Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to spend your first holiday in Turkey at our villa. We’re very sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. With regard to the hot water, you are absolutely right to highlight this. The property uses a traditional solar water-heating system, which is common in the region. During your stay the weather was unusually overcast, which unfortunately impacted the water temperature. We recognise that this is not ideal, and as a direct result of your feedback we are now installing an additional electric back-up system to ensure consistent hot water regardless of weather conditions. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen. While we’ve not previously received feedback that it feels small, we agree that parts of the downstairs area would benefit from modernisation. We are therefore planning an update of the kitchen and open-plan living/dining area to enhance the overall guest experience. We genuinely care about our villa and want every guest to enjoy their stay as much as we do. Feedback — both positive and constructive — helps us improve, and we are committed to continually investing in the property. Thank you again for your comments.
