Villa Ivrea is located at the northern tip of Cap Estate and boasts breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Designed by the American architect Dan F. Sater II and built in 2009 by Wayne Brown D/B, it offers all the amenities required by discerning travelers, beginning with luxuriously appointed bedrooms and social areas, together with outdoor features like infinity pool, panoramic verandas, pergola and terraced gardens. One of the main design elements is a privileged view of the sea from every main room of the house. In addition to the Main House, Villa Ivrea offers a fully independent, one-bedroom Cottage that includes a full kitchen, central air conditioning and a veranda with a splash pool. It enjoys expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and it is surrounded by an English lawn and a citrus orchard. The Cottage can be rented separately, especially by couples

looking for an intimate haven with lovely ocean views and all the modern comfort.

The renowned St. Lucia Golf & Country Club is just a 5-min drive away, while a 15-min drive will put you in the heart of Rodney Bay with all its different attractions, including excellent restaurants, a world-class marina, shopping malls, pharmacies, post office, banks, etc.

All this is just the beginning, as the rest of this beautiful island awaits being explored by those interested in snorkeling, hiking, bird watching, scuba diving, sightseeing, mountain biking, deep-sea fishing, sailing and more.

Villa Ivrea impressed us all with the cleanliness and the house in general; probably the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in. Vicky was a gem, friendly and a fabulous cook. She went out of her way to make us feel special. The pool was where we spent most of our time and that too was a delight. The view was amazing. We hope to be back in the future!

The home was amazing. You cannot beat the view and the home was much nicer than I expected. Vicky, the house keeper, was also lovely. She went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable.

We vacationed at Villa Ivrea with our adult children and had an amazing vacation. The home is just as beautiful as the pictures present. Waking up to this gorgeous view every day was so soothing. St.Lucia is a beautiful island with so much to see and do and returning every day to Villa Ivrea was wonderful. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Having Vicky there helped make our time so special!

We just returned from a week at Villa Ivrea and it was the perfect choice for our group of eight. The villa is gorgeous and very well-maintained. We especially loved the versatility of the outdoor spaces—whether you wanted to group up by the pool or find a quiet corner to read, there was a spot for it.Manager Claudette was very responsive; she even helped us coordinate massages on the upper balcony, which was a highlight of the trip. Between the views, the pool, and the excellent service from Vicky, we found it hard to ever leave the estate. It is the perfect spot for a multi-generational family or a group of friends. We can't wait to go back!

The pictures truly do not do this place justice — and that’s saying something, because the photos are already great. From the moment we arrived, we were completely swept away by the space, the accommodations, and most of all, the view. It is absolutely breathtaking and somehow even better in person.The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing, gathering together, and soaking in the scenery at any time of day. Whether morning coffee or sunset cocktails, the view never got old.This home exceeded every expectation and made our St. Lucia stay unforgettable. We would book Villa Ivrea again in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

First, I wanna start with that. The house was beautiful. If you are looking for TVs in every room, they do not have that they only have that downstairs in the living room. When you are booking this particular house you may want to read really well the fifth bedroom you only get that if you have over eight people and they put it as though this bedroom is somewhere else it’s in the house across from the kitchen. It’s not like it’s secluded somewhere. While we were there, we loved Vicki who was the housekeeper. She cooked for us every morning and she was lovely. Claudette the house manager, beautiful. My cousin who was allergic to bees in her bedroom up in the bathroom were hundreds of bees. When it was brought to the owners attention, she said she wasn’t gonna do anything about it that she would handle it when they came to visit her and her family. My cousin could’ve died if she was stung by a bee I don’t think she knew the seriousness of that. Which she should’ve been moved into another room. Instead, she had to sleep in a bed with her friend instead of having her own. Where the house is located is beautiful it overlooks the Caribbean, but one thing you should know that you do have to have rides to get to everywhere. There is no walking to somewhere. We had a lovely stay in St. Lucia. I’m grateful for Claudette who connected us with a driver because you definitely are going to need that to move about.

You won’t tire of the views!

Clean and comfortable home with great communication from owner if anything is needed. The views in just about every room are spectacular! Vicky made us a delicious meal. Sitting by the pool couldn’t have been nicer. The week went by too fast!

Amazing St. Lucian vacation property

We had a fantastic stay in this property with our family group of 6 adults. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room and comfort. The location was ideal, with three beautiful beaches just 15 minutes or less away. The patio and pool get plenty of sun and the porch offers shade, and a trade winds breeze also makes being outside all hours very comfortable. Communication from the host and property manager was excellent throughout, making check-in and our stay seamless. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the NFL playoffs were available on the local cable package—an unexpected treat for our destination! The property was well-kept, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch, keeping everything fresh and tidy. We would definitely return again!

Stunning!

