Lejlighed beliggende i hjertet af det gamle centrum af Napoli, på tredje sal i en 1500-bygning, tilgængelig med trapper.

Lejligheden er blevet renoveret med respekt for den gamle kontekst, hvor den ligger, den har terracotta-gulve fra 1800-tallet, badeværelserne har antikke fliser på væggene. Huset består af et stort soveværelse med en dobbeltseng med en baldakin fra 1700'erne, en sovesofa og muligheden for en yderligere fjerde seng. A true gem in the heart of historic center of Napoles-walking distance to key spots/quiet/ amazing!!

If you want to have an amazing and memorable stay in Napoles look no further. It is a true sanctuary in the heart of the tourist heavy historic center. It is a block from via tribunale where all the great pizza places are, it is blocks from key historical churches, museums and the famous Napoles underground tours. The hosts are very kind and very professional. The apartment is very quiet even though it is in the heart of the action so to speak. There are flights of stairs in a historic building but if you are up for a climb, this is amazing place to stay!!! The kitchen is super well equipped, bedroom has huge ceilings and historic furnishings, the walls are mega thick so it is super quiet inside. It has strong wifi/ and has mini-splits in the kitchen area and the bedroom area so you can set the room temparature to what is good for you. The only friendly suggestion is to consider having a smart tv with netflix in the bedroom area, but we used our ipads to stream stuff so not a big deal. Apart from that, it is an amazing base camp to explore the historic and culinary delights of Naples/Napoles. My wife and I were there for an academic conference and needed someplace quiet but easy to walk to the university and super pleased with everything!!!

Wonderful vacation in Campania

Rosanna and Luigi are very kind and hospitable, ready to answer your every question and needs. Five star host ! The appartment has an old world charm wich is very pleasant. It is clean, very quiet and very secure. The beds are super confortable. Very well located in the heart of the historical district of Naples (Napoli), everything is accessible on foot (15 to 20 minutes walk) to all major sites, harbor and train station. Supermarkets, bakeries and shops are also very close by... All in all, we recommend the appartment to all futur travellers (tourist) with no hesitations... We where there for 27 days and we would gladly spend another long vacation in this appartment in Naples... Rossana and Luigi thanks for all. Jean-Claude and Alexander.

Beautiful Historical Apartment

Rosanna and Luigi are extremely kind, friendly and welcoming individuals. The apartment is lovely decorated with many beautiful antiques. Many of the original tiles have been preserved. Entering the apartment is like being in a different world away from the hustle and bustle, graffiti and unclean streets of Naples. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and there are a total of 78 stairs that you need to climb in this 1500 year old historical building to enter the apartment. If you have any physical limitations this might not be the right apartment for you. Word of Caution: Be extra careful while in Naples which is famous for pick pockets/muggings. Do not wear any jewelry and always keep your purse/cross body bag or wallet secure.

Great historical place in the midst of the historic center

My husband and I stayed here for a 10-day anniversary trip to Naples. The place was amazing - historic, wonderfully located, quiet, well-appointed kitchen, and clean. Luigi and Rosanna were wonderful hosts and very accommodating when a missed airline connection forced us to arrive much later than planned. They also suggested many sights to visit and places to eat. The apartment is right in the midst of the historic center which makes for great wandering and puts it only 1-2 blocks from the main streets with all the restaurants and activity. Yet, the apartment was nice and quiet. There isn't really a living room area to hang out in, but the bedroom was large and the kitchen had a good-sized table so it was easy to relax in those locations. Possibly tight for more than 2 people, but perfect for us. The online description of the place (and photos) is fairly accurate (I don't think there are two bathrooms, we only saw one which was good-sized with a shower). It may not be clear in the description, but the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th by American counting) and there is no elevator. This was fine for us but might be a concern for others less mobile. Luigi was very kind, helping us with our luggage. We highly recommend the apartment and would happily stay here again!

One bedroom apartment in the historic section of Naples

The apartment is in a 500 year old building with a central courtyard. Luigi and Rosanna were extremely helpful in making recommendations as well as carrying our luggage in and out of the building. The apartment has a washing machine which was fantastic since we had been traveling for over a week.

hidden gem in Napoli

Luigi and Rossana's property is hidden downstreet of the San Gaetano monument just off the vibrant Via del Tribunali. Embrace Napoli and the people, traffic, and sites will grow on you. Was one of our favorite places during the 9 day visit to Italy. The food and prices can't be beat. The ambiance of this historical property and Str. dell'Anticaglia is delightful. The property size is very large and tastefully decorated with antiques and tiles. Bellissimo!

Wonderful, charming apartment in the middle of the city!

We were so pleased with our stay in this apartment. The furnishings are beautiful and there's so much space. Guests need to be able to climb three floors up steep staircases, but that wasn't a problem for us. Communication before and during our stay was great, and though the hosts live next door, it was never intrusive. We've already recommended the apartment to others who plan to stay, and we would definitely stay again!

Authenic old Naples Charm

Wonderful stay in a 15th century apt in Centro Storica. Wild and crazy on the outside; an oasis inside. Right in the heart of where Naples was born and continues to evolve. The hosts are extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and proud of their city and history. Fantastic experience.

An extraordinary experience

We (two adults and two children) spent a very nice long weekend in this cozy apartment. We would like to thank a lot to Rossana and Luigi for their hospitality. We felt like visiting friends. The apartement is located in the heart of Naples and you can feel the history that has passed through it. We can only recommend it.

An absolutely lovely home and experience in the heart of Naples!

We absolutely loved our time at this home in Naples. The owners, Luigi and Rosanna, are incredibly kind and welcoming. They have taken so much pride in creating this authentic Italian space for visitors. Nearly all of the antiques in the apartment are heirlooms. The owners live right next door and are willing to help with anything! The apartment is right in the heart of Naples and within walking distance of everything. You'll be right in the midst of the intricate, winding streets of the older part of the city. Tons of cafes, shops, restaurants all around you. Bellísimo!

The Holiday house " Il Teatro di Nerone" is located in the historic city center of Naples. It is near many ancient Chuches, Museums and Monuments. There are many pizzerias and reataurants close the house. The house is in palace 1500 years old and it is restructured with antique objects and furniture.
