Dear Patricia, Many thanks for your review. Really great to know that you enjoyed your stay at the villa. We recently added to the outdoor seating around the pool and upgraded the cushions so that they are really thick and even more comfortable to lay and sit on, so it was really good to read your comment about the outside seating. We do hope you return to Florida Delight again some time. Thanks for staying at our villa. Nichola and Richard

Dear Jason, Many thanks for the review. We are so sorry that the downstairs A/C broke down while you were there. It is one of those things with any home, be it a villa that is being rented for a holiday or our own homes that something can break down and need replacing. It is just incredibly disappointing and frustrating when it happens during a guests’ holiday both for the guests of course and for us as owners as not something that anyone wants to happen. We did contact an A/C company as soon as there was an issue and they came out but it wasn’t a quick fix unfortunately and we had to buy a new A/C unit that was installed as soon as they could. It didn’t help with the breakdown coinciding with 4th July public holiday which also caused a bit of a delay with the company being able to fix it. Sadly these things do take time with companies coming out to assess the situation then getting hold of a new unit and coming to fit it and for your holiday as you say, for 70% of the time you didn’t have the A/C working downstairs. We do thank you very much for your patience and understanding in the matter and for having booked with us in the first place. With very best wishes from Nichola and Richard

Dear Donna, Thank you so much for your lovely words and for choosing to stay with us again! We’re truly honoured to have welcomed you back, and thrilled that the villa continues to meet your expectations—from the space and amenities to those wonderful family dinners around the table. We’ve made it a priority to ensure the home comfortably accommodates all twelve guests—not just in sleeping arrangements, but also when it comes to dining together. Unlike some villas that sleep twelve but offer indoor seating for only eight, our dining area is designed so your whole group can gather in one place to enjoy meals, share stories, and make lasting memories. It’s wonderful to hear that Richard helped make your stay even more enjoyable, thank you. We can't wait to welcome you again for your next getaway. Until then, we’ll keep the pool sparkling for you! Best wishes, Nichola and Richard
