Thank you for your email and I'm sorry to hear the villa didn't live up to your expectations. The check in time of 4pm is a requirement for all guests. This gives the team time to prepare and clean the home before the next guest arrival. Unfortunately as you checked in before the normal time, you arrived to a home that wasn't ready for you. The property manager was shocked to see you at the home when she arrived, but the team worked around you. The home has plenty of towels for each guests. Each bathroom has two bath, two hand and two face and there is a huge linen closet upstairs with plenty more. We only display a small number of towels in each bathroom so not to clutter the space. The owners constantly update the home and we find many guests enjoy their stay. First impressions really do count and that is why we ask guests to check in at a certain time to give us an opportunity to turn around the home for the next guests. It was a shame you didn't give us this opportunity. We can certainly accommodate early check ins, but this most be agreed prior to arrival.
