To clarify, the property description explicitly states that the second bathroom is an outside toilet located on the balcony, that the apartment is on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, and that the single bed is located in a separate room/study. The photographs also accurately show the layout and configuration of the property. We therefore cannot be held responsible for disappointment resulting from information that was clearly provided before booking. We encourage all guests to carefully read the listing details before making a reservation. Regarding the wine glasses, they are made of polycarbonate, a highly hygienic and, above all, safer material, as it does not shatter into dangerous fragments if dropped. Finally, we would like to remind you that this is a holiday apartment; while we understand that traditional glass wine glasses might have been your preference, their absence does not affect the property's functionality or suitability for its intended purpose.
