Det er beliggende i en duplex fra slutningen af århundrede med alle moderne opgraderinger. Det er en blanding af gammelt og nyt med en masse charrm og karakter. Turister kunne finde alle de apparater og køkkengrej, man kunne få brug for. 2 lukkede soveværelser (1 queensize-seng, 1 dobbeltseng). Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Egen indgang. Rygere har adgang til to altaner at nyde (adgang fra køkkenet, den anden fra soveværelset). TV med NETFLIX i stuen. Den gratis parkering på gaden er let og ikke overfyldt. Lejligheden ligger på 2. etage i en 2 etagers bygning, så der er en lille trappe at klatre op. Intet dyr. Ingen skjulte gebyrer: OVERNATNING SKAT (TSH) inkluderet i lejeprisen. Depositum: $ 300 CAD.

The property is well stocked with everything you could need and I loved the location. Only thing I’d recommend is bringing some basic spices if you plan to cook while there; other than that, great spot!

It was a pleasure hosting Mr. Frank and his family. Even though they were traveling with two children, the apartment was remarkably quiet throughout their stay. They left the apartment clean and well cared for. They also respected the house rules, which is greatly appreciated. Very well equipped place, very quirky which we loved. We didn’t realise when we booked that one of the bedrooms was quite separate from the others down a steep flight of stairs, our teenage son wasn't comfortable staying there so we used the sofabed instead which was fine, it would be helpful if this was clear in the listing but other than that it was perfect, great location for the metro

We are so happy that we were able to stay at Gîte Le Bercy. The apartment was lovely, and exceeded all of our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the unit was clean, very well equipped (including a washer and dryer), and had so many added little touches that made for a very welcoming stay. We were able to park our car free of charge behind the unit, and once parked we never had a need to use it again as the Frontenac metro station was only about a 5 minute walk away. Marie-Anne (our host) was available, helpful, and responsive whenever contacted. We thank her for making our stay in Montreal such a memorable one, and hope to return in the future.

My family and I had a beautiful stay at Gîte Le Bercy for 4 nights! This home was super charming and cozy, and Marie-Anne (the host) kept this place impeccably clean. Our stay was completely stress-free with everything she provided for us. The location was great, with nearby coffee shops and a park across the street. We did have trouble finding the parking spot in the back at first but Marie-Anne was more than happy to help us find the location, as it was tucked away in the back through the alley. The only slight downside would be that the third bedroom is downstairs (which we knew as it’s clearly stated in the property description), but it was a little difficult when we needed to use the washroom during the night, as it’s upstairs. Overall, our family would 100% come back the next time we’re in Montreal and would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you, Marie-Anne, for being an amazing host!

I had the pleasure of meeting them during their stay, and they took the time to introduce themselves and say hello, which I truly appreciated. Fantastic place to stay! I stayed here with my wife and son (13) and we all loved it. It is easy to access public transportation and get to anywhere you want to go. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet at night since it is filled with residential areas and families. The apartment is clean and unique! Everything you would need for an extended stay is available. A grocery store is just a few minutes walk away. Marie-Anne was incredibly helpful, kind, and excited to work with us.If we return to Montreal, I would definitely try to stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

This was our first time using VRBO and we will definitely use ithis service again! The property is just like Montréal - eclectic, welcoming, chic, beautiful. The photos are 100% accurate. The host could not have been more gracious and helpful. Every detail has been considered -extra towels for the nearby indoor pool, candles for a bath in the soaker tub (if only that gorgeous bathroom could have fit in my suitcase! ), toddler dishes, first aid kit, a small BBQ - you name it, it's here. There is a beautiful little garden in the back and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. The rooms have ceiling fans and there is AC as well. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. It's a very short walk to the metro station, grocery store, and several eateries. Our group of four adults really enjoyed our stay here. There is only one caveat - many Montréal apartments are walk-ups, with stairs inside or outside. These are inside which was nice when we had rain one day; however, like many historic buildings they are steep and narrow. We are in our late 60s and did fine, but if you have mobility issues this is probably not the property for you.

This stay was perfect for us! The apartment was warm, welcoming, and everything we needed was well-stocked. Laundry is in-suite, the kitchen comes with plenty of glassware, cutlery, etc, and the host is lovely.Definitely recommend!

I welcome Vanessa and her three friends to my Gîte Le Bercy. During their stay I almost did not hear them, even though they were four young adults. Communication was very easy. Vanessa had no references on VRBO, but I chose to trust her and host her, and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend that all hosts welcome Vanessa and her friends, who are respectful of others as well as of the place they live in. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

We've stayed in several different Vrbo rentals, and this was BY FAR the cleanest, most impressively organized, and charming place we've been! The neighborhood is great - very authentic and vibrant, and quite French. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bakeries and parks. Montreal is a great city to visit! Definitely go to the Botanical Gardens and the Old City.

I had the pleasure to welcome Nancy and her husband to my Gîte Le Bercy. I often welcome tourists who leave the apartment almost impeccable. But for the first time, since the opening of my gîte in 2017, I must say that I cleaned out of principle only. I could have settled for just washing the sheets and towels. I highly recommend that all hosts welcome these very discrete people, who are respectful of others as well as of the place they live in. Finally, I will be very happy to offer hospitality again to this charming couple.

