Great property close to the Valley for a couple or small family. Very clean, comfortable bed and living area with well equipped kitchen and grill. Evaporative cooling kept the cabin comfortable when we visited in the mid 70’s. Met our hosts and they were a delightful couple. Would certainly recommend this property.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is the only place we stay at when we come to Yosemite. It is a sweet cabin that has everything that you need. We love the fact that it’s only 15-20minutes from the Valley yet out of the hubbub. You can prepare your own meals with the full kitchen. the area is extremely quiet and beautiful.Cabin is very comfortable and clean.It is our go to place at Yosemite.The host is very responsive and friendly.

Perfect in every way! Very quiet, clean and the cabin had all one would need in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable! The cabin was very private with only the Lupine cabin in front of it. We appreciated the extra privacy the Sage cabin offered. Either cabin is a great choice! We hope to have the opportunity to enjoy another stay here. It’s great to have such tranquility to return to at the end of the day on the Valley Floor P.S. If you plan to watch a DVD I would suggest you bring your own as the cabin's selection is slim.

Cabin was nice, however, power went out twice, there was no Kleenex (I left the box I brought for others to use), It would be nice if cabin had a generator.

This cabin was so comfortable, with everything we needed including amazing quiet and peace away from it all. p.s. Drive to the top of First St. at sunset to see Half Dome light up!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in the cabin. It was easy access to Yosemite and the kitchen had everything we needed to make food in the evenings. Gorgeous location!

The cabin was amazing, I highly recommend! Great proximity to the middle of the park and it was very comfortable. The final stretch to the cabin is a steep, uneven dirt road so you will be more comfortable if you have an SUV, especially one equipped with 4x4 if there’s any poor weather.

This is a basic cabin in a fantastic location! Listing is 100% accurate, and I always appreciate that ; ) Easy access to the valley, so it's super convenient. Steve is very responsive and easy to get along with! We have Verizon mobile service and had access the whole time we were there. The bed is comfy and the heat and air worked great (we needed both). The little community of Foresta is very nice and has a nice waterfall to hike to. Pics are from our hike there. I'd stay here again!

A lovely little cabin in Yosemite that is away from all the tourists who can be in abundance. The weather was great in late March when my wife and I went and overall I would recommend! The price is a little steep, but overall worth it in my opinion.

This place was amazing, and so was the host! Communication was awesome! Loved the serenity and peacefulness.. there is another cabin close, but we lucked up and it was empty (I truly don't think it would've been a big deal if it hadn't been tho.. set up for privacy). The location.. I can't say enough good! Located inside the park, we were at 'the loop' within 20 mins. Steve had great directions to the cabin as well as directions inside the cabin on how to work the tv, lights, fans, etc.. great attention to detail. It's only a one bedroom, so I was prepared to share the (very nice) king bed w/ my cousin, but the couch was super comfy too.. to sit on AND sleep on! They had extra sheets, pillows, and blankets too. (also a cut little loft w/some mats.. I'm too old for all that, but could see it being cool for a younger person.. technically room for more ppl, just remember ya gotta share a bathroom ;) )Very clean, great communication, wonderful location, (we splurged getting this cabin, but considering all, definitely worth it.. not unreasonable for all you get!)Thanks, Steve, for a wonderful stay from visitors from TN & VA!! Highly recommend this cabin!If you've read this much, I GOTTA add.. one of the 'bad' reviews I read (they gave him a 6/10) was due to no Kleenex.. There WERE Kleenex there, I'm not saying that's a guaranteed thing, just thought it was funny that the only thing that person had to complain about was tissues.
