Thank you Alex for your review. Glad you enjoyed our large 2 bed Villa & its panoramic views which does come with steps due to its elevated location. The buggy path up from the parking area makes it much easier to get to the villa rather than climbing up the steps but the villa is not wheelchair friendly

We are very sorry that Andrea and her family did not enjoy their stay. This was clearly a disappointing experience for them, and we genuinely regret that. We would, however, like to reassure future guests that this experience is not representative of the feedback we normally receive. We are very grateful to the many guests who have stayed at our villa and taken the time to leave positive reviews. When the guests contacted us about their concerns on arrival, we immediately arranged for our cleaners to return to the villa, which they did within approximately 30 minutes. We also offered replacement bed linen. When they subsequently locked themselves out, we immediately arranged for our local management agent to provide access. Following an exceptionally wet period, woodlice had unfortunately become a problem affecting properties within the local community. We arranged professional treatment of the villa and outside areas at the earliest opportunity on the Monday morning. Unfortunately, the guests had already decided to leave before we were able to let them know this had been arranged. We take the cleanliness, presentation and upkeep of our villa very seriously and have since taken additional steps to ensure the property is carefully checked between every guest. We are disappointed that on this occasion we were unable to provide the experience we aim to give every guest, but we are very grateful to the many guests who have enjoyed their stays and continue to provide us with such positive feedback.

Thank you for your review, however I’m very surprised that you found La Manga Club Resort boring. There are over 30 restaurants & bars many with entertainment, anything from quiz nights to Cabernet. Sports wise, apart from the 3 golf courses. & 28 tennis courts there are numerous other sports and activities available, ie Cycling & walking groups, yoga keep fit etc etc. Our villa is in an Elevated position which gives the panoramic views our guests enjoy, this does come with steps but there is absolutely No reason why anyone would climb up the 70 steps mentioned in the review when there is access from the parking area just below the villa which has the option of climbing 25 steps or walking up the buggy path/ramp then down 8 steps to the pathway which leads to the front door. This property was painted throughout within the last 2 years When we also replaced the sofas & soft furnishings. A new walk-in shower unit was fitted in the main bathroom & the en-suite has a new bath & over-bath shower. Also a new toilet in the cloakroom. All air-conditioning units were replaced last year. The outside of the villa was in the process of being painted but as the painters were behind schedule we delayed the rest of the work so as not to inconvenience the guests. The painting has now been completed but we are still waiting for the new shutters which have been on order for some time some time.
