We had a great time in the Trulli, which was calm and relaxing. You definitely need a car to access the property, but everything is just 20-30min away. You can reach so many of the beautiful towns and beaches in 20 min. The host and Maria Franca, the housekeeper, were really approachable and very helpful. We loved the place.

Trulli delle futi fafe

Wonderful host, beautiful place and location for those seeking silence surrounded by nature only, very charming trulli with nicely restaurated buildings. We enjoyed every single moment despite of an extremely hot wheather.

a magic place

The hause is an original Trullo, very nicely restaured. It has a lot of charm, and is also very well equipped for long permanence. The garde is huge, and offers many possibility to sit outside and relax. From there we visited the Castellana Cave and Alberobello. In the sourrounding is a supermarkt and some restaurant. Perfect for someone that like old houses and countryside.

Beautifull with lots of space

We had a wonderfull stay in Autumn. Lots of space, options to sit outsite, a truly original feeling of the house. The only missers was that it was on the VRBO website it was stated to be 0.2 km from the Monopoli Catherdral. So we expected to be near the centre of Monopoli, which it is absolutely not. It is as quiet and outside as you can get.....

Great house however not for winter

Great place to stay. I would lean more towards not staying there in the winter months, however i bet it is absolutely gorgeous the other three. The owner and caretaker helped with the hiccups through the heat and hot water not working. Beautiful Trulli. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this country trulli is for you. You will definitely need a car if you are staying here. Taxi service is very expensive.

A Trulli great experience

Stayed 2 weeks in the Trulli and had a great time. Total relaxation in the quiet calm of the local olive grove, and lots of fresh herbs from the garden and lots of wildlife close at hand. We were just a bit early for the pomegranates. Thankfully Mariafranca was there to guide us in on the first night as it would have been difficult to find in the dark. Some signage would be useful for future visitors.

Staying in a trullo is an experience I will always remember fondly. It really is a special space. Trulli Delle Fate Fuffe was a wonderful example. Who needs Alberobello when you can stay here? It is a beautiful property located in the hills above Monopoli (about a 20 min. drive). There were 3 excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Luciana provided all the necessary amenities (great coffee!). We were totally pleased with our experience. 10/10Please note -- the property is located about 2 KMs on a one lane road. I was pretty nervous at first, thinking I'd end up backing up after encountering a car coming from the opposite direction. However, that never happened. The road was fine.

Fantastic experience in a lovely Trulli

Great charming property, unique experience to stay in an ancient building. Lovely decorated, lots of character. A fantastic rural setting to enjoy peace and tranquility. Located relatively closed to most major attactions, but note that a car is required to move around. Easy check in process and communication with property manager Mariafranca. Rated description as 4 due to the fact that listing doesn't say that an additonal daily cost of EUR 30 is charge if heating is requested (we didn't need it for end of October booking). Thick blankets are provided. Also note that washing machine is set to clean only to a ~ 20 minutes cycle of 20 C.

Authentic Trulli-Holidays

We really liked our Holiday-Trulli It is very special to live in such a building for some days. There is a lot of space and places to sit inside and outside. It is a nice place to have some relaxing days with the opportunity to visit some beautiful villages oder the beaches. You definitely need a car to get around, do your groceries, but its worth it. In the description it is not so clear how many beds and rooms are available. One matress was really bad and we missed one bed, but the next day, they helped us. So overall a nice experience! Thank you!

Terribly dangerous

The showers didn’t drain well and water spilled out of the doors which aren’t sealed well. No bath rug or mat. My 81yo mother fell and LOST A TOOTH. The property owner takes no responsibility.

1- this lady did not pay before to entry in the property; I was to nice waiting for the final payment 2- the shower works perfectly since we do regular maintenance and any guest never reported any problem before and after the stay of Miss Crosby 3- we have a mat just outside the shower in both bathrooms 4- we have non-slip showers and also for hygiene reason we do not have mat inside the showers 3- we take responsability for any problem that may happen related to malfunctioning

Beautiful Country Setting!

Friends together in this architectural marvel. This traditional trulli set in a grove of olives and an orchard of cherries was amazing. Friendly greeter had left the house clean and sparkling. One note, this is a country house property with short drives to local sites and restaurants. That being said you should come stocked with groceries for your stay. Basics were already at the house, as well as a nice welcome basket, there is a local well stock market about 10 minutes away down charming rock lined lanes. Car or bicycle is needed. An alert to tall guests, some doorways ar shorter than 6’ and most or just about 6’2”, practice ducking! One comfortable double/queen bed, all the rest ar small singles. Truly only two negatives: printed instructions on the clothes washing machine, missing the dryer cycle, and the bedding needed to be updated… single mattress need replacing, a futon is not comfortable for long. We would definitely return to this accommodation, add a pool and I would not leave..