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ivrea during our week in paradise. The home was well sticked, comfortable and roomy with enough space for 8 of us to lounge around and also have privacy. Vicky was fabulous and the meal she made for us was delicious. The view from the pool was just stunning and where we spent most of our time. Victor drove us all around and was available every time we called him which was super convenient. Owner met us at check-in to show us around and answer questions was also there to say goodbye when we left. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hated to leave paradise and look forward to returning one day soon.

Paradise and an Amazing View

Our family of 6 stayed here for 7 days. Space was sufficient for 6. The location, pool, and view are stunning. Lovely gardens, fruit trees, and outdoor grounds are well maintained. We tried to use the grill and found it didn't work. Seemed to not have a gas source. Inside the house the architecture and artwork is impressive. Cabinets are well stocked with everything you need to prepare food and host a group of people. We noted some minor maintenance items in need of attention, which we communicated to the property manager, but nothing you wouldn't encounter on any property. Overall the property was ideal for the trip we wanted to have, providing us with privacy but access to easily get into Rodney Bay and Gros Islet. I would book here again.

Beautiful location for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

The Villa was beautiful and the views of the Caribbean Sea AMAZING! It was a perfect place to get away for some sunshine and warmth in the middle of the US winter. Bertha and Claudette were great. Bertha even cooked us a traditional meal of Green Bananas and Salt Fish for lunch one day ... which was delicious!! Junior was also a great resource to help get us to/from the Villa as we needed for dinners and day trips. His son Eversly also requested to ride along to pick us up on numerous occasions which we found very flattering! I would strongly recommend Junior for your taxi needs (758-484-9037). A day trip to the southern portion of the island with a stop at Plas Kassav (for cassava bread), scenic views of the Pitons, Diamond Botanical Gardens, and a mud bath at Sulphur Springs are also a recommendation. Sunset dinner at Spinnaker's in Rodney Bay too! Our only negative was the beeping of the alarm system, which sounded nearly ever minute when it was not armed. It was a bit of annoyance but thankfully the peace of the location otherwise helped to distract us. We will definitely consider returning to St. Lucia and Villa Ivrea!

Villa Ivrea exceeded every expectation and was the perfect home for our family of eight. Traveling with our adult children, we wanted a place that was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious enough for everyone to relax together while still having room to spread out, and this villa was perfect!The views are absolutely breathtaking and never get old. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool, watching the sunsets, and taking in the incredible scenery. Some of our favorite days of the week were spent doing nothing more than relaxing at the villa and enjoying the outdoor spaces.The home is beautifully maintained, well-appointed, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The location was great; close to beaches, restaurants, and activities, yet peaceful and private.A special thank you to Vicky and Claudette, whose warmth and care made our stay even more memorable. They were wonderful and added such a personal touch to the experience.

Incredible Views, Great Atmosphere

This villa was the perfect setup for our large family with teens and young adults. The home was ideally architected to provide a gathering place that included kitchen, family room, deck and pool area in one continuous open space that accentuated the awesome view from high atop a hill overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Claudette, the property manager was quick to help with any question or need we had. Vicky, the cook/housekeeper, was a welcome addition with laundry, dishes, and meals which allowed us to relax. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Best birthday ever!

I came to St. Lucia with my three grown children and two spouses to celebrate my 70th birthday. It couldn't have been a more wonderful location for us! The Villa is spectacular, and the welcome from Claudette the property manager and Vicky, the cook/housekeeper was sincere and warm. The villa has so much room for all of us to gather, but also plenty of areas where we can quietly go to read or rest. The location was beautifully secluded to make us feel we were not really tourists. The VRBO photos don't even give the full effect of the beauty of this place! Would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

When our friend told us that she had chosen Saint Lucia as the ideal place to build her retirement home, after a nearly four-year search throughout the Caribbean, we had to come and see it for ourselves. From the very first moment we were captivated by the beauty, cleanliness and tranquility of the island, but what won our hearts were the people and their special attitude towards foreigners, unlike anything else we had seen during our multiple trips to other islands in the Caribbean. It was then that we decided to purchase a piece of land, build our dream home and make this emerald paradise a part of our lives. We believe Saint Lucia is gorgeous, but do not take our word for it: come and see for yourselves. You may not end up buying land and deciding to stay, but you will certainly get hooked on it forever.

The villa provides guests with luxuriously appointed bedrooms and social areas, in addition to outdoor features like infinity pool, panoramic verandas, pergola and terraced gardens. All this in a secure and exclusive environment that ensures privacy, tranquility and enjoyment. The elegant LeSport Spa & Beach Club is also close by and they are well known for their rejuvenating one-day spa treatments. Or guests may prefer to stay at the villa and have Maria, our professional masseuse, come by and treat you to a great massage under the Pergola, while listening to the ocean waves. Whether relaxing or exploring, Villa Ivrea is definitely the right place to call home while vacationing in Saint Lucia.
