We are very sorry to read of your disappointment. The resort made a mistake by allowing a late check out by the previous occupants, for which they have sincerely apologised. However, they did offer some additional privileges, some of which were refused. Unfortunately you did not report to the owners on your initial experience, which would have resulted in an immediate correction. By your own admission the apartment is fine and in a great situation. Your comments on the food and general experience is not an example of what is generally commented on by previous guests over a number of years.
