Villa Frank. We have stayed at several other villas in Dalyan, some bigger, some a little nearer to the town but Villa Frank is our favourite and always our first choice. The only reason we wouldn't stay there is if our dates are already taken. The minute we arrive we feel at home, comfortable and relaxed. There is everything you could need for your holiday. The garden and views are beautiful. The pool is wonderful. Plenty of outside seating and dining choice. We love the location....goats in the field next door and pomegranate orchard at the back of the garden. There is now the addition of a large en-suite bathroom which is really useful.We intend to keep returning for as long as we can.

Amazing, relaxing villa

We have been staying in this villa for the last 6 years and again this year. This villa is so relaxing, beautiful setting, extremely clean, has everything you could possibly want on your holiday. The owner of the villa is very easy to contact and immediate reply to any questions. The villa is about 20 mins stroll into Dalyan and a couple of minutes to the bus stop for the beach, which is only accessible via a bus or boat. The swimming pool is fantastic, you would not believe what awaits you behind the little arched gate into the property. You will not be disappointed, hence the fact we go back year after year.

We are a busy professional couple who live in a small village near Cambridge. We have a grown up son and daughter and we all visit the villa as often as we can. We have enjoyed welcoming family,friends and visitors to our home over the past few years and are delighted that they find the villa as relaxing as we do.

We love the Turkish style of the villa with its Mugla architecture on the verandah and above all its peaceful location in a large garden with magnificent views of the mountains. We particularly enjoy swimming in the large pool, relaxing with a book in the garden and watching the stars in the evenings on a clear night. It is lovely watching the swallows dip over the pool for a drink and storks can be seen overhead early in the season. The pool is in the sun all day and in the evenings there are beautiful sunsets.You can choose to sit in the sun or shade at the villa and the hammock is very popular!

Villa Frank has the best of both worlds being in a rural spot within easy walking distance of Dalyan along a flat , paved road. The bus to the beach can be accessed at the bottom of the road or you can go by boat from the riverside in Dalyan. A car is not essential as the villa is only 1 km from Dalyan. Taxis are freely available and are not expensive.
