We do not have umbrellas because clients have left them up in the winds and they break- there are a number of shady spots for guests to be away from the sun. I am surprised that you mention maintenance as you have not contacted me about any issues which I might have been able to resolve.

Thanks for your review Steve, much appreciated and we are glad you liked the location. We chose the location as it was quiet but still an easy walk for both ourselves and our teenage children to go into the town in the evening for a bit of independence. We hope to see you and your extended family back to visit us soon!!

Wir sind überrascht, dass Sie einige Zimmer feucht fanden, obwohl Ihr Aufenthalt kurz nach einer langen, sehr starken Regenperiode stattfand. Vielleicht hat das einen Einfluss gehabt. Wir hatten noch nie eine ähnliche Beschwerde. Ich entschuldige mich, falls die Küche nicht sauber war, was nicht akzeptabel ist, und ich werde dies mit der Haushälterin besprechen.

Ich werde den Pool überprüfen und bei Bedarf reparieren, aber vielleicht liegt es nur an der Verdunstung bei sehr heißem Wetter, da es sich um eine neue Poolfolie handelt. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm gekauft und planen, über dem Unterdeck einen großen schattigen Bereich einzurichten, der hoffentlich Ihre Bedenken ausräumen wird. Thank you Cyril for your kind review. We have tried to retain as much of the charm of the villa but with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Maybe you missed the shortcut to the beach as it is only an 8 minute walk....!
