This property worked well for us and is ideal for two couples. Well located with a short walk to the beach area, restaurants and shops. Parking is very tight in the parkade.

Great apartment. Very spacious and well stocked. Had everything we needed for 4 adults and two children. WiFi, air-con, washer dishwasher etc. Lovely pool although doesn't open till 10.30. Great communication with host. Definitely would stay here again next time we're in Nerja.

The property was in a great location. Bridget and John were extremely helpful and accommodating especially as our flight was early and they let us store our cases in the apartment hours before check-in. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and the air conditioning was a life saver! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and Bridget dealt with all my enquiries very quickly . John arranged the taxi to and from the airport. We loved the beach nearby about 10 minute walk with plenty of restaurants you do need to book a beach sun bed the day before or get down to reserve one early as in July it was very busy.Loved the pool on the apartment complex . The apartment was ideal with spacious living room and well equipped kitchen with a great terrace area . We needed taxi to get into Nerja and Frigiliana but well worth visiting. Overall a great stay in a lovely apartment.

Fantastic family holiday, great location, fantastic area

We had such a fantastic holiday here, its like a home from home, lovely apartment with all amenities and very close to the beautiful beach. Great restaurants close by and a short Stoll to Nerja centre that is gorgeous during the day or at night. We have been to Spain countless times but our first to Nerja will definitely be back.

Dirt and items under the bed,Kitchen worktops sticky.Kitchen tap was very loose, lamp in bedroom not working plugged in changed bulb but it blew.We notified the local property managing agent who apologised.Pool area excellent but some guest using inflatables which is not allowed

Thank you for your feedback and the score of 8/10. It is also good to hear that you were able to contact our local agent with your concerns. Your comments on cleanliness have surprised us as our previous score have been 10/10 and cleanliness has not been an issue. We have investigated your comments and found that our apartment was not prepared by our usual cleaner and hence did fall short of our usual standard. We apologise to you for this and hope this did not detract from the enjoyment of your stay too much.

Fabulous stay!!!!!

This house was truly perfect. It has a great big terrace with lounge chairs and a huge table for dining. The house was immaculate, the owner responded immediately and they have the best check in instructions that I have ever run across. The town of Nerja is great--and the house is about a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We couldn't have been happier.

This is a spacious two level apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms , very clean and homely. The beds are very comfortable , two doubles and two single beds . The kitchen has everything you would need including salt pepper oils etc which is a nice touch . The terrace is lovely to sit out on with a table and chairs and sunloungers. The pool is nearby but you can’t take pool furniture to it so if you want to hang out at the pool you’re on your towel on the grass there are permanent sunshades down there . It is very close to Burriana beach a 5 min walk and you can walk to the Balcon 3 different ways that take about 20 mins , the stairs from Burriana beach is the best way for views and breeze . Absolutely brilliant as far as we were all concerned it suited us perfectly and the local agent John is very helpful and responsive , we would recommend and love to go back

Good value & great location, could do with a bit of TLC

This apartment is a good size, in a lovely quiet complex, close to the beach & restaurants and with a decent sized pool - pretty much exactly what we look for in a holiday! John the local rep sorted out an arrival problem for us quickly and we had a relaxing holiday. The parking was tricky (the underground space is not easy to get into) but thankfully on street parking was safe and easy. Perhaps it's a symptom of covid, but the apartment could benefit from a bit of love e.g. a reclining chair was broken, the shade awning looks like it needs some help, the apartment guide needs updating so it has info re the quirky hob, some of the rooms could do with a lick of paint etc. But thankfully the air conditioning worked well so we stayed comfortable in a pretty fierce heatwave. Nerja was lovely too.

Thanks for your comments, feedback is always welcome. I’m glad you had a lovely holiday and the air con did its job. Yes, we find all Spanish underground car parking very tight 🤣🤣. Your comments about the broken chair are noted. We are in the apartment at the moment and are addressing these.

Toller Urlaub in Nerja

Great location

We had a great two weeks in this apartment. It is in a brilliant location for the beach and for the old town of Nerja. The apartment is very well equipped, a real home from home. The pool area and garden is very well maintained. I would say the apartment is looking a little tired and could perhaps do with an upgrade in parts. Overall though we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment in a lovely part of Nerja!

The apartment has all the necessary amenities you need for your stay. It’s a short walk to the beach which we visited every day. Lots of lovely restaurants need by and a supermarket. Will definitely be back next year!

A spacious apartment in a great location

The apartment is set in lovely grounds with a shared (unheated) pool. It is ten minutes' walk from the beach and fifteen minutes from the town centre of Nerja. There is a good sized supermarket within fifteen minutes' walk. We arrived by public bus from Malaga airport very easily (and cheaply). The living space in the apartment is very ample, including a good sized balcony off the living room. We had one day of torrential rain and we easily amused ourselves watching satellite tv and playing games. There is a good wifi service too. All mod cons are in the apartment so you don't need to bring any more than hand luggage for a week's stay. Nerja is a really lovely Spanish town with plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants and great sandy beaches. We would stay in this apartment again.

Good apartment, but we arrived in at 9pm to a lack of cleaning.

I contacted management at this time, so the next morning the cleaning team came. A disappointing start, but we enjoyed the rest of the holiday. Very close to beach.

Relaxing Break!

This was the 4th time that we have stayed in this apartment in Nerja. We love the location as it is very close to Malaga airport and is only a very short journey from the UK - so brilliant for family vacations or short breaks with friends. Nerja town is around 15mins walk away which is lovely in the evenings for tapas and sangria's :) and the beach is a short 5min stroll. The apartment complex is nice and quiet, you do not encounter too many people other than a few friendly vacationers who sit around the pool. The pool area is fairly small but very clean, so great for kids and families. The apartment is lovely, light, clean and spacious and the terrace makes a good evening setting for a BBQ too! In summary, we love the apartment, Nerja, the short journey, the relaxed vibe and the Culture. We would definitely recommend this apartment and cannot wait to return!

Excellent duplex apartment

We stayed for two weeks in a party of six my wife and myself plus our two sons and their girlfriends. The apartment was clean and spacious and had ample facilities . Great location only 4 or 5 minutes walk to the beach. Would highly recommend , pool and gardens kept very clean two great terraces facing west . Very good communication between Bridget and myself. 10/10

Great location but pretty average stay

The apartment is in a great location in Nerja and within walking distance from the beach. The communal pool and surrounding area is also very well kept. Unfortunately the towels and bedding provided in the apartment were stained, seemingly unwashed and smelled awful. The dishwasher was also still full when we arrived (but clean) so we had to empty it!! The second thing we did not appreciate during our stay was the noise. The apartment underneath was having new windows put in, and the building just across the road was under construction. This meant that on weekdays we heard constant drilling all day long in the apartment and when we were by the pool, and felt drill vibrations and heard drilling and hammering underneath us non-stop. We therefore spent most of our time outside and could not make the most of the communal pool or lovely terrace area. We would not stay here again, but would definitely return to Nerja.

Hi Nicola, I was very surprised by your review a month after your stay. As a result we visited our apartment recently and would like to address your comments. Apologies for the dishwasher not having been emptied. There were roadworks being carried out outside the apartment but these finished while we were there (beginning of June). There was also a house in the distance that was having work carried out and occasionally there was some noise, however their were families with young children in the pool all day and this had no impact on them. All bedlinen and towels are laundered and am surprised that John who looks after our property was not contacted if there was a problem regarding towels etc. I think you were unlucky as there was some noise from roadworks and neighbour having new windows put in. The majority of people only have a positive experience when staying in our apartment and we have families who return year after year and am really sorry that you did not have that experience.
