Nice house quiet environment (few barking dogs only but its typical spain) everything was in the house what we needed. Good shower, good bed, airco in all the rooms. Bbq area is also great . Really nice surroundings ( from pool area you see mountains around you). Pool was okey, maybe around the pool we missed some shadow, like umbrella and small tablesomething. Anyway really enjoyed our holiday 4 weeks long.

Perfect getaway for peace and quiet

This Villa is amazing,it has everything you need for a lovely tranquil holiday. It is so peaceful there you would think know body else was around save the chickens somewhere near.My husband and I have just spent 3 weeks there and it was just lovely lazing by the pool. The owners are lovely people and will help with anything you need .Not far to local restaurants where there is a good choice of places to eat.Other places are easy to get to like Marbella, Benalmadena,Fuengirola and even Gibraltar so great for touring.Highly recommend this Villa to everyone. Only thing we can think of is to have the road leading to Villa levelled as it is so bumpy with potholes other than that everything was great would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay

We had a very lovely week at this property, wish we could have stayed longer. Owners are really nice. It is well equipped, well maintained, has comfortable beds and was super clean! Only the rooster next door waking us up very early in the morning was a little less fun but by the end of the week we got used to him -) The street towards the property is really bumpy but that results in not a lot of cars passing by. I made a joke to the owner that if they would put it up for sale, we would buy it, but she said it belonged to her father so it has a lot of sentimental value ... and that you can tell in the state of the property, they really take care of it. Air conditioning in the two biggest rooms are quite noisy so couldn't leave them on at night. But because of the built, it didn't get too overheated inside at night. One bedroom doesn't have the window shutters but we fixed that using the sunbed mattresses.

Everything went great at the Villa

Everything went great at the Villa. We were staying with family and the house was perfect for a one week holiday in Alhaurin el Grande in October. Hosts were very friendly and were waiting us when we arrived and also helped us fast answering to messages, if we had questions. We didn’t have strong common language but we managed just fine.We had a car, which was good to have, the Airport is half hour drive away, the village Alhaurin El Grande is 5min drive away. The nearest restaurant is 700m walk away. The house and surroundings is beautiful. The pool is nice. You can find oranges in the garden. The house was very clean and stylish. It is very well equipped, there is beautiful kitchen, where you can find all you need, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, good tableware. Also there is dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi worked good. Check out time was a bit early (10AM).Thank you!

Finca el Cortijito de Herrera

Bild von Aussenküche stimmt nicht, da kein Grill vorhanden. Keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden, mussten nachfragen. Ebenfalls keine Sonnenstoren am ganzen Haus. Abwaschmaschiene funktionierte nicht, 3 Tage Handwäsche. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig, was wird kontrolliert?
