Elegant lejlighed på 140 m2, med elevator. Parketgulv. Det har tre soveværelser med dobbeltsenge, sove op til 6 personer, i fuld centrum og tæt på butikker, lystbådehavn, Canalejas og Esplanade, kan du nå Playa del Postiguet på 10 minutter en behagelig spadseretur under palmerne område Esplanade eller i solen langs havnen. Det har to badeværelser, det ene med badekar og et med bruser; rummelig og solrig stue med terrasse og smuk udsigt over havnen og Paseo de Canalejas og Avenida Doctor Gadea.

Fuldt udstyret og meget komfortabel, har aircondition (varme / kulde). Det har køkken med komfur, vaskemaskine, opvaskemaskine, ovn, mikroovn, køleskab, brødrister, kedel ovn. Smart TV. Har WiFi.

To soveværelser har 2 separate senge og den tredje har en dobbeltseng. Det store soveværelse har også en dobbelt sovesofa.

We extended our stay in this excellent apartment through this booking. We loved it so much that we have already booked it again for an extended stay next year. The apartment is very clean, extremely well furnished and supplied. The view is terrific. The beds and furnishings are comfortable and the hosts are very helpful. The location is perfect. Close walking distance to tram, train, bus, port, grocery and other stores. It is also far enough away from the main tourist attractions that it does feel overwhelmed by the tourist mobs.

Beautifully furnished, spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, everything works. Good WiFi connectivity. Excellent orientation by owner. Fabulous view. Close to large supermarket and main tram station, yet away from the most popular and crowded tourist hotspots. We didn’t need the a/c. A space heater would have been welcome on a few cold nights.

2nd stay at this lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped. View from balcony is fab looking over to the harbour and street below. Location is great lots of restaurants, bars and shops near by. We loved our stay here

Cockroaches, broken water heater and air conditioner with buckets that needed emptying out daily. When I arrived I found cockroaches which were delay with but days later I continue to find them. The water heater broke and was replaced the next day. The air conditioners, however, were never repaired, and I had to empty the buckets with water on a daily basis. The air conditioner in the main bedroom also stopped working. It was, however, an excellent location.

We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and apologize for any inconvenience. However, we would appreciate it if, in addition to mentioning the problems, you could also provide the full context and all the facts in detail, as it might seem that we didn't pay attention to your requests and didn't treat you with the necessary care and attention. 0. You don't mention that I personally went to the airport to meet you as a special gesture. I thought it would be nice to show you our hospitality since you were traveling alone. Furthermore, although it's not something I do for all guests, I personally showed you nearby shops and supermarkets, and, as an added bonus, I took you to a phone store so you could install an eSIM in your phone and avoid communication problems during your stay in the country. It goes without saying that these were all special gestures on our part, and we never asked for anything in return, nor would we. Additionally, when you said your internet wasn't working, I immediately went to the apartment and it turned out it was working, but it hadn't been configured correctly on your phone. I also resolved this issue in person. 1. Regarding the cockroaches, you should know that during the summer, these insects fly across the Mediterranean from Africa, and it's not uncommon for them to appear on the balconies and terraces of apartments near the sea. This doesn't mean the apartment is infested. However, as soon as you notified me, I went in person with the cleaning staff to clean and wash absolutely everything, as well as disinfect and leave you plenty of products to use as protection against them entering the apartment. I also left you mosquito control products, since mosquitoes are also common throughout the city during the summer. 2. I must emphasize that during our guests' stay, the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment is their responsibility, not ours. Unfortunately, for stays of a month or more, like yours, it's impossible for us to ensure the apartment is spotless, just like the day you arrived. 3. Regarding the water heater, I'm sure you understand that appliances break down in every home. However, as soon as you mentioned it, we bought a new one and installed it. The one-day delay wasn't due to a lack of commitment, but because it wasn't possible to install it that same day, so the installation was scheduled for the following day. Similarly, we scheduled a check-up of all the air conditioners in the apartment, and a new unit was eventually installed. Unfortunately, your stay ended right around that time. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Kind regards.

Fantastic location, very short walk to the marina and tram station and everything you could need for your stay including some beach chairs. Very warm welcome with lots of helpful information. Great view from the living room and balcony.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location is ideal, and the space inside is generous. Everything was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the window was breathtaking.

This is a great apartment, in a really good area, near to every thing. It has everything we wanted. It is on the ninth level, but has two good lifts. Good air conditioning . We had a super holiday and are booking again for next year.

Very nice stay

Great location. Lovely host! Nice apartment with great views. Very minor problems such as one bedroom not having air conditioning. And no plug for kitchen sink which meant difficulty washing small amount of dishes. But was spotlessly clean and in a great spot. Would stay here again. Thanks Lorena!

The communication from booking to arrival was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean albeit a little dated in parts. The beds were comfortable, the pillows not so. The shower pressure was great although one is a hand held as the wall fixer is broken. The location is fabulous, just a couple of minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. It is a great base for a group of friends. The balcony was far smaller than it appears in the pictures and the outdoor seats had no cushions so we didn't use it.