I had the pleasure of welcoming the family of Madame Maureen to the Gîte Le Bercy. During the stay of the family there was a power failure at 8 o'clock in the morning, while the day looked very hot. The failure was caused by the maintenance of the electrical network. Of course I wanted to compensate Mrs. Maureen for the inconvenience that occurred at breakfast time. But the family nobly refused the amount of money that I considered justified. I was very pleasantly surprised. Upon his departure the family of Mrs. Maureen left the apartment very clean and in perfect condition. I recommend to all host this beautiful little family. Great home base to explore Montreal

Loved the location and flexible floor plan for two adults and two teens. Convenient to Metro. Marie-Anne was prompt in communicating and took excellent care of us. We’d stay here again!

Lovely place that is accurately described in the listing. My family of 4 enjoyed staying here, the neighborhood is great. Parking was a mild challenge but the host helped us understand the rules and was easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Any more than 5 would be a real challenge in the upstairs area.

I had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Jeff and his family to my Gîte Le Bercy. During their stay I almost did not hear them, even though they were a family with two young children. Communication was very easy. When they left, the apartment was almost spotless and tidy. Perhaps there are some hosts who are hesitant to rent to families with young children, because of noise or breakages. But I highly recommend all hosts to offer hospitality to this charming family, very respectful of others as well as of the place where they live. Finally, I will be very happy to welcome again Mr. Jeff and his family.

Perfect stay

Our stay was wonderful. The way that Marie-Anne has decorated the apartment is inspiring. We felt very comfortable but also inspired. The location worked out perfectly, parking on the street was easy, and Marie-Anne was a gracious host. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Montreal.

I liked to welcome the Smith family to Gîte Le Bercy. It's warm to hear that my efforts are paying off. They were delighted by their trip to Montreal as well as by the amenities of Le Bercy. After their departure, I found a flawless apartment. I am always surprised to see that tourists bother to make their bed and dishes, and quit leaving the apartment very very clean.. En tout temps la famille Smith est bienvenue au Gîte Le Bercy (they are bilingual).

Grand visit to Montreal

Clean, comfortable apartment for 3 brothers. Nearby Metro station, bank to exchange US Dollars to CA Dollars, and a variety of restaurants. Host was very pleasant and accommodating.

Wonderful experience!

We loved our visit to Montreal! Marie-Jean's apartment was very comfortable, attractive, well appointed and conveniently located to mass transit. We highly recommend staying in this very affordable and charming apartment so close to all that Montreal has to offer!

I had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs Christina, her husband and her sister in law at my Gîte Le Bercy. They are very charming and discreet people. We had the opportunity to share a few words, which I appreciate so much. When they left they did the dishes and left the place very clean. At all time I will be happy to offer them hospitality again. In addition, I recommend to all host to welcome them with open arms. Marie-Anne Jean J’ai eu le plaisir d’accueillir à mon Gîte Le Bercy Madame Christina, son conjoint ainsi que sa belle-sœur. Ce sont des personnes très charmantes et discrètes. À leur arrivée nous avons eu l’occasion d’échanger quelques mots, ce que j’apprécie toujours beaucoup. À leur départ ils ont fait la vaisselle et laissé l’appartement très propre. En tout temps il me fera grand plaisir de leur offrir à nouveau l’hospitalité. De plus, je recommande à tous les hôtes de les accueillir à bras ouverts.

Lovely spot, close to the Metro

We enjoyed our stay at Sainte-Marie very much. The location was perfect for catching the Metro or for walking to restaurants in the neighborhood. Outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the beautiful gardens was a bonus. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and sitting area are well designed for hanging out. We loved the spot and will stay again when we return to Montreal!

Clean, well appointed and good location

Travelling with two teens and this property had enough room for all of us. It was quiet at night and the air conditioning and fans kept us cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated how clean the property was.

I have been working at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) since 1992. I am a responsible person who fulfills its commitments. I live on the ground floor of the duplex I own. I am available at all times when needed: just text me and you get an almost immediate response. I have furnished Le Bercy with heart so that you feel at home. Nothing has been left to chance, but the photographs do not give the character of the apartment and its beautiful brightness (windows in all rooms and skylights in the bathroom).

I bought the duplex in 1993 because it is located 30 minutes walk from my job. In addition, the duplex is located in a quiet residential area in front of which there is a condo complex. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Frontenac metro, a food market, a bank, a pharmacy, several restaurants, BIXI bike stations, a training center, a free swimming pool without identity card, a tennis court at 9 $ CAN / h, etc. In addition, the duplex is 15 minutes from downtown metro and tourist attractions (Gay Village, Latin Quarter, Old Montreal, La Ronde, entertainment district, Botanical Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, Olympic Stadium, UQÀM, the Grande Library of Quebec, etc.).

If you arrive at Montreal-Trudeau Airport, a bus shuttle will take you to Béri-UQÀM metro station. From here you take a taxi and you arrive in 10 minutes (max $ 20 CAD) at Bercy. You can also take a taxi directly from the airport to 2202, rue Bercy (max $ 55 CAD).
