Jaclyn and her group were good guests. They were friendly, respectful, and considerate throughout their stay. They followed the house rules, took good care of the property, and left the apartment in good condition. Communication with Jaclyn was easy. I would gladly welcome Jacklyn and her group again, and would certainly recommend her to other hosts.

Melissa and her family were lovely guests, and I would be very happy to welcome them back anytime. They were respectful of the property, and traveling with their young child was absolutely no concern at all. I also really appreciated Melissa taking a moment to introduce herself and say hello when we crossed paths — such a kind and thoughtful gesture. It was a pleasure hosting this very nice family. Marie-Anne Jean

Mr. Blake and his family were exceptional guests. They were friendly, quiet and respectful. They left the apartment absolutely spotless. It was a pleasure hosting them, and I would be delighted to welcome them back anytime. I highly recommend this nice family to any host.

It was a pleasure hosting Mr. Frank and his family. Even though they were traveling with two children, the apartment was remarkably quiet throughout their stay. They left the apartment clean and well cared for. They also respected the house rules, which is greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and I was delighted to hear that their stay went smoothly without any issues. I always want my guests to enjoy a completely stress-free stay, and it was a pleasure knowing everything met their expectations. Mr. Frank and his family are the kind of guests every host hopes to welcome. They are welcome back anytime! Marie-Anne Jean

Andrea and her family and friends were wonderful guests: warm, respectful, quiet, and considerate of my home. They followed the house rules and left everything clean and in excellent condition. I especially appreciated meeting them during their stay. I would be delighted to welcome them back and gladly recommend them to other hosts.

Richard and his family were exceptional guests. Communication was easy throughout their stay, they respected the house rules, and they left the apartment spotless. Even the dishes and glassware were impeccably clean and neatly put away, reflecting the exceptional care they took during their stay. They were quiet, considerate, and treated the property with great care. It was a pleasure hosting them, and I would welcome them back without hesitation. I also truly appreciate that Richard took the time to write such a thoughtful review while they were still enjoying their road trip. That kindness meant a great deal to me. They are exactly the kind of guests every host hopes to have. Highly recommended! Marie-Anne Jean

Emily and her family were wonderful guests. They were warm, friendly, very respectful and exceptionally considerate of my home and of the house guidelines. I had the pleasure of meeting them during their stay, and they took the time to introduce themselves and say hello, which I truly appreciated. They were also remarkably quiet and discreet throughout their four-night stay. They left the house very clean and in excellent condition. I was especially touched by Emily’s kind words about the impeccable cleanliness of Gîte Le Bercy. Maintaining such a high standard requires a great deal of care and effort, so having that recognized and appreciated meant a great deal to me. It was a genuine pleasure to host this lovely family. I would welcome them back anytime and highly recommend Emily and her family to any future host.

Hi Mr. Todd, Thank you very much for your wonderful review and for choosing Gîte Le Bercy during your stay in Montreal. It was a pleasure meeting you and exchanging a few words with you, your wife and your son. I would also like to thank you for the exceptional care you took of the apartment. You left everything remarkably clean and tidy. Guests like you and your family are truly a host's dream. You will always be welcome at Gîte Le Bercy. Marie-Anne

Melissa and her family were wonderful guests. Communication was always easy and pleasant, and I especially enjoyed our little exchanges in French, as Melissa was practicing her French during her stay!  Although we never had the chance to meet in person, they were respectful and considerate guests and left the apartment impeccable. I would gladly welcome Melissa and her family back anytime and would recommend them without hesitation to any host. Marie-Anne Jean

I welcome Vanessa and her three friends to my Gîte Le Bercy. During their stay I almost did not hear them, even though they were four young adults. Communication was very easy. Vanessa had no references on VRBO, but I chose to trust her and host her, and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend that all hosts welcome Vanessa and her friends, who are respectful of others as well as of the place they live in. Finally, I will be very happy to offer hospitality again to these charming young adults.

I had the pleasure to welcome Nancy and her husband to my Gîte Le Bercy. I often welcome tourists who leave the apartment almost impeccable. But for the first time, since the opening of my gîte in 2017, I must say that I cleaned out of principle only. I could have settled for just washing the sheets and towels. I highly recommend that all hosts welcome these very discrete people, who are respectful of others as well as of the place they live in. Finally, I will be very happy to offer hospitality again to this charming couple.

Megan and her friend are truly the ideal tourists that all hosts dream of hosting. During their stay, I didn’t hear them. Communication was easy. When they left, the apartment was clean and tidy. I highly recommend to all hosts to offer hospitality to these charming people, who are very respectful of others as well as of the place where they live. Finally, I would be very happy to welcome them again to Gïte Le Bercy.

I had the pleasure of welcoming the family of Madame Maureen to the Gîte Le Bercy. During the stay of the family there was a power failure at 8 o'clock in the morning, while the day looked very hot. The failure was caused by the maintenance of the electrical network. Of course I wanted to compensate Mrs. Maureen for the inconvenience that occurred at breakfast time. But the family nobly refused the amount of money that I considered justified. I was very pleasantly surprised. Upon his departure the family of Mrs. Maureen left the apartment very clean and in perfect condition. I recommend to all host this beautiful little family. At all times I will be happy to welcome you again. Marie-Anne Jean

At first I want to thank Jodie because she has all the qualities that host look for in the tourists they welcome. With respect to Jodie's comment it is as succinct as it is true and reassuring for the next tourists that I will have the joy of welcoming.

I had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Jeff and his family to my Gîte Le Bercy. During their stay I almost did not hear them, even though they were a family with two young children. Communication was very easy. When they left, the apartment was almost spotless and tidy. Perhaps there are some hosts who are hesitant to rent to families with young children, because of noise or breakages. But I highly recommend all hosts to offer hospitality to this charming family, very respectful of others as well as of the place where they live. Finally, I will be very happy to welcome again Mr. Jeff and his family.

I liked to welcome the Smith family to Gîte Le Bercy. It's warm to hear that my efforts are paying off. They were delighted by their trip to Montreal as well as by the amenities of Le Bercy. After their departure, I found a flawless apartment. I am always surprised to see that tourists bother to make their bed and dishes, and quit leaving the apartment very very clean.. En tout temps la famille Smith est bienvenue au Gîte Le Bercy (they are bilingual).

I had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs Christina, her husband and her sister in law at my Gîte Le Bercy. They are very charming and discreet people. We had the opportunity to share a few words, which I appreciate so much. When they left they did the dishes and left the place very clean. At all time I will be happy to offer them hospitality again. In addition, I recommend to all host to welcome them with open arms.

I had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs Barbara and her family to my bed and breakfast. They are people very respectful of others and of the place of stay, and the communication is easy with them. When they left, the apartment was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend all hosts to welcome Mrs Barbara and her family, and I would be very happy to offer them hospitality again. Marie-Anne Jean
