Villa Nina er et to-etagers feriehus i Tzanetata, en stille lille landsby 2 km. fra byen Sami.
Stueetagen har spisestue og opholdsstue, fuldt udstyret køkken og badeværelse med bruser. Fra stuen dørene fører til den smukke have og swimmingpool.
På første sal er der to soveværelser, et med en dobbeltseng og et med to enkeltsenge og et badeværelse.
Opholdsstuen samt begge soveværelser har air-condition.
Villaen har en vaskemaskine, satellit-tv, dvd-afspiller og WiFi.
Sofaen i stuen kan omdannes til en ekstra seng.

Beautiful house! We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well located, and with a car, you can easily explore the whole island.The house is lovely, very well equipped, and the pool with its incredible view is simply amazing! I highly recommend it!Last but not least, Spiros is a fantastic host — very kind, helpful, and easy to reach.Highly recommended !

What a great time we’ve had here in Villa Nina. Our wonderful host Spiros could not have been more welcoming. It is such a peaceful spot with an amazing view down to Sami. We’ll miss that view. The villa was well equipped for us and very comfortable. Great pool and outside space too. Spiros recommended Petros a local taxi driver and he was great too. Really reliable. We will be back!!

This was our third stay so I think that says it all! Spiros is a lovely host and always responds if you need anything. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and the villa just outside Sami is a perfect base to explore from. The pictures do not do the villa justice as there is new furniture, tv, sun beds etc. The view is also stunning. We love it here.

10/10 – Brilliant villa, gorgeous views and Spiros was a wonderful host!We had an amazing stay at Villa Nina,Spiros was a fantastic host throughout our stay. He was so welcoming, helpful, and attentive, which really added a lovely personal touch to our holiday.The villa itself is spotless and has everything you need for your stay. The private pool and garden area downstairs are amazing for lazy afternoons and the views are wonderful. Sami is just a short drive away so it’s easy to eat out but the villa is so beautiful it’s also lovely to spend an evening in and watch the sunsets. Also very close to Melissani, Drogarati cave and Odysseus park which are all worth a visit.We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday or host, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful villa with fabulous views of the ocean. Villa was very clean and modern. Pool and garden area well maintained and the view out to the ocean is fabulous. All windows have screens to keep any bugs out so you can enjoy the gentle breeze from being in an elevated locale.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The views are simply stunning and the villa photos really don’t do it justice. Everything was thought of and it was one of the cleanest villas we’ve stayed in. Spiros and his family were super friendly and always on hand to help; nothing was too big an issue for them and we were made to feel like family. The location was perfect for us as we hired a car (you will need one as it is too far to walk to town & can only be reached by a main road) and Sami has plenty of lovely restaurants & bakeries at very reasonable prices. It is well positioned for travelling to each end of the island and we did a lot of exploring. Our favourite beaches however were some of the nearest; just 20 minutes drive away with crystal clear waters and great for swimming & snorkelling. We plan to return to Kefalonia and will definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location. Beautiful pool area with a good-sized pool. The property enjoys fabulous views north and east across Sami to Northern Cefalonia and Ithaca. A short drive to Sami which has a wide choice of good restaurants plus supermarkets etc. Helpful and responsive owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This really is a hidden gem !! Wonderful clean property, with all amenities & well the hospitality is second to none, Spiros and his family are so lovely. Il Familia restaurant owned by Spiros is a must if your staying. Need a car to get around but like us you really won't be disappointed if your booked to stay here.

Amazing stay and wonderful host

Villa Nina was absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean and lovingly maintained. The views were amazing and Sami is such a lovely place, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Spiros was very welcoming and couldn’t have been a better host. The food at his restaurant was delicious! We were very sad to leave and are definitely planning to return!

Enjoyable stay and friendly owner

The villa is nicely furnished and well equipped and the pool is lovely. Spiros and his team at his restaurant are kind and generous and made us feel very welcome. A car is essential as the villa is 5 minutes drive out of town, but the lhe location is an excellent base to explore the north and north west coast and to take the ferry to Ithaca.

Stunning Views

Delightful,well presented and equipped villa with beautiful views across the bay towards Ithaca. Spiros is a wonderful host and responds to any queries quickly via the VRBO app and together with his team, Kalina and Alex made us feel very welcome. He also owns the Il Familia restaurant, the best restaurant in Sami, where the food is delicious. Car essential for exploring.

