Beliggende kun fodspor fra den private Englewood Shores-strand på den smukke Lewis Bay og mindre end .10 miles fra Cape Cods berømte Seagull Beach! Dette nyrenoverede, nyindrettede hjem året rundt sover maksimalt 10 personer (8 privat).

Ikke kun er det smagfuldt møbleret overalt, hjemmet inkluderer også nyinstalleret central klimaanlæg, ny vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, udendørs bruser, 3 fladskærms-tv med kabel, trådløst højhastighedsinternet, gasgrill, skifer terrasse med pergola, pejs, liggestole osv. , til masser af underholdende plads. Køkkenet er nyligt møbleret med alle apparater i rustfrit stål, bordplader i granit og køkkenø med plads til 10 og inkluderer alle de nødvendige køkkenredskaber, gryder og pander, og valgfri levering af dagligvarer er tilgængelig.

Der er tre soveværelser, alle nyrenoverede med en Master Suite med queensize-seng, kommode og privat bad (2 ledet, walk-in bruser og jacuzzi). Det andet soveværelse har en queensize-seng og under sengen skuffer, og det tredje soveværelse er en køjeseng med en køjeseng, trille seng, dobbeltseng og kommode. Et andet bad er udstyret med granitbord, nyligt flisebelagt gulv og bruser / badekar.

Much needed vacation

Home was fantastic, clean and tidy in a great location, the host was easy to comunicate with. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Look forward to booking again in the future.

Back yard to die for. All meals under arbor in backyard

We grew up going to this area. It is wonderful homecoming to return to old summer friends and the wonderful child, friendly beaches. We rented two cottages in close proximity.

Close to Beach in Nice Neighborhood

We were very comfortable in this lovely house. The location was excellent to visit Seagull Beach and the private beach on the bay. Furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and bath. The owners were gracious and accomodating. Looking forward to staying there again! Thank you so much!

This house was in a great location near many restaurants and walking distance to the bay. It is also easy to get to Hyannis, Chatham, etc.from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was very enjoyable. The second bedroom and main bathroom are small. House was very clean and enjoyable.

Well stocked

Very nice experience. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and also included linens which is something we always needed to bring in previous rental’s we’ve been to. The private beach was only a 5 minute walk and a nice break from the crowds on a hot summer day.

Well kept

The property was very well kept. They have many things on site that we used such as a new Keurig and they even included some k-cups. They have some beach toys and bikes in the garage we could use. The grandkids loved the private beach and cried when we had to head home. We would definitely rent again.

Our stay at this Cape Cod house was absolutely delightful

The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in ensuring everything was in top shape was greatly appreciated. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a lovely patio and green area that's perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. Short walk to the beach was a big plus!

Best. Neighborhood. For a cape cation

Love the proximity to seagull beach. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Teens had fun bike riding to the beach. Backyard is great for hosting a get together/cookout. Kids bunk room was great. The littles loved their ‘big boy beds’. Bedding was comfy in all the rooms. Kitchen was perfect size for family of 6. Amazing master bath! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great LBD Weekend

House was immaculate upon arrival. Seamless check in process. We visited Seagull Beach, about a mile from the house and had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful. Bathrooms & Concession stand were brand new and parking was only $20. House was great for 2 families. Beds were comfortable. One bedroom is on the small side but does have a closet. 2 full bathrooms. Kids had fun running around the property and in the jacuzzi tub although their favorite part was the "bunk room". I wish the backyard a had a bit more grass and less patio. Fire pit was great fun as well. Great area for families with Pirate's Cove and many restaurants just a short drive way.

Beautiful Cape Cod spot for a quiet and enjoyable vacation

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk or bike to a small beach on Lewis Bay. House was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. Nice private backyard with outdoor shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, Clean Home.

Wonderful stay. No issues at all and the hosts made is turnkey. Plenty of supplies at the home. Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Towels, and more. Close to both Hyannis and Chattem for shopping and restaurants. Plenty to do, miniature golf, beaches, candy store, grocery stores. Great location and stay.

