Luxury apartment located on the first floor of an elegant building with elevator in Via Gregoriana, in the heart of the historic center, a short distance from Piazza di Spagna, the public park of Villa Borghese and Piazza del Popolo. This is a central and exclusive location from where it is possible to visit famous monuments such as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon on foot. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished in a modern style with an excellent design that emphasizes original details. It consists of a comfortable double room, a single room and a third bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a sofa and a dining room, a beautiful modern fitted kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The amenities include air conditioning, wi-fi, LCD smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Our stay at this apartment exceeded my expectations. It is smartly decorated, roomy, had everything we needed, clean, safe and close by to shops, restaurants and main sites. We walked to all of our outings and enjoyed the neighborhood. Host communicated great and even allowes is in early as the apartment was ready. Would book again in a heart beat!

The apartment is located in the most beautiful and historic part of Rome. It is so easy to walk from there to famous monuments, with shopping and dining all around. The accommodations are very comfortable, lots of space and all amenities one needs. Air condioning works great! Communication was always readily available and and they all go out their way to make sure you have a great visit to such a fabulous city. Thank you, Francesca, Issac, Jacopo and Giulia. I will definitely return!

Beautiful apartment and excellent location! Very close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi, restaurants and shops. Lots of space, full kitchen. One bedroom without AC but was cool enough. The ONLY issue was cleanliness as the linens had stains - towels looked dirty with red stains; sheet had brown marks; surface of bedside table with cream colored material and dirt. Used only a few dishes but they were not clean. Having guests wash their dishes a little tricky as not everyone seems to take care to clean them properly.

- Charged extra for checking in late- Odd layout: master bedroom and another bedroom only had sliding glass walls that offered little privacy/sound insulation- Host was restrictive about check-out time- Photos made the place appear larger than it actually is- Location is indeed good; close to several landmarks- Strict check-out rules (washing the dishes, taking out the trash, etc.)

This property was in an excellent location right near the top of the Spanish steps. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. The only issue was mentioned in a review from before, the rooms are separated by frosted glass creating a lack of privacy. Just something to think about.

It’s a great location. The apt is located close very close to amazing shops and restaurants. It feels safe and convenient. I felt like I could live in it for a long time.

The place was nice and the location was good. We liked the place but just know that it is not the most privet place in the world. Lots of frosted glass including the primary bedroom and bath.

This is a large well located apartment on a quiet street in the heart of tourist Rome. The beds were firm and great. The kitchen was just what you need and both the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were awesome. Falls short of five stars because the bathroom fans were inadequate and the bathrooms smelled of mildew.

Overall this apartment was great. The layout is odd and the rooms felt very sterile (not cozy), but we had somewhere to sleep. The location is wonderful. We had one issue with the kitchen sink leaking, but it was fixed… at least a bandaid was put on it for our stay. Would stay again

Perfect. Location was central and apartment was exactly what we were looking for.

This place was within walking distance to most attractions. Centrally located near some great restaurants and sites. Communication and services from the host were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome

Great place and Host

The Host arranged transportation from the airport and met us upon arrival and gave us all of the info on the delux apartment and area. He was always available especially when there was a threatened train strike on the day of checkout and verified that we could stay another night if necessary.Our family was very pleased with the apartment and location.

It's a beautiful and spacious unit in an excellent location. Our only issue was initially getting the Vikey system to work. Once we had that mastered, everything went very smoothly. The unit is nicely updated and has the amenities most people look for—and it can accommodate many people.

Great Location!!

This was an amazing property and exactly as described!! Between the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps on a very walkable and safe neighborhood!!! Was great to meet someone at the house to go over everything at check in. We were traveling with 2 of our adult children so we really appreciated the space! And I loved the laundry!
