Excellent location for all shops/restaurants/parks. Host was very responsive and helpful to all queries leading up to the stay and throughout the trip. Management company also very responsive to any queries.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed him. The house was clean and comfortable, and my kids loved the theming. It was so nice coming back here to rest after being at the parks!

The villa was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were ample for the teenagers. The living area is big ebough for a family. The pool area was clean and had ample seating!

Hakuna Ma’cottage was a home from home. We were a party of 8 from the UK (4 adults, 2 Young adults and 2 kids) the villa had plenty of space for all of us. We stayed for the first 2 weeks of April 2026 and had a great time! The area is lovely and quiet. We paid extra to have the pool heated which the kids loved. The pool room was a big hit. 5 minute ride to a local Walmart and within a good distance to all of the parks. (Just under 20 minute Uber to Disney and about 30 mins to Universal depending on traffic) Gerry is a fantastic host who is so helpful and very quick to answer messages. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of bath towels and spare bedding sets. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

TLDR: We had a fantastic experience and would 100 percent stay here again. We stayed at this property in late July 2026. It was my wife, my two children (in their early teens), and me. Each of us thought that the property was great. It was clean, spacious, and had all the room that we needed. It was our first time staying in a rental home, and it was a wonderful first experience.1. The Location: The location was fabulous. It was close to highways, only around 15-20 minutes to Universal Studios and Disney properties, and had ample restaurant and shopping choices (Publix, WalMart, etc.) nearby. The neighborhood was also quiet and well maintained.2. The Property: It was great having three bathrooms and four bedrooms as well as a full kitchen. That gave us room to spread out and was much nicer than being crammed into a hotel suite. Also, the interior of the property was quite clean. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and there wasn't anything we felt we needed to do to clean it up.The pool was great, and it was nice being able to have it all to ourselves.It was also nice to have a pool table and air hockey table (my daughter wound up as the family champion during the week).3. Communication: It was easy to communicate with the host and management team. We experienced a power and internet outage for a few hours, and it was easy to get updates from the host and team about when things would be back up and available.Overall, it was a great experience.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as listed, kids LOVED the pool. We used Lyft to travel to/from parks and it was super convenient with the home’s proximity. Great stay!

Location is key!

This property was located very close to the theme parks, and it was an easy commute to and from our vacation destinations! Great value, and we will definitely look into staying here again for our next time in the area.

This property has it all - enough room for a large family or several friends. Closely located to all major attractions (or just a quick drive). This was just what we needed.

Amazing place!

So clean and had very thoughtful additions to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Incredibl close to all the parks. Would recommend highly. I will definitely be booking here next time we go to Disney.

Great property, Garry was very responsive and reachable. Will stay again. The master bed mattress have a dip from over usage on each sides. Just a small improvement with mattress and pillow upgrade would go a long way. Still happy with the stay.!

The perfect Disney getaway location!

Everything went smoothly, and the place was fantastic. Having a swimming pool was a nice retreat from all the Disney attractions. Couldn’t make a higher recommendation for this great stay. Great location, great service, and great amenities!

Perfect for Family getaway!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Although we only had 4 of us it gave us the perfect amount of space for my 4 year old and 1 year old to burn some energy instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. The pool was nice and it was perfect being so close to the Disney parks. Will definitely stay again when we plan our next Disney vacay!

Beautiful house, great location

This house was beautiful. Felt like home the moment we walked in. Great location! Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the parks! Nice quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.
