The Flat was perfectly situated in one of my favorite Paris neighborhoods! Flat was clean and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment near Notre Dame! Our family enjoyed our stay the apartment was well appointed with good amenities. The bedroom and bath configuration was perfect for our party of 5. The upstairs area with a pool table, TV and piano was a great place to hang out and relax. We will definitely stay here again! Management was easy to deal with and very polite!

Truly a perfect Paris apartment rental. Excellent rooms and space, and the upstairs loft/common room is incredible. Host was great on communication and easy to get into. Location is superb for tourism, shopping, enjoying St. Germain and Notre Dame. Recommend without reservation.

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location

We had a great stay here with our family of 5. The flat is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms are downstairs, and upstairs is a large combined living room/kitchen and a small bathroom. Plenty of room for all of us, and the location was absolutely fantastic. Would stay here again.

An absolute gem!

This apartment is amazing. Perfect location for sightseeing, lots of restaurants and shopping close by, metro/rer super close. The apartment itself is spacious and well stocked. Perfect spot for a Paris vacation.

Excellent apartment

We loved every moment of our stay at this property. The location is incredibly easy for access to the Metro or to walk to the most desirable sites. The large living area and amenities were far better than we have used previously in Europe. We will highly recommend.

Perfect large apartment on the Seine; great location!

Wonderful large apartment on the Left Bank of the Seine. Great space for our family of six in a great location for museums, patisseries and groceries, and for strolls along the river. Short walks to Louvre, Notre Dame, Tuileries, and Musee d'Orsay. Very clean and well managed.

50 th birthday getaway 3 couples

Stayed for 2 nights on the backend of a Provence trip. Location is excellent, close to everything. You look out on the Seine. Stairs are narrow but manageable. Street noise is not an issue.

I am not sure there is a better location in Paris. Unless you are heir to a thrown. Perfect home base for everything. Room to spare.

Amazing apartment, easy check in

Beautiful apartment. Stairs were curved and a bit tricky for my older parents, but necisary for accessing main living spaces. All bedrooms are on the first floor of the building (elevator for this part in main building staircase) and all living space on third floor. Great set up, very clean and safe. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic location!

As per every other review, the location is unbeatable! The space is also impressive, especially given you're downtown Paris (mind you there were 4 of us). Large open kitchen/living room area overlooking the Seine and the main street. The only caution would be for folks who are noise sensitive. Much like New York or any other busy capital, the street and "night noise" (ambulances/fire trucks) can be an issue for the light sleeper. Bring ear plugs or stay somewhere more remote and on a high floor. Otherwise great stay!

Love the neighborhood but

While the property is large, even with the air conditioning on, it was never cool enough to get a good nights sleep, and the bedding was limited to a very heavy duvet so it was go coverless or roast - and it was October so it was not hot outside. For $2500+ a night we would have been better off at a hotel, which we ended up moving to. The wi -fi also would not work but repeated messages via Vrbo app (the only way we had to communicate) remained unanswered (I waited over a week to post this thinking maybe she would finally respond). I was unable to reach the owner at all after we arrived, which was frustrating given the issues.

Great Location and very well appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quartier de la Monnaie. There was lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our time together. The unit was very well-appointed and very clean. overall we were very happy. The only negative point was the entry door to the complex was very noisy and located right below the second bedroom. It kept me awake for many many hours on 2 nights as residents came and went at all hours (it took me a bit to figure out where the noise was coming from). We tried to contact the owner but didn't hear back for several hours so took matters into our own hands and walked for 30min to the closest hardware store. The very top hinge needed some WD40 (as did most of the doors in the apartment). The second 2 nights were much better, but it was a shame to be so tired the first few days of our holiday.

AMAZING PARIS APARTMENT

My family (husband, mother, two daughters (10 and 16)) stayed at Carol's apartment for a week at the end of May. We can't say enough great things about the apartment and our stay. My family is well travelled all around the world, and have stayed in other VRBOs. This beautiful apartment has everything you need for your stay, including laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, and starter shampoo and body wash. It is conveniently located to everything - metro stops, restaurants, shops, important monuments, etc. We either walked places or used Uber, which was very easy to use in Paris. It is a safe area of town and the check in and check out process was very easy. The only thing that other visitors to this apartment should know is that it is on a pretty busy street (overlooking the Seine, which was amazing), and naturally there is a fair amount of street noise (lots of cars and police sirens). However, the location and the amenities of the apartment outweigh any noise that we heard. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this amazing, beautiful, wonderful apartment again. We loved the part of town that the apartment was in as we felt we were in a safe neighborhood with a lot to do all around us. Our weather was perfect, not super rainy and not super hot. It was perfect for walking around and seeing all of the sights. Thank you Carol for an amazing stay. Laura

Dual citizen American/French. I lived in both countries, I now live in the French Alps., I love Paris and my dream has always been to own a property in the absolute best location: Along the River Seine, in St Germain neighborhood. But they are worth several million $! So I found the perfect solution: rent them to fellow american travellers, and enjoy them when they are not rented. A perfect win-win!

We just returned from 5 days in Giles' apartment. We can't wait to return. It is exactly as advertised and seen in the pictures, which isn't always the case with listings. It is spacious, elegant but still welcoming, comfortable, and in perfect condition. All of the utilities worked perfectly and there is a very helpful brochure for how to use them, as well as tips for the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is stunning. It is the perfect location: in walking distance of Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay, the Louvre, and probably 1,000 of the best food establishments in the world, bookstores, clothes stores etc. This is Paris at its best.

Location is amazing! Exactly between Notre D. and Louvre. Walking distance; food store, pharmacy, dozen of restaurants, station for the boat tour. We were welcomed as agreed. Whole process of signing agreements was fast. Apartment was clean and everything was functioning. We had few extra requests like extra cleaning in the middle of the week, they were accommodated. Overall, great place if you can afford it.
