Opholdsstuen har en dronning sovesofa, pejs og et fladskærms-tv. Et fuldt udstyret køkken med alle større apparater og et spisebord med plads til fire fremh����ver et fantastisk værelse, der giver gæsterne mulighed for at nyde hjemmets bekvemmeligheder i en verdensklasse Waldorf-Astoria resort. Soveværelset har en kingsize-tv og kommode. Enheden har en hall badeværelse med bruser og et stort badeværelse med dobbelt forfængelighed, brusebad og badekar. This is a nice unit that has gotten tired. It needs a good deep cleaning and some redecorating (dirty drapes, etc.).The patios were dirty and untended. Stained cushions, dead or missing landscaping.

I really liked the location and the unit’s design. We had a couple rainy days and the fireplaces were great! We had a great time. There were a few things that needed a little attention. But overall it was great.

Love La Quinta!

The La Quinta Resort & Spa is a lovely property. And this little Spa Villa that we rented was perfect for my husband, myself and our French Bulldog.

Perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us, close to main restaurants and easy access to the main pool. We loved the smaller pool right outside of our gate. It was spacious and perfect.

Always a great time here! Looks like they put new flooring in the bedroom. There were some drawers that the hardware had come off in the kitchen and such but other than that is alway clean and a great location within the resort! Love having a kitchen and separate living area.

Great on Resort Property

This property was great for my family! It was conveniently located on the La Quinta Resort property making it very easy to use the resort amenities, especially the golf cart service for rides for my grandmother! We stayed here during my sister's wedding and would love to return when we come back!

La Quinta is great, and this is a great unit - close enough to everything you want. Had a little trouble getting into the unit at check in, but I called and they were quick to resolve the issue

Spa Villa Getaway

This is the second stay with family. This time we rented the entire villa which adds another bedroom suite which was perfect for the four of us. The villa is well equipped and property management responds quickly to questions and requests.

This guest contacted us upon arrival regarding an issue with her door code. It was resolved immediately providing her access to the unit. The Spa Villa has numerous windows and high ceilings allowing for plenty of natural light inside the unit. The last week of December and the first week of January have the least amount of sunlight in the Coachella Valley due to the shortened day and close proximity to the Santa Rosa mountains. Regarding the condition of the property; the unit is clean, well-stocked, and functional. Our staff works hard to ensure an excellent guest experience and our pricing for specific rental units is based on the age, location, and condition of the interior. A 2-star review is not appropriate for the value and customer service the guest was provided during this stay.

Spacious retreat good value

Would return. Very spacious and comfortable in resort setting (plus bonus of being contiguous to La Quinta resort). Lovely patios, off kitchen/ dining, and master bedroom patio 20 feet from small pool and spa serving immediate cluster of units. Old style mission decor but comfortable and in keeping with setting (would benefit spirometer some updating). Large bedroom and master bath with double facing gas fireplace. Full kitchen, dated but functional. Lots of place settings but bit short in some areas. Only had Keurig coffee maker so ended up buying coffee in morning at onsite marketplace. If your wanting old style la Quinta charm this is the place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall C grade. Villa was not very clean, poorly basics and all appliances very old. Updates badly needed. No place to put trash out fir collection. Stayed 2 weeks and had to put bags of trash in bathroom. WiFi antique.

We are sorry to hear that the cleaning did not meet the guest's expectations. Two of our staff housekeepers cleaned the property 2 days prior to the guests arrival and one of our managers inspected it the day of her arrival. We take all linens and towels off site to an industrial washer and dryer. We disinfect the units with an in house cleaning team and we use proper chemicals on all surfaces. We require 24 hours in between guest stays as well. Furniture and appliances may be tired in some units because it has been a very hard year on the owners and it's not hard to justify brand new furniture in a time like this but new updates are in everyone's plan. If there are ever any guests that feels the cleaning does not meet their standard and they let us know, we always send a housekeeper at a time of their choosing to address any issues. We didn't not know that this guest had any issues in this regard because she did not let us know which is unfortanate because that could have easily been addressed at the beginning and it is included in the guests' information that that trash collection is at a central location at the resort for people to take their trash as needed.
