Nice sizes house close to the beach

The location of the house was wonderful, right across the street from the beach. Easy parking. The house was a great size with a large kitchen and dining area. The only issue we had with the house was the dryer taking forever to dry clothes/towels I think because the vent line needs to be properly cleaned out. The property management was very responsive and sent someone out right away. I also thought the bathrooms needed to be cleaned better, many of the tile showers had mold growing along the caulk lines and we needed to bleach them all.

Nice, spacious house right next to the pool and easy access to the beach.

My family and friends enjoyed our time at this property. It is a great location and nicely decorated. There were some bugs in the kitchen that enjoyed our donuts😂 and a few minor issues (batteries out in tv remote, light bulbs out, dirty intake vent). But it is a very spacious home and accommodated us well during our fall break. Would stay there again :)

Great accommodation close to the beach

Gorgeous condo across the street from the beach. Took a long for maintenance to arrive for a clogged sink. We called 3 days in a row and they showed up on the 3rd day. There's bugs with wings in the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise it was a great vacation. We would stay there again if the bug problems are addressed.

It went great!

We had a great stay this past June! The property looked exactly how it looked online, plenty of space, and super short walk to the beach. The only problem we had was when it was time for us to check in, the code that was given to us didn't work and we waited forever for someone to pick up the phone to give us a new one. When we were given that new code, when we came back to the house that night, that code also didn't work so we waited an hour on the phone to get yet another code so we could get back inside. Turns out, whoever stayed before us had unplugged the wifi and everything under the tv (which connects to the door), so thats why it didn't work. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Terrible! Do not stay at this property!

Worst experience I have ever had during a vacation. The customer service was terrible and no one ever called me back when they said they would. I had to call multiple times. The first condo had mold in all of the vents and was dirty. They did not do anything about it until I called again the next day. They did move us to another condo but we never had internet or cable even after calling, emailing and texting multiple times for help. No one seemed to care about our concerns. The condo we rented was supposed to sleep 12, but I actually could only sleep 10 with people sharing small beds. The information ion this unit is misleading and inaccurate. The upstairs thermostat did not work and it was very musty and gross. I highly recommend staying far away from renting. It was one of the worst weekends I have ever had on a vacation. Just terrible!

Good stay overall

We rented this property for a week for fall break. There was plenty of room to accommodate 2 families; 4 adults and 4 children. The location was fantastic! The unit is right next door to the pool and a short, easy walk to the beach even with small children. The designated section of the beach was clean and not overcrowded at all. There is a storage closet right off the front porch that was most convenient for storing beach supplies! The kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of a large frying pan. We ended up purchasing an inexpensive one and leaving it there. We did find several opportunities for improvement during our stay. The bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds does not have a dresser - adding a small dresser would make this room a lot more efficient. Each bathroom was supplied with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. Expect to do laundry every day unless you bring extra from home. This wouldn’t have been that big of a deal except the dryer took AGES to dry a load of towels...and no, we did not overload it. Definitely bring a couple extra kitchen towels. We were supplied with 1. Check the propane for the grill BEFORE you start your dinner! We ran out 5 minutes into grilling and had to finish on the stove. Several remotes for the TVs had dead batteries. The bedroom downstairs has an ant problem (reason for the lower rating for cleanliness). Not very appealing to wake up and see ants crawling on the nightstand. Also, the bathroom downstairs is not connected to the bedroom and it is tiny (basically a half bath with a very small shower built in). It’s the only bathroom not pictured in the listing. Overall, we had a great week; the location cannot be beat! Walking distance to many things; Alvin’s Island, coffee shops, a couple restaurants. If the handful of issues were corrected, this would be a 5 star rating.

Nice

One bedroom downstairs, 3 upstairs. Cold AC, right next to pool, short walk to beach. Short drive to pompano joes, Alvins and shopping. It was clean, nice size rooms. Only one bath tub, the rest are showers.

Perfect Beach Retreat

Perfect home for 2 families. Our party included 4 adults and 5 Young adults. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect for those times of rest and showing after a day at the beach. The beach is a short walk, with a quick access the beach. (We rented beach chairs and umbrella service for the week) Living room was comfortable with plenty of seating for our group. Kitchen lacked baking wear & storage containers. Thankfully I had brought a few things we needed, so we were able to make do. Also wouldn’t hurt to bring a few kitchen towels and washcloths. Our party of 9 had the BEST week ever! And would definitely consider renting here again.

Very clean, spacious unit

The property was great. Very clean. The only negatives were that there wasn't a basket in the coffeemaker (we bought one at the local thrift store for $10) and the pool was dirty. The steps to the beach were rough for my mother, so she only went once, but it was beautiful and a short walk for the little kids

Beautiful Property with everything we needed!

We stayed here over the past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. It’s a short walk to the beach and the property also came with some beach goodies (chairs, frisbee, floaties). Winn Dixie is only a 5 minute drive for anything we needed (including liquor). The community pool is clean and is only 5 feet deep. All the access codes and instructions were given on the day of. I also called the morning of check in and asked if we can check in a bit earlier since we would be in town around 2pm and they accommodated us. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Thanks for having us!

It was okay- great location

Positives- great location. Very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Beds were comfy. Plenty of room in the living room to sit. The table was big enough for us to play uno as a family. The staff was quick to respond and take care of the issues such as, breaker blowing from 2 blow dryers at the same time, and two TVs not working - one yet fixed and the other we just didn’t even bother with calling for it. The beach chairs provided were great however they were locked in the storage closet and we didn’t have the code- no biggie just ended up calling to get it. There’s plenty of space if you have children... we did not bring kids. Just wanted a cute clean space to vacay and relax. Negatives- not clean. We found hair the bathrooms, a nasty toothbrush left from the previous tenants, and the back porch was completely trashed. They cleaned it up but as a heads up I will warn you the back patio furniture is disgusting. It is nothing like the picture. This was one of the reasons I picked this place but we wouldn’t even leave our wet towels out there because of the rust on the chairs. That picture should be removed. Moving on—-Ironing board doesn’t work so we used a towel to iron on. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms- if you’re a female you get why I added that part. 3 of the 4 bedrooms only having one mirror would be tough with a group of gals.. Way overpriced for the quality. In addition it was storming and we arrived early and was told we could check in early for an additional amount. I said we would just sit under the umbrella until the storm passes... it was vacant the days before yet early check in was impossible- hmmm. Once again I will state that the staff was response which is a plus. Overall I would not stay there again but it wasn’t the worse place I’ve ever stayed. -30 year old female from Ga traveling with husband, mom and dad, & aunt and cousin.

We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s 50th! Beautiful place with lots of room and close to the beach! Our group said they would all come back!! Comfy and cozy atmosphere! Thanks for the awesome accommodations!!!! We loved it!!!

Beautiful amazing unit!

It was very easy to work with VRBO the communication was amazing. The best part was they texted you all the information the day of so you had all your codes. You didn’t have to take time out of your vacation to stop by the office you could go straight to your room! The unit was gorgeous and very updated!

Great place to stay

The house is big and clean, it has everything what we need. The beach is right across the street and the swimming pool is next door. Perfect place.

Spectacular summer retreat with everything you can ask for

Townhouse was spotless and stocked with all the basic supplies. It's spacious and gorgeously decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Short walk to the beach with a private entrance, easy access to pool. We'll definitely be back. Staff was also very professional and accommodating.
