Great property, the location is excellent. Grocery store, walk into town, car rental very close, direct access to extensive ocean front trails. The views from the large comfortable deck are amazing, the sounds of the waves, could see Gibraltar and Morocco on a clear day. Unit is well decorated, comfortable and functional. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment was clean, well equipped, in a really good location and within easy walking distance to most of what Estepona has to offer. Plenty of useable space both inside and outside on the large balcony Will miss those lovely sea views.

Pre Christmas family stay

Location excellent with sea view and short walk into Estepona. Very nice decor in apartment. Separate bathroom needs area to hang towels and shelf for toiletries, but this is just a small criticism as the apartment is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was of a high standard with spectacular views.

We loved the apartment and it's location. It was bright and tastefully furnished to a high stand. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean and the amazing views. The supermarket located at the back was really convenient. There is a bus stop outside the supermarket which is helpful.

We booked to stay for the week and wished we could have stayed longer! The apartment was perfect, the views out to sea were fantastic as well as beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The property was exactly as described and well equipped with everything you could want as well as high speed internet. The communication with the property owner was excellent as well as the lovely meet and greet lady Lorraine. We would not hesitate to stay again and probably will do!

Ocean View Plus

This apartment sets itself apart from most others. It has the most outstanding sea view as soon as you enter through the front door, immediately you are on holiday at that moment. It is lucky enough to benefit from a parting of the trees so the veranda takes in a sight of Gibraltar and the north coast of Africa. The apartment is brilliantly positioned close to all amenities and the short walk into Estepona is a joy day and night. A true gem.

Comfortable Apartment in an Ideal Setting

My wife and I had an excellent stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, but the show stopper was the view from the balcony. There are cafes and restaurants within a 5 min walk along a comfortable waterfront path and 10 more minutes and you are in the centre of town with everything Estepona has to offer. There is a major grocery store and other shops right behind the apartment which has everything you'll need. It was very convenient without being disruptive. Our greeter Lorraine was very nice and offered us some great tips and suggestions to enhance our stay. We hope to be back and we would stay here again.

Great stay

This is a lovely apartments. Check in process was very smooth. We used the taxi xfer had suggested, and they were excellent and reasonably priced. The apartment has an amazing view. We were able to watch dolphins most days (bring binoculars) and also watch parrots and lots of other birds. The outside area was extensive and where we spent lots of time. The walk into town took about 15 mins, but there were options closer too. We cooked in a lot and the Carrefour over the road was great. Our only negative was that some of the cookware could go with updating, but that’s something we find is common in rental places. Overall a great stay and we thoroughly recommend the apartment.

It's great to know the check-in process went smoothly and that the taxi transfer worked well for you. We're glad you found the large balcony relaxing and that the nearby Carrefour made cooking in easy. We appreciate your feedback on the cookware and will certainly take that on board. Thank you again for your recommendation – we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime!

Wonderful apartment

When we read the reviews are expectations were very high but it was even better than we expected . The apartment was very clean and well furnished and had everything you needed and more , but the views from the balcony was the real wow factor and falling asleep while listening to the sea is something special the apartment is ideally situated on the beach front with a 10 minutes walk to numerous restaurants the taxi driver that Eric recommended who's name was Pol was very professional and helpful and a real nice guy . the apartment had a television that had English channels but we never even turned it on the view from the balcony was a much better option . If visiting Estepona this apartment will take some beating just wonderful

Beautiful apartment, with a fantastic sea view and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in ! Unfortunately for us the coastal walk was under repair during our stay, which meant the balcony was out of use most of the day.We understood this was beyond the owners control, but Eric actually gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience, lovely guy.The apartment is practically in the Carrefour carpark which was so handy! but Punta Plata is a good 15 minute walk from Estepona Old Town were we loved to eat every night, so if you have mobility issues then keep this in mind. Thanks Eric for the use of your gorgeous apartment which we would highly recommend to anyone! 5 experience.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for your kind words about the apartment. We're delighted you enjoyed the sea views and that the bed was so comfortable! We also really appreciated your understanding regarding the temporary coastal path works. Unfortunately, these were completely outside our control, but the works have now been completed. We're pleased the partial refund helped to make up for the inconvenience. Just to clarify a couple of points for future guests: while the apartment backs onto Carrefour, it is not actually in the car park itself. From inside the apartment and on the balcony, this isn't noticeable at all, as many previous guests have commented, with the stunning sea views naturally being the main focus. The convenience of having Carrefour so close is an added bonus. Also, the beginning of Estepona's beautiful Old Town at Plaza Ortiz, with its wonderful selection of restaurants and tapas bars, is only around an easy 7-minute walk away. The heart of the Old Town around Plaza Flores is approximately another 7 minutes on foot, with a tremendous choice of restaurants and cafés all along the way. There are also several excellent beach restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the apartment along the promenade. Thank you again for staying with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to Estepona again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree that the views are truly remarkable and we do put a lot of thought into making the apartment stylish and beautiful as you point out. We're very sorry to hear that your experience was affected by renovation works from the neighbouring unit of which we were unaware. We completely understand how disruptive this can be, and we regret any inconvenience it caused during your stay. Please know that this was outside of our control, short-term , now completed and not at all reflective of the usual environment at our property as evidenced by all the other 5 star reviews including the stay just after yours. We truly value your understanding and hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future

Hi, we are Eric & Heather. We live and work in London and have two grown up daughters and we love to travel. Eric is an IT Consultant and Heather works with children with learning difficulties. France and more recently Spain have become firm favourites for us. We rent out our lovely apartment in Estepona, which has stunning views directly onto the sea. Estepona has so much charm and is completely unspoiled and authentically Spanish. We love to immerse ourselves in the local culture, walking along the beautiful promenade and sitting in the charming squares in the old Town (just a few minutes walk away) sipping a cafe con leche. We never tire of waking to sunny blue skies and looking at the sea and hearing the waves. Although we have been going to Spain for 10 years we still have so much to explore - taking some hiking trails is next on our hit list.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Property has unrivalled views across to North Africa and a short 5 minute walk to the historic old town with all it's restaurants and bars. There is a large Carrefour supermarket directly behind the apartment so a car is not essential for gathering supplies especially if staying for long periods.
