Una villa fantástica, bonita, muy bien diseñada bien equipada y se ajusta 100% a las fotos publicadas. La comunicación con los dueños de la casa ha sido muy buena, han estado pendientes en todo momento. La limpieza y la presión del agua serían los únicos puntos negativos de la instancia. A pesar de ello, totalmente recomendable esta villa, es fantástica. Volveremos

La estancia en la casa de Jenny ha sido genial, hemos disfrutado mucho de las comodidades de la casa.La piscina muy bien, con buen mantenimiento, la casa completa en todos los servicios.Una gran ventaja que tiene es poder beber agua desde el refrigerador sin tener que comprar botellas en la tienda.Jenny ha estado pendiente de nosotros durante la estancia, por si necesitábamos algo.Muy recomendable para familias y amigos.

This a wonderful well situated property, a short drive to Arenal and Moraira with a handful of local restaurants and bars that were a real added bonus to our multigenerational family of Parents, Grandparents and two young boys aged 5 and 3. The pool was fabulous with grounds in a mix of sun and shade as well as an area for the odd kick about. The inside space is well thought out and super spacious - this home is so relaxing to spend time together in. We definitely would recommend it.

Family Holiday to Javea

We had a fabulous time at this property. You need a car because of it's location, but you woukd need a car just to get around Javea. Having the pool was great for the children, they loved it! The BBQ was great too, we used that on a few occasions. We had one or two issues while there, but the owner dealt with them straight away. She even allowed us an earlier entry to the Villa as it was available. We would certainly consider coming back to Javea and to this villa. The only down side was the water pressure in the area, but we didn’t let it spoil our holiday.

An incredible property with breathtaking views.

Where do I start? This property was what we had hoped for and more. This was our third family holiday to spain travelling with our 6 and 9 year old and the property was just perfect. A 5 minute walk from the local shop and bakery and bar and a short drive away from the beautiful Arenal beach. The property itself is located a 5 minute drive from the local beach and the roof terrace is just breathtaking, with almost panoramic sea views. The property has several outdoor seating areas, which was very convenient for sunning by the pool, watching the children play football on the gym/ green area to the side of the house and a beautiful large outdoor seated area, which we were able to enjoy a lovely family barbecue. The inside of the property delivered the same choice of space. The decor was stunning and the rooms were light and airy and the beds were so comfortable. This villa really has it all and more. Jen the host was so helpful during our stay and even after a rocky start to the holiday (where our car broke down) Jen kept in close contact offering to help in any way she could. This property came with an abundance of toys, games and we were so lucky with the beautiful weather our children spent most of the time in the pool snorkelling and playing outside. If you’re looking for a versatile, beautifully decorated villa which has it all look no further! Thank you again to Jen and her family and we can’t wait to come back! X

Stunning villa in a great location just 10 minutes from Arenal beach. Check in process and communication was fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice.

An amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time in beautiful villa Dianne. The house is beautifully decorated and the location is great. Kitchen is newly modernised and perfectly fine for preparing lunch and simple dinners. Quiet residential neighborhood on top of the hill. The hostess Jenny is very responsive and helpful if there are questions. We will definitely consider booking again!

We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa In Javea, Balcon Al Mar. The house en garden were perfect for our families (four adults and four children). The beach and nice restaurants are nearby. The owner was very friendly in contact and communication went smooth. We would definately recommend others to enjoy this villa.

Quiet and relaxing villa

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, great location, comfortable outside space with good barbecue facilities, the kitchen had just been refurbished but was not quite finished which was a shame, Jenny was a great host and very attentive. Chris and family.

We had a fabulous holiday in the villa, any problems were dealt with quickly and without any fuss. Beautiful gardens to relax and the pool was great for the kids, would definitely return.

Amazing Family Holiday Villa

The Villa was fantastic, every thing we needed for a family holiday of 5. The pool was large and very inviting. The garden was impressive with lots of different areas for us to enjoy. Another fantastic area was at the top of the villa were the views were stunning and perfect for star gazing. There was plenty of room inside the villa for us all to relax. Having the three bathrooms was a god send. Jen the owner contacted us the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This is definitely the holiday that we wanted. I would highly recommend the villa.

