Villa Vjeka ligger i den vestlige del af den maleriske landsby Sumartin på Brac.

Det er et traditionelt dalmatisk stenhus, der blev renoveret i 2011 og indrettet med autentiske møbler i perioden.

Denne charmerende villa har plads til 8 til 10 personer komfortabelt. I stueetagen er der et køkken / spisestue / opholdsstue, separat toilet, et soveværelse med eget badeværelse og en smuk have med middelhavsvegetation en haveterrasse med en swimmingpool.

Den øverste etage har 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, 2 balkoner og en møbleret stor terrasse med fantastisk havudsigt.

For at gøre dit ophold på Brac Island så behageligt som muligt har vi udstyret villaen med alt det udstyr, du muligvis har brug for.

Cool place with amazing view :)

Cool place with amazing view, can’t wait to be back some day. Everything is so close - restaurants, ferry, shop and beautiful non-crowded beaches. Angela, our host is nice and caring person, whole accommodation process was really easy

We really enjoyed the time at Villa Vjeka and Sumartin!

The welcome by Angela was great-warm. The house is ideally located (5-10 minutes walk to Sumartin harbour) and if we weren't by the sea, the kids in the pool were romping while the adults were standing at the grill or enjoying a cool drink on the loungers. We really enjoyed the time at Villa Vjeka and Sumartin!

Spectacular property!!!!❤️

Everything! The house was incredible, loads of space for 3 couples and a teen totalling 7 people. The pool is the highlight of course but the view is beautiful and you forget you have neighbours because the house is made perfectly private. The BBQ area was great in the evening and air con in every bedroom was such a relief in the hot weather! The decor feels traditional and timeless and extremely homey. Finally, the hospitality from the moment the booking was made has been second to none. Orvas villas were really amazing to deal with, their response time was really quick and they were all so helpful. A very special thank you to the amazing Angela who greeted us and helped with anything we needed. We can't wait to see you again Angela, one of the best holidays we've had and definitely the best property. We are already planning our next visit! Hvala puno!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Inselfeeling pur - top!

Der Empfang durch Angela war super-herzlich. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen (5-10 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Hafen von Sumartin) und wenn wir nicht am Meer waren, tummelten sich die Kids im Pool währendem die Erwachsenen am Grill standen oder auf den Liegen einen kühlen Drink genossen. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Vjeka und in Sumartin sehr genossen!

Great accommodation!

The accommodation is great. There is just a room with two single bed but it s possible to stick them side by side. the pool is not heated but the sun is enough. We successfully park 4 cars inside.

Lovely large house with nice pool. The location was great. sumartin is a nice little town that is not for the tourist. Staff very hospitable and helpful.

This place is amazing!

Had a wonderful week. House is amazing and position of it is perfect. Merely 2 min walk to the center of the town that offers everything one needs for a vacation. Pool was nice and clean. House manager very attentive and responsive. Whatever we needed was handled immediately. Will definitely come back again.

The villa is in the Heart of Sumartin, within walking distance....

The villa is in the Heart of Sumartin, within walking distance of the sea and local shops and restaurants. We stayed out of season but found the place to be beautiful and quiet. The sea was gorgeous. The villa featured 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each featuring their own balcony with one in particular being very spacious and over looking the whole plot. The first floor also features a toilet/bathroom and can be externally locked. Whilst unfamiliar to our group, the stairs for the property were external which some might find odd-but was no issue at all. The ground floor featured a large en suit bedroom along with seperate toilet, Lounge area and Kitchen. Beyond the Kitchen was a BBQ area tucked under a first floor balcony which served us very well during the evenings. The swimming pool is to the rear and is surrounded by gate/small fencing. Overall it was perfect for our needs having space to move and sunbath with loungers provided. Tv and internet provided on site and worked fine. There was also a trampoline on site and further into the garden grounds were childrens swings and play items. The villa also featured off road parking for at least two cars which included gates. This was ideal as the roads leading to the villa were narrow and quite steep. All in all a really good stay for 5 mates having a short break abroad

We stayed at Villa Vjeka in June. Angela was really helpful and the villa and pool were spotless. Just a 5 minute walk into Sumartin, back up the hill to the villa is a little steep but manageable. 5 min walk to the nearest beach. When they put the internal staircase in next it will be perfect. Definitely would stay here again, so peaceful and beautiful Debbie

Wonderful place!

We had a great time at Villa Vjeka. Beautiful, well equipped house and Sumartin is a perfect calm village with a few restaurants and small beaches.

We choose our accommodation with great care, because we want it to stand out in a crowd of alternatives. Villa Vjeka offers comfort and warmth of the traditional Dalmatian stone villa. The stunning sea views are inspiring. The picturesque Sumartin is still a peaceful place to spend a restful holiday. There are some quiet, hidden coves nearby with sandy or pebble beaches.

Sumartin is attractive because it has retained its simplicity, with its lovely beaches, unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea. You can always find fresh fish and other local delicacies, like cheese, honey, lamb and wine. If you want entertainment, you can always go to Bol, one of the best-known Adriatic destinations with a vibrant nightlife and a wide range of sporting activities.
