Bare 300 skridt fra stranden, Harbour Lane Court er en 4 enhed resort, med 3 et soveværelse, et bad lejligheder, og en to soveværelser, 2 bad lejlighed. Bare nyrenoveret, alle enheder er stueetagen og denne lille udvej har masser af Old Florida charme, med de oprindelige 1962 terrazzo gulve og katedral lofter. Lejlighed # 3 (Sanctuary) er et soveværelse et bad og sover 4 voksne komfortabelt med vores queen size Bellagio Hotel madras og en fuld størrelse sovesofa i stuen. Alle enheder er fulde lejligheder og har nye rustfrit stål apparater: fuld størrelse køleskab med ismaskine, naturgas rækkevidde / ovn, mikroovn og opvaskemaskine. Stue og soveværelser har LED fladskærms-tv med basiskablet. I stuen er der en blå-ray-afspiller med Netflix og Hulu, som du kan streame fra vores gratis WiFi, der fungerer i hele ejendommen, så du kan forblive forbundet. Vi har hotelkvalitet håndklæder og sengetøj, herunder badehåndklæder, og har også strandstole, paraplyer og strandvogne.
Vores ferieboliger ligger 2 korte blokke fra en af ​​de smukkeste golfstrande i USA, og er inden for gåafstand til fødevaremarkeder, apoteker og restauranter. Den gratis vognstop er kun 1/2 en blok væk, og vognen løber fra Anna Maria City Pier ved den nordlige ende af øen til Coquina Beach i sydenden. Den kører hvert 20. minut fra kl. 06.00 til 10.30. Du behøver ikke engang en bil, mens du er på øen. Puljen har et lille børneområde, og også en 28 'svømmebane. Vi stopper ved daglig at opretholde begrundelsen og sørg for, at dine behov er opfyldt.

Denne lille men eksklusive resort har et afslappende tropisk tema hele vejen igennem, og lige åbnet i slutningen af 2016. Vi har ikke mange anmeldelser endnu, men alle der har opholdt sig her har absolut elsket det. Ejerne er lokalbefolkningen og vil sørge for at du har alt hvad du behøver, og alt er ejeren vedligeholdt for kvalitetssikring. Amazing!

This property is so clean & beautiful. The hosts Joan & Olga have meticulously thought of every detail & are happy to help with anything. It's conveniently located just a short walk to the beach or the free trolley stop for endless shopping & restaurants!

Wonderful Vacation

The property was amazing. Everything we needed and more was available. The place was beautiful and very clean. The beach was only a very short walk and the pool area was excellent.

They've thought of everything!

This quaint cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was well equipped with everything you need from kitchen to the beach. The property and accommodations were very clean and well kept.

Long Weekend trip

Our stay was fabulous! Check in was easy, clean room, comfortable beds, courtyard was relaxing. Two blocks from the beach and they provide umbrellas, chairs, towels and a wagon to pull it all to the beach for the day if you wish to use it. Owners are friendly and easy to work with, they'll inform you of events going on while your visiting. Beautiful place to stay.

Lovely stay!

This was the perfect place for an anniversary get away. This small resort is tucked away and very private. Beautiful courtyard and pool. The ammenities were great. Cleanest place I have every stayed away from home. The owner was beyond attentive to our needs. We will be back!

Awesome stay!

Great communication with owners. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful uncrowded beach. Extremely clean and fully stocked unit. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Highly recommend.

August relaxation

It was in a cozy close atmosphere but it felt secluded from the main traffic of other travelers . We enjoyed the beach with easy access. Everything we needed for a day of fun was available (without extra purchases.). we would love to share it again with family

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location so close to the beach. The owner has done a wonderful job of maintaining the property and the units. The units are very clean and updated and have all the essentials you will need for your stay. It was wonderful having the wagon, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to use at the beach. The owners take pride in their property and it shows!

Convenience

Our 3rd stay and always the best. Everything you would need is provided. Convenient location near beach, close to grocery, restaurants, shopping. Room is decorated with modern updates, comfortable bed, clean, excellent condition. Owners very attentive and will fix anything quickly. They really care about you and your stay.

Oasis by the sea

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbor Lane Court and hated to leave. Check in was super easy. The unit was extremely clean, organized and nicely decorated with close proximity to the beach. The owners were very hospitable and provide everything you’ll need for your stay. We even got to meet one of the owners, Joan during our stay and she was very friendly and personable. We also loved the heated pool and relaxing in the courtyard meeting other guests. We cannot recommend a more better place to stay in AMI and look forward to coming back soon.

