Great location with plenty of restaurants all around. Close to the Stigmata square, metro etc. There are steps to get to the elevator.

Great location

The apartment is very pleasant - not wonderful but nice enough for a busy few days in Athens. The location is excellent - incredibly central to lots of great places in the city. If noise bothers you, keep in mind that there is a very popular, busy and loud late night (closes at 2am) bar right outside the door. The bedroom is in the back so it is quiet, but if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed, it is rather noisy.Athens is amazing!

Perfect Athens Flat

This was our first time to Athens, and booking this property made it a wonderful stay. The location, the layout, the amenities--everything was perfect. We were a little nervous about the noise from the bar across the street (we landed and arrived late in the evening, and it was hopping!), but the flat is so well insulated we never had a problem. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, kitchen spotless and full of everything we needed (including some tea and coffee to get us started), living room comfortable. And the management was quick to respond and so friendly. I definitely want to stay here on our next trip to Athens--its the perfect home away from home and within walking distance of all the wonderful sights, shops, and restaurants the city has to offer.

The other reviews were extremely helpful and accurate on the noise that comes from the bars at the front of the apartment on the weekend nights, but as long as you are in the back room, you cannot hear it at all. The location was 10/10 in terms of being able to walk to Syntagma Square, restaurants, shops, the Parthenon, etc. We had a few things to contact the host about and they were quick to respond and helpful! The detailed check-in instructions with photos made check-in seamless and anything we had questions about at the property was clearly addressed in the binder there in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

6/10 Okay

Great apartment, great location, poor communication

This is a lovely apartment in a great location, you can walk to all the major attractions from here. In the whole week we were here, we didn't take the subway, metro, bus once. We walked everywhere. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment was very comfortable and has everything you could need for a short stay. There are a couple of bars right across the street and it does get loud on Friday and Saturday night. Our only criticism would be the lack of communication between us, the property manager and the cleaning staff. We had made arrangements with the manager to delay our checkout until 1PM. We packed just about everything in the morning and then went out for lunch. We were shocked to come home at 12:45 to find the cleaning staff were in, almost finished their entire cleaning and had packed our suitcases and moved all our stuff into the hallway of the apartment. It truly feels like a huge invasion of privacy to have strangers going through our luggage. The manager had our phone number and email and could have contacted us, we could have returned to the apartment and finished our packing ourselves. The manager apologized but the damage had been done. As lovely as the apartment was, I don't think we would go back. It was an unfortunate end to a lovely week in Athens.

Perfect

Prachtig appartement in het centrum van Athene. Perfecte service!
