Perfect time away

This ended up being a last minute reservation due to change in plans. The owner very quickly responded, was more than accommodating, and made sure everything went smoothly. The view of the gulf off the balcony is beautiful, and walking the shore is as simple as stepping off the property onto the beach. Local pubs are easily within walking distance, with other “touristy” attractions a very close drive if that is what you want. This was exactly what I needed.

Nice unit, great location

No complaints here. The place was as advertised -- well-appointed, comfortable, clean and right on the beach. Heartily recommend.

Wonderful location by the gulf

The location was just what we wanted….right on the beach. Condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. The third floor view was amazing. The condo needs some updating, the parking is very tight spaces and the luggage carts were awful. Still love the place anyway 😊

Fantastic View

This condo is very nice & was very clean. The 3rd floor patio view is probably the best you can get. The condo is pretty close to the shore as well which makes viewing great. We took our binoculars to look out farther. Beach chairs are there for use, no beach towels, but lots of shops have them. Furniture & kitchen supplies were very nice. Dishwasher works great also. There is a nice cooler to use to take to the beach & pool. Pool was very clean & nice. Elevator worked all week. A few things to be aware of are that you need to pick up & drop off the keys at an office about 1/2 mile down Gulf Blvd. Not a huge deal but something to consider. Also, the laundry room on the 1st floor is very nice, not coin but you scan the QR on the machine and it takes you to an app & you pay by credit card. Very reasonable laundry prices. Would stay again.

Condo was clean and comfortable. View of sunsets were beautiful. We will definitely go back .

Renting was easy . The owner contacted us on our first day to make sure everything we needed was available and if not to contact him personally. Great place to stay .

Summer 2022 review

This was a nice condo in need of a little attention. There is a carpet runner, area rug, and carpet mats that were all dirty and in need of cleaning. (Maybe a tad bit sticky.) The furniture in the family room was worn. Appliances were modern and efficient. Kitchen utensils were adequate. A good swiffer or broom would be nice so that occupants have the option to do some daily cleaning. None of these inadequacies ruined our stay but an improvement would have made for a much better experience.

Sunsets!

The rental was ideally located, right on the beach but with a pool also. The space was adequate for two people. The nightly sunsets never got old!!

Excellent view, not as clean as expected

Gorgeous view from the balcony, spacious apartment for 2 people. Apartment however could be cleaner (refrigerator, counter top kitchen, broken seat, hair on lounging chair)

Indian Shores Condo

Great condo right on the beach. Great access to the beach and sunsets from the balcony were fantastic. DJ's Clam Shack was an easy walk and we really liked the clam chowder and fish tacos.

The location is beautiful. The view of the water and beach couldn't have been better. The condo was clean and peaceful. Beautiful sunsets.

Loved it!

The one thing we look for with little kids is easy beach access and this is GREAT!! Kids enjoyed the beach, the pool, and eating meals on the balcony while looking out over the ocean. Dolphins and manta rays were a bonus. Short walk to a delicious ice cream shop. We would stay here again!

Great view of the Gulf

The condo is so close to the ocean, when you step out onto the balcony you feel your right on top of the Gulf. Great sunsets, the pool was warm and the beach was steps away from the property.

Thanksgiving her away

Million dollar view! Our second time at this location, but our first in this unit. It was great, clean well stocked and the owner was so nice. We asked for an early check in and it wasn’t a problem. An overall fabulous experience -we will rent this unit again without a doubt.

Great Getaway

This unit was great for a long weekend for 2. The only real issue we had was 2 of he 4 chairs on the balcony were broken. There were just 2 of us so it was fine. The unit was just as described. The beach was awesome. I would recommend this location. I would definitely go back. Thanks for a great time!

Best beach on the gulf...

This was a very convenient location with trolley stops nearby to travel north and south to all of the great beaches restaurants. The condo was also equipped for cooking breakfast and lunch and a night in as well. We also rented lounge chairs with an umbrella steps away on the beach, which was very comfortable and convenient. We only wish there was a location for or directions to recycling. I live in FL, so I just bagged up my bottles and cans and hauled them home. The view from the balcony was excellent!

Nice to be back home

We loved our stay. Great location. Easy to get to. Nice parking in the shade. Condo was perfect with great view and beach access with a fun pool when the seas were too rough.

Nice Gem

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay and location. Had a beautiful view of the ocean, unit was spacious, and the water was perfect. Pool was fun and not crowded. Beach was not crowded at all. I don't think there were many public beach access ways near us, which made it less crowded. Will definitely be back in the future

Beach days

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament and wanted to stay at the beach for a few days. This was a great place! Very simple, affordable, everything we needed, great view!

Just my wife and I

This was the first beach vacation my wife and I have ever been on without the kids. We haven't been on a trip alone in years. It was a great time. The condo was clean and beach access and parking was easy. Also, the bed was extra comfortable, which was surprising. A lot of places cheap out on the mattress, but not here. The only complaint I had was the lead footed neighbor above me. I assume it was a horse that walked around constantly 24 hours a day, but that's certainly not the owner's fault. Just inconsiderate people. Its in a great location for food and nightlife. I would definitely return!
