Velkommen til den lille pattedyr af små fødder. Designet af Seaside, FL Town Architect, Ty Nun, har dette gæstehus til Pitter Patter en overflod af naturligt lys. Verandaen byder dig velkommen til opholdsområdet, som har et fladskærms-tv, Sonos-system, dronning sovesofa og bygget i spiseplads. Køkkenet har åbne hylder, gulv til loft vinduer, mikroovn ovn, to brænder induktion Wolf koge top, køleskab / fryser med ismaskine og en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler combo.

Kør op ad vindeltrappen til dronningen soveværelse suite med indbygget skab og skuffer, et stort fladskærms-tv, opholdsstue omgivet af vinduer med udsigt, der giver dig det træhus følelse. Great location!

Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location can’t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

Cute, clean, and perfect!

What a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay - the home was comfortable and just what we had hoped for. It's a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect location!

Perfect little charmer

My husband & I stayed here for 5 nights. It is perfect for 2 people. 1 block from Town Square walked all over! Rented beach chairs was seamless. I bought a makeup mirror the size of an iPad... got ready at the cute table downstairs....so 1 bathroom was no problem Would stay again!!!

This rental was exactly as advertised and was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. We were able to check in an hour early and the plumber was there repairing a slow draining sink that had already been identified. The weather wasn’t perfect but it’s so close to the market that we got our dinner and enjoyed a night in with Netflix. We would stay here again.

The amenities that come with when you book directly through ownership were great, bottle of wine, towels and beach bag.House had great space for my husband and I. Only downside is we called multiple times and let messages with an issue we were having and never heard back. Other than that it was great!

Okay stay at Little Feet. Seaside, Fl

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was great, but don’t be fooled when it says it can sleep 4. It can, but two people are going to be uncomfortable to say the least. Extra sleeping is a pull out couch that had broken springs. We put the mattress on the floor so we wouldn’t fall through in the middle of the night, but in this day and age for the price, the mattress better be comfortable and it was not. It’s very thing and extremely spring loaded. Beware. We did tell the prop management company and they said they would forward the message to the owners, so until they replace it, only stay here if there are two of you as that would be much more comfortable. Other than that a great location.

We did find that the washer/dryer combo was totally useless. The instructions for the cooktop need to be updated. We brought a pan to use and after trying it dozens of times, and calling someone out to assist us with getting the cooktop on, we realized it would only work with the pans that are there at the home. Once that was resolved it worked just fine. The washer/dryer combo was useless. Again we had to all someone out to help us with it, but in the end it DID NOT WORK. Hard to be at the beach without a working washer-dryer. Otherwise we found everything else just fine.

I wanted to love this

This was our first time to seaside, and we adored the town. It’s very family friendly and we had a great time with the complimentary bikes included with our stay! The space: I really wanted to love this unit, but I just didn’t. The description says sleeps 4 but I wouldn’t book this place for anything over 2 people max. Downstairs is quite uncomfortable with no where to put your feet up at all, just two small wooden tables. Upstairs is the only bathroom, meaning anyone staying on the downstairs fold out had to walk in the upstairs bedroom to get to the toilet. The mattress upstairs is quite uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure it’s a cheap mattress with a thick memory foam on top of it. It felt comfy at first, but we both had back pain all week due to it. The kitchen: Be aware that the kitchen is TINY. You have a combined fridge freezer drawer unit that holds a minimal amount of things. Also crammed into the kitchen is your combined washer/dryer unit. We were informed once we arrived to the condo that the dryer function was broken, so we actually had to take all our clothes next door to do any laundry. The fridge freezer combo is a nightmare. It overheats quickly and then an alarm goes off until you get up and reset it. Two nights in a row my husband got up in the night to go downstairs and reset the loud alarm. The icemaker produces a ton of ice pretty quickly which is great for a beach cooler. However, in sliding the freezer open, 8 of 10 times ice will fall behind the drawer preventing you from being able to close the freezer again. We had to get on our hands and knees and empty out the ice at least once daily. Also- there is no dishwasher and no bathtub. Be aware especially if traveling with small children! I washed bottles until I thought my fingers would fall off haha. The beach access is very close and is also private requiring a code to access a gate. Be aware that there are MANY MANY stairs to the beach! It was only a pain due to having all of our sons beach junk with us and pulling him in a wagon, which we had to carry up and down the stairs every time. However, We did notice that most of the beach accesses were pretty steep, so that may just be seaside for you. If stairs are hard for you, it’s definitely something to be aware of, as are the stairs in the unit. They spiral straight up and are very steep! Overall we would definitely come back to seaside again, but I don’t think we would rent this unit again.

Communication was above and beyond from Homeowner's Collection staff. We had an amazing time in Seaside and this home was perfect for our family of three. Will def. be back!