Wonderful location!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Lorena was fantastic!! She was SO responsive and helpful. I had a problem with some of the lighting but she tried to get it fixed right away. It was not fixed, but not for her lack of trying. I would highly recommend this property and Alicante. Deb

Great stay in Alicante

A very nice apartment. Spacious with large living room, private kitchen and three bedrooms. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was located in the middle of the city center with a short distance to everything. There was a festival in the city theese days, with music, dancing and parties everywhere (a bit noisy - but fun). In addition, bonfires and three days of large fireworks. An experience of a lifetime. We are very happy with our stay and can recommend the apartment to everyone.

Spacious apartment in perfect location with a great view

We did a long-term stay in this spacious apartment. The apartment is in a terrific location, close to everything including shopping, transportation, and even the beach is only a short walk. It is in a quiet, very well maintained building, with two elevators. The two smaller bedrooms and second full bath are down a hall from the master for added privacy. The apartment is on the ninth floor, and the view is stupendous, both to the marina, and especially over the city’s rooftops to the castle.

Excellent family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful apartment during our holiday. Our family group was a range of ages from 69 (Nana) to 3 years (our son). We all enjoyed the apartment for various reasons, and the location was perfect with great access to supermarkets, activities, and not too far from the beach. There were even some sand toys and fun little kids items to play with, which my son loved. We did have to be really cautious with safety for him on the patio, definitely didn't allow him out there without close supervision, but that wasn't a problem for us. Lorena was very communicative leading up to check in and met us right outside the apartment after getting out of our taxi from the airport. We really enjoyed our Alicante adventure overall. Thank you!

Roadworks

We liked the apartment and the location but nobody told us about the major roadworks right beneath us from 8.00am till 7.00pm. It literally sounded like the battle of Stalingrad! They only stopped at weekend. Also, as agreed, there is a 25.00 euro charge for arrival after 10.00pm which we were happy to pay (the flight was delayed) but we arrived at the apartment at 10.04pm so I thought it was a bit harsh. I didn't have any 5.00 euro notes and had to give 30.00 euros but wasn't offered any change. However these are minor gripes we would definitely use the apartment again but would definitely wait till all the construction work has finished!

Not luxury but location is great

The apartment has a great potential and its location could not be better - close to everything. It is definitely not luxury though and for the relatively high price we paid, certain things were annoying. For example, although there are two nice, spacious bathrooms, the hot water tank is so tiny that there was not enough water even for one person to take a longer shower. If two people try to take a shower at the same time, the hot water runs out very quickly. Given the size of the apartment, it needs a much bigger hot water tank!Another annoying issue was dealing with the light switches. There is a million switches and some of them do not work properly or do not work at all. We ended up giving up to turn the lights up in the kitchen! Someone needs to look at this system of switches and fix it.On the plus side, the apartment is very well located. The building is well maintained. The manager is very responsive. It just needs a little more attention to detail to turn it into a real gem that it deserves to be, which would then justify the premium price.

Clean and well-functioning - great location! Lorena is a very attentive host :-) I would recommend this apartment. Close to metro, busses, beach, restaurants and even car rental if you opt for a day or two in the back country of Alicante.

This is an amazing apartment right in the heart of Alicante. The balcony has terrific views of the city, the mountains around the city, and the harbor and Mediterranean Sea. I spent many hours out there enjoying the view in the warm balmy air. We visited during the Festival of the Bonfires of Saint John and we had the perfect view of all the fun and fireworks from our apartment. One day we spent a day at the beach and really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cart the host provides. We were able to walk everywhere in the city. Then in the afternoon, the cool living room with it comfortable and serene decor was the perfect place for our afternoon siestas before our evening fun out and about. The kitchen has all the needed items to make our meals there, but we found the restaurants in Alicante varied and amazing, so we only made breakfast. Lorena, is an amazing host, who greeted me upon arrival and took time to explain the working of the apartment and made excellent suggestion of things to do during our stay. She was always quick to respond to my texts, within minutes, and kind and helpful with her responses. This apartment is a jewel in the amazing city of Alicante. We are already planning when we can return. I know this apartment was one of the reasons we enjoyed Alicante so much.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und in einem gepflegten, ruhigen und sicheren Haus in bester Lage. Wir wurden von der wunderbaren Lorena empfangen, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat. Auch war sie immer ansprechbar für uns. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Nicht alle Mieter gehen gut damit um, was man leider ein bisschen sehen kann. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen hier und da und die Wohnung ist perfekt! Wir lieben Alicante und kommen bestimmt wieder. Thanks a lot Lorena!

Zeer goede ligging

Zeer goede ligging, mooi appartement, maar derde kamer was niet proper, bedlinnen rook echt niet fris, dit kunnen verhelpen door het zelf in de wasmachine te wassen, ook haarballen op de vloer en wc papier moesten we zelf gaan kopen.

Un soggiorno spettacolare

Ottima comunicazione e accoglienza da parte di Lorena, puntuale e amichevole . Immobile signorile, servito da due ascensori ( adatti anche a persona che utilizza sedia a rotelle). Una pecca la discoteca del porto ( per le orecchie più sensibili) Dal balcone e dal salotto vista mozzafiato, anche per laltitudine!