Anniversary getaway

Joan's place is a super cute, super comfortable, tranquil little piece of paradise! It had all the amenities you need for basics as well as supplies for your day at the beach! Beach is a super short walk, and nice and quiet. We loved our short time there, and wish we could have stayed the whole week!(unfortunately cut short by hurricane Ian). Great communication with Joan for anything you need or are concerned about! We will definitely book at Harbor Lane Court again! Thanks Joan and Olga!

Fantastic!!

Let me say, we were extremely happy with our stay. Joan (owner) stopped by every day to see if everything was up to par. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. 3 minutes to the beach on the gulf side. Gas grills,a pool and all the stuff you needed for a beach day were included. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, floats and a wagon to haul it all. Enough for all 4 units!. We will definitely return! Thank you Joan and Olga!

We had the BEST time! Communication with Joan was easy and she was always there if we needed her, even on the property some days. Everything was clean and up to date and there were no details left unnoticed…from beach wagons, toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels to a completely stocked laundry room, and kitchen. All these sea tails made our trip so easy and less stuff for us to pack. The walk to the beach was short and sweet, just walked right across the street the the most beautiful and not crowded beach. Everything was perfect and we are already looking into a trip back. Thank you so much Joan!!!

Quaint oasis

We had a great time in this quaint little spot. Two block walk to the beach right across the street. This is on the main road FYI, and the road was always busy during Spring Break week. Most people will easily stop for you to cross though. The little courtyard area was a plus and loved that it was surrounded by trees to give you a tropical feeling. Fun to have breakfast/lunch there or play cards with friends. So helpful to have chairs and a beach wagon available for our use. Place was very clean and fully stocked. They even provide laundry and dishwasher pods, makeup remover wipes, trash bags, etc. and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Nicely updated place. The pool is small but very cute and tropical ambiance. My girls still had fun swimming.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Harbor Lane Court. This small, quiet resort has a lovely ambience, both in the outdoor courtyard and pool area, as well as in the classy, charming units, decorated with much attention to detail. Owners Joan and Olga have clearly put their hearts into making this an ideal getaway spot, stopping in often to make improvements, give complete orientations to each new guest, and answer any questions. Our unit was spotlessly clean and thoroughly equipped with all we needed. We also made good use of the well-kept laundry room, as well as the beach carts, chairs and umbrellas available. As far as location, Harbor Lane Court seems ideally situated on Anna Maria Island. It's an easy walk to an uncrowded beach perfect for lounging, walking, dolphin-spotting and sunsets. Good restaurants and shops are also a short walk away. Harbor Lane Court is a find! We've already made plans to return next year, and highly recommend you give it a try.

AMAZING!

We just got back last week from Harbor Lane, and words cannot tell enough great things about the place! We are a family of 5 and the 2 bedroom was perfect for us! The bunk room was perfect for 3 children, with a double bed on the bottom. NEW everything...great fridge, new dishwasher, new microwave, new furniture, all new bathrooms. It was a beautiful place! Loved having the laundry room with new front loaders. We also loved having everything we needed for the beach, new chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards, and beach toys. They really did think of everything! Outdoor showers are perfect for the kids right off the beach and the pool was great! The owners were very attentive and always checking to see if we needed anything. We WILL be back! This place is a MUST stay! Its a super short walk to the beach (like 3min) and right on the trolley line. Can't wait for our next visit!

Best kept secret

This place checked off all the boxes. It was close to the beach, it was close to restaurants and shopping. This place is not only cute it was immaculate. Publix was down the street. Overall this is a hidden gem.

41 years ago, I moved to Anna Maria Island from North Carolina and rented one of these apartments for a few years. It was a great place to call home. Today, my partner Olga and I own it and have restored the entire property as though we were going to live in it. We paid attention to details and created a home atmosphere at a vacation resort. I also have had a screen-printing business on the island since 1985, so we're not absentee owners like a lot of rentals. We will be around to make sure your needs are met. Enjoy our home! It is owner maintained for quality assurance.

We inherited this property from my dear friend and business partner, John Lach, who passed away in 2015. We could have sold it but knew it would probably be torn down and another huge party house would go up instead. My partner Olga and I knew what a great little resort it would make, and tried to keep as much of its 1962 charm as possible, like refinishing the terrazzo floors. We put in all new stainless steel appliances & replaced the tubs with low curb showers to get in and out of easier. I really would love to live here myself!

The resort is unique for it's Old Florida charm and relaxing grounds. All units are full apartments with a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 4 families can rent the whole resort and have it all to themselves for the same price as one huge house, then everyone has their own kitchens and own space if they want to get away and have their privacy. We take pride in the cleanliness and tranquility that comes from vetting our guests before accepting booking requests instead of doing instant bookings where you could wind up with a fraternity party in the unit next to yours.