Ohne viel zu sagen. Suchen Sie Erholung und Ruhe? Volltreffer! Sehr nah an der Küste liegende große Villa. Alles was Sie brauchen ist in der Nähe. Läden und Restaurants sind ein Spaziergang entfernt. Jenny, die Hausbesitzerin ist super nett und hilft sofort wenn man sie braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Wir haben super Zeit im Juni gehabt! Thank you very much Jenny!!!!!!

A truly relaxing week and a beautiful villa!

We had an amazing week at Casa Diane. The villa is beautiful. All the added touches by Jenny really make the place feel homely. The outside area is amazing. The pool was absolutely lovely, we spent most days relaxing on the great lounge chairs and on the grass playing bowls. We came as a party of 7 adults so sleeping wise was a bit of a squeeze. I guess the only thing we would change is having a proper bed in the study rather than a pull out bed, along with air con. The other 3 rooms were absolutely fine though, especially the top room up the stair case. The ensuite was stunning! Just be careful on the staircase. In terms of restaurants there are plenty. I think in order to go to the nicer ones you should drive down to the coast. There Are a few within walking distance but we preferred the ones by the coast. So many to choose from! The coast is lovely, we spent many evenings walking along the beach after dinner. If the beach is your thing, we spent a day at Granadella beach. Is very pebbly but crystal clear! I haven’t enjoyed swimming in the sea so much. Was stunning! The beach that you can walk to is very small and you need to walk up a big hill on the way back, so we didn’t bother. I would thoroughly recommend this villa if you are after a relaxing family holiday with good food and a beautiful coastline! We would all love to return one day. Thank you Jenny!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus ist groß genug damit jeder seine Freiheiten hat. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Draussen am Pool bekommen alle ausreichend Platz auf 6 Liegen. Der Pool ist groß und tief damit auch Erwachsene darin schwimmen können. Eines der Zimmer ist eher etwas für kleine Kinder, da in diesem Zimmer nur eine Ausklappcouch ist und keine Klimamaanlage. Die Küche könnte für 8 Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein z.B. ein grosser Topf zum Nudelkochen. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.

Wow! Totally wow!

A wonderful house with a great garden! The owner is very sweet and helpful. We were two families with kids aged 5 and 8 and we stayed in the house for two weeks. We had the best time! In the ad they say the house has one bathroom but the house has three bathrooms. The garden is perfect with a lot of hang-around-areas and the kids loved to run around playing. The area around the house is clean. It’s a lot of hills and not so easy to walk with kids. But it’s perfect for exercise, walk to the beach Ambolo and take a swim and then back. The beach in arenal is good and has a lot of fun things to do and a lot of restaurants. There are lots of places to explore in the Javea area and beyond. We had the best vacation in many years! Thank you!!!

Great villa in a great location

Lovely, spacious villa in a quiet corner of Spain. Restaurant at the bottom of the hill has good food, a few beers on tap and friendly multilingual staff. Would recommend a hike up mount Montgo!

Beautiful villa and location - would recommend in a heartbeat

We were blown away by how lovely this villa was and we are already talking about booking it next year. We were a family of 4 adults and a 2 year old and it suited all of our needs. The pictures actually don't do the villa justice, its far more lovely when you see it. The views from the rooftop terrace are incredible and the villa is not overlooked at all. There were a few restaurants and a local supermarket in walking distance, as was the beach...although we did drive as the walk back up hill with a toddler would have been tough. The location of the villa was 15 minute drive to Javea old town, 3 minute drive to 3 large supermarkets. I seem to recall one was called Consum and the fresh seafood there was amazing and very reasonable. Also Alicante airport was only 1hr15 mins away, so the location couldn't have been better for us. The villa was very spacious inside and out so none of us felt on top of each other. The only slight negative (and it wouldn't stop us going again) is we found the beds and pillows a bit too firm. The air con in the main ground floor bedroom seemed to trip the electrics a number of times, so it might want looking at. Jenny left great instructions and info on the local area too which was very helpful. Overall we would highly recommended Casa Diane, we had a wonderful holiday!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa!

Lovely villa

A very enjoyable week with the family, using the villa's great facilities, such as the beautiful pool and games lawn. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the roof-top terrace with a few drinks, followed up by some late night stargazing! A good base from which to explore the surrounding area.
