Pleasant Stay in the center of Palma

It was a great place to stay. Especially the quite street in front and the short distance to the beach and the city center. Santi was easy to reach and had a great communication. Really can recommend staying at their place!

Wonderful stay in Palma De Mallorca

The apartment is beautiful, modern, in a great location to explore the old town and the beach, and has all the amenities you need. Check in was easy and quick. Angela and Santi were great and available if anything was needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

This is a great property. Close to everything appreciated the owner meeting us and letting us know places to go. Good AC in both the living room and the bedroom. Definitely would return.

Trip to Palma Mallorca

The host was super sweet, very kind, very helpful She help me a lot to have a beautiful time in Mallorca . Her place was impeccable, nothing was missing, comfortable , good location and I sleep like never before . I recommend this place To everyone.

Perfect City Location

The apartment is perfectly located to access the city centre, public transportation, the beach and so much more. The apartment had all necessary amenities. Would highly recommend.

Great Place

We very much enjoyed our 8 nights at La Calatrava located on the edge of "Old Town", it was a clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The owners were great to deal with, very accommodating and helpful from the start! Its a short walk to the Cathedral (A must See) and center of the Old Town with plenty to see along the way. It is a great location with the beach and bus stops near by, including the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus. We would definitely stay again at La Calatrava.

A lovely experience

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Mallorca and Angela and Santi made that possible. The apartment is lovely and centrally located. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this booking to anyone. Our sincere thanks to Angela and Santi.

Perfect location and great unit

This was the perfect apartment for my week stay in Mallorca. Santi and Angela were great hosts. Easy to communicate and check in. The main bus stop for the airport and hop on hop off bus are very close. Short walk to the main sites. The unit was clean and comfortable, good WiFi and TV, and I wish I could have stayed longer. Felt like I really was a resident. Wish to return one day.

Lovely apartment

Stayed here from 9th to 16th June. The apartment has everything one could want: it's very clean, has plenty of space with a lovely shower room, comfortable bedroom and the living room and kitchen have every mod con. The flat is just within the old city walls, less than 5 minutes from the beach and very close to the cathedral and the centre. It's very easy to reach from the airport and Angela and Santi are very helpful hosts. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

A truly special find in a wonderful location in Palma. The pictures of the place do not do justice to how well equipped this spot is. It had everything we needed and more - Santi and Angela are excellent hosts who have taken the extra time and care to make sure the place is turn key ready, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. We loved the location - close to the beach and the old town while retaining a quiet "out of the touristy" vibe. We stayed in the off season, so it might be different in the summer, but for us it was the perfect place to enjoy the holidays. We would return in a heartbeat.

A wonferful stay

The apartment was located in the old part of Palma: near everything, it was also flawlessly clean, well heated, equipped with everything we could need during our stay, and decorated with taste and delicate touches. The hosts, Angela and Santi, were welcoming and thoughtful. They also were very flexible, accepting an early arrival and late departure to accomodate our flight schedules. The only drawback was that when we arrived, the taxi driver dropped us at the wrong address (Carrer del Mar instead of Carrer Porta de la Mar), causing a stressful delay. We mention it so that future guests may be mindful of this possible confusion. Orherwise, everything was perfect.

Great place to stay in Old Town

There are soooo many good things to say. First the apartment is in a great area, the bed is extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and storage in both the bedroom and the bathroom to unpack and store your things- which is very rare. And the hosts (Santi & Angela) are absolutely amazing. Incredibly flexible and oh so KIND!!! My husband fell and had to go to the hospital and they came with their entire family to visit and brought some things we needed from the apartment. Completely above and beyond what was necessary, just exactly when we needed it. The only warning is that it is up two flights of very steep stairs, so it is best for those that can handle them. If you can, the apartment is great. Oh yes, and there is a washer AND a dryer!! A rarity for most apartments in Europe. Highly recommend this apartment. Our heartfelt thanks to Santi and Angela for all they did for us. Jim & Jill C.

Wonderful Apartment!

This is a wonderful apartment! It's nicely decorated, feels very spacious, and is extremely well-stocked. Some vacation rentals you're lucky if you get 1 roll of TP and a bar of soap. Angela and Santi have provided all the supplies you will need. Another bonus is an electric tumble dryer in addition to the washing machine. That's so unusual in European rentals. All appliances worked well and the bathroom had a great shower. The bed is extremely comfortable, and there's plenty of storage cupboards so you don't feel like you're living out of a suitcase. Another bonus is a smartTV so you can stream using your own Netflix or other streaming platforms. Fast dependable internet as well. The neighborhood is safe and easy walking distance to the center of town or to the water. Angela and Santi checked in with us periodically via WhatsApp and we always felt they were available even though we didn't need anything because everything worked really well. We would rent this apartment again in a heartbeat; it's that wonderful!

A wonderful home!

My wife and I visited Palma de Mallorca for a week and stayed in Angela and Santi's apartment. It was a real treat in every respect. Angela was extremely helpful in planning our arrival, providing clear instructions and promptly acknowledging receipt of our deposit. The apartment is a second floor (walk-up) in a lovely building just on the limits of the historic center of Palma's. The beach is within easy reach, as are all major monuments and attractions in this lovely city. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. The livingroom is very welcoming, with exposed beams and a very comfortable and spacious sofa. There is a large flat-screen TV set with DVD player (which we didn't use much--we preferred to enjoy the city in the evening). The kitchen is very well equipped, with wine glasses, several small appliances (including an electric juicer, which we used to squeeze Mallorca's fantastic oranges from Soller), and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also an important asset. The bedroom is quiet and relaxing, with a very comfortable bed and two large wardrobes, and the bathroom is also very attractive, with a good shower. There are two air conditioners, in the livingroom and in the bedroom, and they worked perfectly. Everything was spotless clean when we arrived, and we were provided with extra towels, beach towels, as well as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and various detergent to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean. In sum, we could not have asked for more. The owners live some 15 minutes away and clearly look after this apartment very carefully. If we return to Palma de Mallorca we will certainly try to rent this apartment again.

Dejlig lejlighed midt i det bedste af Palma

Meget skøn lejlighed i en hyggelig gade i den gamle bydel. 400 meter til katedralen i den ene retning, og 400 meter til dejlig strand i den anden retning. Alt fungerede fint i hjemmet, masser af køkkengrej og andet udstyr. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært

Hier hat mal Alles gestimmt, null Minuspunkte, vor allem die Ausstattung und Lage sind perfekt, Bus und BiciPalma vor der Tür, Strand und Padelanlage ( Portixol ) um die Ecke.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Top-Lage in der Altstadt von Palma. Fußläufig zur Kathedrale, Meer und in die Altstadt. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Toller Kontakt mit Santi.

Schöne Wohnung,zentral und ruhig gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt von der Lage und der Ausstattung.Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen und an nichts gefehlt.In die Stadt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Trotzdem ist die Gegend sehr ruhig.Die Besitzer sind bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Palma

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Palma, das Apartment ist perfekt, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Kathedrale sowie auch am Strand. Santi und Angela sind ganz tolle Gastgeber, wir waren immer mit ihnen im Kontakt und sie haben uns auch einige Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