What a wonderful villa! We had a fantastic stay here and found the villa to be even better than we expected. Fabulous setting with gorgeous view, very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay.Spiros and Takis were very helpful and quick to answer any questions and kindly left wine and water in the fridge as a nice start to our holiday.We had a car which is essential to explore. Sami, beaches and other attractions like Drogarati caves etc are only 5-10 mins in car but would not be easily walkable, plus it’s about 45 mins from airport.Great villa and lovely family. We’d definitely stay again! Lovely villa and family. We were sad to leave!

Fantastic

The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, which is why I rated the accuracy of online listing as 3. The view is stunning and the villa is fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is brilliant as it isn't very deep so great for younger children. Spiros is a great host and exceptionally welcoming - thank you :). We had such a great time that we are going back next year.

Fabulous Villa - Wonderful host

We had the loveliest time at this villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is amazing. really well equipped with everything you need. Spiros is the best host ever! He is so friendly and his restaurant. Il Familia down in Sami was the best we ate at. He and his staff, especially Alex & Kalina were fabulous. Five star reccommended.

Gosh where to start! This villa is absolutely beautiful. The pictures definitely need updating for the interior as it's very modern, very clean and very big the current pictures do not do it justice. The whole property is exceptionally clean and bright. The air-conditioning is fantastic also. The views from the upper balcony leading off the main bedroom are exceptional. The views from the downstairs living room are also exceptional. The villa is located only 5 minutes drive to Sami perfect if you have a car during your stay. There is also a top section in the garden with a pergola with a barbecue and seating. This was a perfect place to watch the sun go down over the mountains. The village is very quiet therefore our whole stay was peaceful and very very relaxing and if you like immersing yourself in a little Greek villiage this is the one for you. Spiros the owner is a wonderful kind person and an absoloute gentlemen. Spiros lives just down the lane from the villa therefore any problems he is right on hand. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and not very deep. You can actually walk around it at the sides as there is a raised level underneath the water. We had many many happy times playing ball etc. The views from the pool level are exceptional also. You have 360 degree views of either mountains, the valley or the sea down to Sami. We have already booked for next year as this place is a greek gem and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Fabulous villa!

This is an amazing place to stay - even better than the photos! Spiros is an incredible host and a wonderful person! He, his family and his team at Il Familia went out of their way to make our stay really unforgettable.Their generosity, kindness and warmth, as well as the fantastic food at Il Familia, which has a wonderful view of the harbour, was incredible. We explored the island fully - Assos, Fiscardo, Myrtos and Antisamos beach, Agia Efemia, the monastery at Agios Gerasimos, as well as seeing turtles in the bay of Argostoli. These were all fantastic, but the best experience was the self-drive boat hire from Sami from Pirates, which was great for exploring hidden beaches and coves. However, relaxing in the villa with its amazing views of sea and mountains, perfect for dawns and sunsets, and relaxing in its incredible garden, with swallows, bouganvilleia and lavender - as well as meeting Spiros - was the absolute highlight of this holiday! I cannot recommend enough.

Villa mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben uns in der Vila Nina von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Check In ging schnell von statten, der Vermieter Spiros und sein Bruder haben uns überaus herzlich empfangen. Die Villa lässt keinen Wunsch offen, die Ausstattung ist super und der Pool und die Aussicht Aussicht grandios. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Fijn huis, op een rustige plek met een fantastisch uiticht

Het huis ligt op een heerlijk rustige plek op een paar minuten rijden van Sami met ruime keuze aan goede restaurants en winkels. Huis is zeer netjes en wordt goed schoongemaakt. Bij aankomst een zeer warm welkom bij het restaurant Il Familia wat van dezelfde eigenaar is. Het huis heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht over de zee, bergen en Ithaka. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug !

Ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist soweit gut ausgestattet, das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren Gewürzen wie Salz, Zucker usw. Ansonsten eine perfekte Lage um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Direkt am Haus gibt es schöne Wege zum joggen oder wandern (es geht allerdings bergauf und ab). Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe (ca. 8x4m). Der Vermieter ist super nett und gut zu erreichen.
