Katrina was so very helpful in all ways. The villa was beautiful and very authentically Greek. It was clean, well equipped and the pool was fantastic for our 4 young adults. The town was about 25 mins walk and the road was steep. Taxis were difficult in August so a car was helpful.

From first enquiry to our leaving the property Katerina the host has been excellent! Great communication, information & accurate villa descriptions. A beautiful villa with an amazing vista & pool super clean & had everything we needed & more!! Really comfortable beds & villa interior was beautiful, access to our own jetty & beach was a bonus & great for snorkeling! Sunbeds chairs & seating areas all really good & comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed & clean towel & bedding change done by our host pool towels also provided. All round highly recommended a beautiful villa which enabled us to have a really memorable family holiday! Thank you Katerina we will definitely revisit

Katerina was a fantastic host, meeting us at the villa, showing us around, and for the rest of the week was happy to help and respond to messages. The Villa itself was just what we were looking for - clean, private, quiet, comfortable, with an amazing view across to Skiathos. The pool area is perfect, with a large sunshade umbrella for those times you need a bit of shade, and the little jetty area was perfect for dipping in the sea. I think it's the first villa we've stayed in where we knew half-way through that we'd have to come back again. Thank you for letting us stay in your 'home', Katerina, and I hope you are well again by the time you read this!

Katerina was the most friendliest of hosts. Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The location is breathtaking we spent a week watching the coming and going of boats all week. Great location also for visiting Skiathos town and its wonderful restaurants and shops.Looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely stay

Fabulous location and wonderful host

The villa was very clean, as advertised. The host met us on site, gave us all the necessary information for the villa. Katerina was really lovely checking in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again and would recommend to anyone looking for a very relaxing stay in a lovely villa.

Skiathos Holiday

We had a very relaxing time and especially enjoyed the small private beach at the bottom of the garden. The owners were very friendly and helpful and generously provided a bottle of wine and an amazing cake.

Katerina is the most wonderful host. She made early contact after booking and then provided useful information pre-holiday. She made every effort to make out stay an enjoyable experience. The Villa is quiet and perfect for a peaceful break. It has beautiful scenic views of Skiathos town and surrounds. We would love to return.

Outstanding Experience

Our stay at Katerina’s property was a wonderful experience. The property was everything we had hoped for. The location is exceptional and the accommodations were excellent. Katerina is a wonderful host. I recommend her property for anyone that desires a 5 star experience

Excellent Holiday

I have stayed in the villa before in Sept 21 with friends and this time we returned with our adults daughters The view from the villa is priceless - a view you could never tire of Skiathos is the most beautiful island Katerina (owner) was wonderful and extremely helpful in everything she did and helped us with Helped with car hire and booking a boat trip (which was amazing) Met us at the airport and organised a taxi to take us to the villa and collected hire car from airport I would definitely return - the only downside was I only booked for 1 week Will not make that mistake next time

Superb Location

Wonderful location, but really needs updating with new cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and a really essential fitting of a dishwasher in the laundry room. All three showers in desperate need of updating and disposing of the rusty old metal shower shelves for holding of bottles etc. Apart from the above - great.

The absolute place for peace and tranquillity!

What more can I say that hasn't been said by other reviews. This place is absolutely fantastic, it has everything that you need to enjoy a break away from everything along with only being a 5 minute drive away from Skiathos marina and centre. Katarina was helpful through every step of the booking and hosting requirements. We just spent the whole week sitting by the pool and chilling out watching the boats go back and forth from the Marina and taking a trip down the hill to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. Note: You will need a car or a quad to get about as the walk is only for those intrepid hikers out there. We will be back and hopefully so will others that we will happilty recomend it to.

Fantastic villa in ideal location

I stayed at the Villa with my husband our 17 year old son and his friend. The layout was perfect, the boys stayed in the studio which gave them some independence. We found the main villa, charming and spacious. The villa was in an amazing location with stunning views over the bay to Skiathos town. We love to paddle board so having direct access to the sea was brilliant. The villa had everything we needed to self cater if we chose, but also access by car to a huge range of restaurants. We walked into the town a few times which took about 40 mins, it is a bit hilly but a lovely walk. We explored the whole island from the Villa nothing more than a 30 minute drive. The airport was about 10 minutes maximum and so easy to drive to and from.Katarina the host was very attentive and could offer advise when needed. She also cooked a meal for us one night, such a nice touch. All in all I would highly recommend the villa and will definitely return.

Wow this villa is just wonderful, it was very clean , comfortable beds, a balcony that overlooked the pool and Skiathos town. Two of the bedrooms have doors that open onto the balcony. The balcony has a day/ sofa bed on it and outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. We used all 3 bedrooms, one is at the end of the villa and has its own entrance so slightly separate from the main house . The pool is great, sunbeds were wooden with very comfortable cushions. There is a jetty at the bottom of the garden and you can swim in sea from this area. The bedding, towels etc were of good quality. The host , Katerina was lovely, very quick to respond to any message, met us when we arrived to show us around the house and came to see us before we left. She also came half way into our stay to make sure we didn’t need bedding, towels etc changed. The sitting room and kitchen is open plan , kitchen not big but perfectly adequate for our needs and very comfortable. The airport is probably 5 minutes down the road and it’s great to see the planes come across the bay and land . Skiathos town also a short drive from Villa and has numerous shops and restaurants to choose from. We loved this villa and location so much I’ve booked to come back in September. I highly recommend this villa and Skiathos.

We cannot speak highly enough of Katerina and her beautiful property. The location and view surpasses anything we’ve had before we loved it so much we immediately rebooked for next year. The property is well maintained and was spotless and there were plenty of facilities provided. We went down to our little deck every day to feed the fish and having access to a beach which is only shared by a few people was really special.Skiathos is walkable, as its on a hill taxis are readily available to get back. Skiathos is the most beautiful town, so welcoming with stunning views everywhere you look. We rented a boat, visited the beaches and went into town most days. My only complaint is I should have booked longer than a week. We are now counting down the days until we can come back!

Les atouts de la maison Très bien située, belle vue, belle terrasse (même si manque d'éclairage pour diner le soir), accès direct à la mer Les points plus négatifs : les salles d'eau (dans la salle de bain du studio, remontées d'odeur) et petite cuisine très vieillotte (cuisinière très vieille), pas de place pour cuisiner, pas de lave vaisselle donc cuisine peu adaptée pour plusieurs personnes (nous étions 6).

Half term break

The villa is beautiful. Words can't describe the view, it's absolutely amazing. Katerina is so helpful, meeting us at the airport and waiting for us to collect the hire car. The villa is quite tricky to get to without a car so this is a must if you ate staying here. We came during the last week in October and The weather was lovely the pool at the villa was nice in the afternoon and the sea was still warm enough for swimming. The main tourist season was over and everywhere was quiet but there was still plenty open. Will definitely be back to stay at the villa.

The Villa was located in the perfect spot. Well appointed, lovely swimming/infinity pool. Awesome!

Fantastic views of Skiathos town but nicely secluded. Pool was awesome and there were also steps down to your own private beach and jetty! House had everything you needed - a real home from home!!
