House was in a great location and very clean but a little dated with worn furniture and could probably benefit from a lick of paint.

We stayed at the Villa for 2 weeks and it was everything we could have hoped for. The Villa was clean, spacious and well equipped, it was in a great location close to the strip, but tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool was bigger than expected and great for family fun or having a swim. It was cleaned regurlarly throughout our stay. The large bbq was a bonus and utilised many times during our trip.It was everything we had hoped for, and i would definitley reccomend.

Very nice villa, cool inside, air con was superb, only needed to be on in short bursts and very clean. Lighting in the lounge could be better. We missed side tables and lamps especially for reading. Welcome pack was good.Pool was a good size and clean but a little cold as in the shade from 4pm. Plenty of sun beds and outside seating.

Wonderful break in lovely, well equipped villa!

Perfect stay in this gorgeous villa! Booking and communication was great: especially as mine was a last minute booking; really helpful and friendly. Villa, pool and garden all really lovely with everything you need and everything was very clean and tidy. The welcome pack was a nice surprise and complimentary pool towels much appreciated. Peaceful location; only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Two great beaches only 5 mins by bus with fresh water showers and beach bars. Thank you so much for a refreshing and relaxing stay: I’ll be back soon with the rest of the family!

Fantastic villa

The villa was lovely with lots of different areas to sit during the day. There was always some shade. It was very clean and extremely well equipped so we were able to eat in comfortably on some evenings. However there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance so we did eat out most of the time. A supermarket is also very close, Communication with John and Natalie was excellent and they along with Carrie were so helpful when we had any queries. It was wonderful holiday and we would all happily return.

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday. The villa was perfect in every way - amenities and location. The only thing missing was a juicer for making mojitos to enjoy with our bbq - so we bought one and left it for others to use . We alternated between eating in and out - the local supermarkets were well stocked and reasonably priced - particularly Phillipos which sold amazing pre-prepared bbq food and the famous ‘chicken wine’ for under 6! Local restaurants were aplenty, highly recommend the Italian one as you enter the main road of Coral Bay, and several did very reasonably priced breakfasts. Finally, the little bar, Feggari, a stones throw from the villa, was a gem and somewhere we met and chatted with other local villa renters. All in all, a wonderful holiday. Thank you Natalie and John.

Could not be better

Lovely spacious and modern villa. Looks newly updated and clean throughout. Lovely pool and outdoor area. UK TV channels were a bonus for the Euro 2024 footbball, although all the bars on the adjacent 'strip' had matches and entertainment too. The location is a 2min (maximum) walk to the strip and really makes this a perfect mix of the privacy of a villa but still being in the centre of the buzz. The owners were excellent in communication and flexibility. The welcome pack was really appreciated UK standard plug sockets in Cyprus an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend this villa and the owners, and really hope to come back soon. Thanks

Wonderful stay in a lovely Villa

Just returned from a wonderful 9 nights with the family (4 adults) in Natalie and John’s lovely Villa in Coral Bay. The 3 bedroom Villa is lovely and spacious with all the amenities needed for a relaxed stay. The pool is a lovely size and definitely needed during such a hot and humid month (August). Natalie and John were always contactable and quick to reply to any questions, but hardly needed as the Villa instructions were clear. The location of the Villa is great, with shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Coral Bay beach is also walkable, but would be challenging in the heat! Despite being so close to amenities, the Villa is in a quiet area among similar Villas. We had a car, but one is not required with regular bus services to the beaches and into Paphos. Would highly recommend this Villa. Thanks Natalie and John for a lovely stay!

We booked the villa for my family of 6 adults and a 4 month old baby.We requested a photograph of the cot for the baby so we could see if it was suitable. This was eventually provided after a few emails and the cot ended up to be fine. The villa is very spacious with a fabulous outside space with various seating options available. We found the downstairs a little dated and it could have done with a lamp rather than putting on the main light every time.Villa was generally clean and had everything you need, however windows and window frames had tiny bugs / dirt in the window runners. We ate out a lot but also had a BBQ. We cleaned the BBQ prior to use and left it cleaner than it was left for us.We had a great time, however my only issue with this villa was that it advertises 'late checkouts can be accommodated with prior notice'. This is not true. I requested this a few weeks prior to our holiday and it was refused. We had a 4 month old baby and would not have booked this villa had we known this beforehand. The owners did not budge on this, it was a firm no. I mentioned this to Martin (manages the property) when I saw him at the villa and said it was false advertising to put it down and then not offer it. He agreed that he needed to get this removed from the ad so it would not mislead people. Overall we had a fabulous holiday but this villa does need some tweaks

Thanks for your review Lynne, we're glad you enjoyed your stay and will take on board your comments. We must however point out that the property listing (ad) makes no commitment or promises with regards to late checkouts. It's not possible for us to do this because we have guests leaving and arriving on the same day; and we need several hours to clean and prepare the property for the incoming guests. What we do say in the guest information we sent to you after you made your booking is that "We are happy to accommodate a later checkout time if we are able, but this must be by prior arrangement." On this occasion, because we had guests arriving on the same day you were departing, we were unable to accommodate your request which we explained to you. With kind regards