Family Vaca

We had a lovely time at this house. The location is great, and there is walking access to the small private beach. We chose to get a weeks pass to the Yarmouth beaches and headed to Seagull beach most days. The house was VERY WELL stocked. If you are coming from a distance this is a great place, everything was provided. One sort of negative was that there is not a lot of space in the kitchen to put your pantry items. We made it work. The laundry downstairs is nice, basement is very clean. The stairs down can be a little tricky with a laundry basket, but not a big deal. The bunk room would get quite warm at night, but there was an AC window unit as well as the central air, so we kept both on most of the time. There is a fridge/freezer down in the basement which was also great. The backyard space is all fenced in, but it is mostly stone pavers, not a ton of grass. Would stay again!

Great Lewis Bay Spot

We've been coming to Lewis Bay neighborhood for 6 years and this was the best house so far! Kids loved the bunk beds and house was 100% as advertised. Garage was great for our bikes and all the sand toys. Looking forward to next year already!

Great for Families!

This clean and cozy house is centrally located and easy to get to from anywhere near Hyannis, and an easy drive to Sandwich and other parts of the Cape. I don’t know when I’ve stayed in a better-equipped beach house. You will not need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, kitchen sponges, trash bags, condiments (except black pepper), or anything else except the food you eat, and wood for the fire outside. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to cook. The bathroom had lots of little extras like sample size shampoo and toothpaste. Very thoughtful. The beds were comfortable, though space is tight in the second bedroom. The kids LOVED the “bunk room” and especially the adjoining family room with a television. A very good value overall.

House has a nice layout and was pretty well stocked on a quiet corner lot nicely decorated.Only complaint very dusty could use some surface cleanings .

Fun week

Very good location close to beach. House could have been cleaned a lot better than it was. Microwave wasn’t working and we sent a message and they were very receptive. We lucked out with great weather and it was a great week.

Great location and everything you could need!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect- we were able to walk to the neighborhood beaches and everything else was a short drive away. This house includes everything you could possibly need for a vacation- especially if you have children. Bed rails, high chair, pack n play, every type of kitchen utensil/cookware, so much beach gear, and large stock of TP and paper towels (came in very handy). We didn’t get to use the backyard much but it is a great space for entertaining! The few things we were not satisfied with: the bunk room was pretty dirty (my husband had to take a broom to remove several cobwebs, spiders, etc.), the floors in the whole house needed a better vacuuming and/or mopping, there is no nightstand or side table/dresser in one of the queen bedrooms (so no surface to put anything down on, just the bed), and the beach umbrella provided was broken so we could not use it. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. The house had everything we needed and we loved the location!

Good First Trip to Cape Cod

This was our first trip to Cape Cod. With three kids who like to relax at home, we chose this property to give them the chance to spread out. The location was convenient to lots of local activities. The nearby beach was good for playing in the sand with the kids. The home was well maintained and comfortable. With how much it costs to eat out, it was nice to be able to eat some meals there, including grilling. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!

We had the best time! The house was completely stocked! The house had beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc for all outdoor activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oil, etc and had every utensil, pot, pan you could possibly need. The grill worked great for a bbq night. The fire pit worked wonders for a night of s’mores! Highly recommend. Definitely had a fantastic week and can’t wait to stay here again!

We have always had our eyes set on owning our own Cape house and now have finally seized the opportunity and are looking forward to many years enjoying beautiful Cape Cod along with family and friends.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We purchased a home in West Yarmouth for its central location, easy access to cultural and shopping centers such as Hyannis and Chatham. Most of all, though, we love the protected waters of the private beach on Lewis Bay. (A grandmother close by anxious to do some babysitting for us didn't hurt either :) ).

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

While this home is a traditional Cape Beach house, the updates and upgrades give it modern comforts such as A/C and cable without losing the Cape charm. The private, protected beach is located just two blocks away allowing for multiple trips for swimming, sand and fun without the hassle of a long hike or car ride!
