Daniel, Thank you for the 5 star review! We are glad you and your guests enjoyed your stay at this wonderful property! We hope to be able to host you again in the future! Thanks, NBE

Andi, Prior to your arrival we did inform you the dryer was being worked on and it was in working condition for your arrival as maintenance fixed the issue as quickly as possible. We are sorry you were unhappy about your rental as we do strive to ensure all of our guests have a 5 star stay. If there was any issues throughout your stay we would've been more than happy to send maintenance out there to repair any issues. This property is not pet friendly, however after your departure we had our cleaners reach out stating the unit was left with dog poop left on the floor throughout the unit (Not picked up throughout your stay). Our cleaners, the owners of these properties and us as a management company take pride in the properties that we rent, and we know from time to time guests will break rules. We have many pet friendly properties that we manage and would have been more than happy to find one that better suited you and your guests (Pets included). We hope to see you again in the future and hope to find a better suiting property for you and your guests. Thanks, NBE

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate learning about how we can make our properties better! We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks, NBE

Hi Joy, thank you for your feedback! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at this fabulous condo! I hope you come see us again soon! Thanks, NBE

Hello Antonio! Thank you for the nice review! We appreciate all of your feedback and will pass your recommendations along to the owner. Keep in mind we manage over 100 properties in the area and would be happy to host you in the future! Thanks NBE

Hello, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. The living room furniture is new (about a yr or 2 ago) we had not heard any complaints about it being uncomfortable. We did send maintenance to look at the dryer we thought we had resolved the issue, had you called us back we would have been happy to send someone else out but since we did not hear back from you we did not know it continued to not work well. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you had made us aware during your 3 month stay that the dishwasher was not working properly we would have sent someone to fix it. We did allow you to walk the unit last year to see if it was the one you wanted before securing the reservation, I am sorry you did not experience a 5 star stay. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. Thanks NBE

Hi Antonio, thank you for your feedback, we will pass on your issues with the mattress and TV to the Owner. The Grills are provided through the HOA of the complex, that is unfortunately the size they had chosen. We're so sorry you feel as if the unit is "Run down", we do have quite a bit of repeat guests that do enjoy this unit, we are so sorry you did not enjoy it this year. We hope you will give us a second chance in the future in possibly a more "updated" unit to best suit your needs, we do manage over 140 properties in the area. Thanks, NBE.

Wesley, thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of our central location, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. It's great to hear you loved the pool and the convenient access to the river as well. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing getaway! Thanks, NBE.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at this wonderful condo! We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. I will reach out to the HOA about the swimming pool issue and the noise issues. Unfortunately security should have taken care of the unruly guests. We would have been happy to send the cleaning crew back over, I am so sorry about that! We do manage over 100 properties in the area. Please give us a call the next time you are coming to town and we can help you pick a quieter complex! Thanks, NBE

Thank you for the great review, Melissa! I'm so happy that you and your guests had a great stay at the wonderful On River Time condo! The pools and river access really are a plus! We look forward to seeing you again! Thanks, NBE

Hi David, I am sorry your experience was not up to your expectations. We provide a "starter kit" with TP, hand soap, ect. I apologize that the cleanliness of the unit was not top notch and I will speak to our cleaning crew immediately. If you would have told us about the hanger and blender we would have promptly supplied those for you. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to provide you with the perfect New Braunfels Escape!!

Cheryl, thanks for choosing our place and for the 4-star rating! We hope you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to welcome you back anytime. Thanks, NBE.
