Awesome property!

This was one of our best vacations! Beautiful views and villa and Beth is the best host! You will want to linger by the pool and the gorgeous view!

Amazing Villfranche-Sur-Mer Villa!

Stayed for 10 days with my husband, mother and 2 sons under age 12. We’ve done a lot of traveling and we were very impressed. The house was wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The views were absolutely spectacular, better than even the photos depict. Spotless is how I would describe the Villa, and the bedding was top of the line. The hostess was a wonderful source of information and area recommendations and was very attentive, communicative, and lovely to deal with. We hope to return!

Superb, magnificent property with stunning views

This is a truly beautiful property with breath-taking views; the photos really don't do the views justice. The house is extremely well-equipped and very homely while the pool is just fantastic. The host, Beth, was unbelievably helpful, leaving no end of recommendations and tips for places to visit in the area and so on. I cannot rave enough about our stay; we all loved it. (To be honest, I almost didn't want to write a review because I'm so keen to go back next year and don't want any competition!!!)

A bit of paradise!

The villa is extremely well appointed with comfortable country french furnishings, a gourmet kitchen but the piece de resistance is the view, patio and pool. The dining room has retractable windows which make it indoor and outdoor. The beds and linens were great...which is not easy to find in France. The owner could not have done more to prepare for our stay, above and beyond anything I have experienced and I have rented more then 20 villas in the area over the last 30 years.

We have had a fantastic time in this villa. You never get tired of the view! Check-in went very easy and smooth.The kitchen is large and charming and well equipped. The dining room becomes an outdoor room when you can fold down both window walls. The beds are comfortable and the AC has worked great! If you like to hike or go power walks, I really recommend walking around Saint-Jean-Cap-de-Ferrat, which takes about 2-2.5 hours and is 12 km long. It is absolutely magical! Then you can sit in the evening and look down at the peninsula that you have just walked around, a fantastic feeling. The owner Beth has been very accommodating and friendly and answered questions quickly. Gina, the housekeeper, has made sure that the house is clean and nice and responds quickly when you contact her and the same goes for Lee, who has helped with various questions when we, for example, managed to set off the alarm :-) It is morning sun and sun all day until 5 pm and then you get a nice shadow and slowly see how the sky changes shape until the moon comes out. It is a bit magical! We have loved every second here:-)

Die Lage und der Blick sind einmalig

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Haus schon ein bisschen Renovierungsstau hat, was schon auffällt wenn man den Preis mit in Betracht zieht. Wir könnten uns, allein schon wegen der Lage trotzdem vorstellen noch einmal wieder zu mieten.

Lovely, felt like home away from home

Villa with amazing and amazing view, really nice pool and garden. The villa is in impeccable shape, you feel like home away from home. The owners were very attentive and communicative. A supermarket is very close by. We simply loved it!!

Une location parfaite et exceptionnelle

Cette villa est splendide! L'emplacement et la vue sur la rade de Villefranche-sur-Mer et sur Saint Jean Cap Ferret est exceptionnelle juste au dessus de la piscine à débordement ce qui donne un charme supplémentaire. La villa est très bien équipée avec toutes les commodités. L'organisation que ce soit pour l'accueil, l'entretien avec jardinier, pisciniste, ménage est parfaite. Elle se situe en plus dans un domaine clos et sécurisée. Nous avons passé un merveilleux et des plus agréables séjours ! Un seul bémol...la piscine est ombragé à partir de 15H30 du fait de la hauteur des arbres qui la surplombent mais ceci devrait s'arranger 😉 !

Merveilleuse villa et vue exceptionnelle

Une merveilleuse villa décorée et agencée avec beaucoup de gout et une vue exceptionnelle sur Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Une piscine à débordements très belle et bien conçue avec vue et des jardins très bien entretenus. Accueil et service bienveillant et de très haute qualité.

Glamorous Riviera living at it's best.

We can't recommend this villa highly enough - even my impossibly cool teenagers were impressed, which is saying something! A fabulous location with the best view on the Riviera, overlooking Cap Ferrat; beautiful, unfussy decor and an incredible infinity pool surrounded by a lovely terrace and garden. We loved picking oranges off the trees to squeeze for breakfast, eating in a dining room with windows that drop into the floor and relaxing in the glamorous living room, watching the boats sail around the Cap. The villa has all the facilities one could want, including a barbecue and outdoor kitchen and is very organised and practical (all the white chair covers are removable and washable). Clearly the home of a good cook, as the kitchen has a good size fridge, all the utensils you might need and a stock of basic spices, etc. Kids were very happy - lots of space in the bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, satellite TV and good wifi. We loved Beaulieu, located directly below, which still has a lovely village feel, away from the crowds - just perfect for morning coffee overlooking the market and a browse around the boutiques, but also has a supermarket with car park for major shopping. Perfectly located to explore the Riviera - midway between Cannes and Menton and close to the motorway for trips further afield. We couldn't fault it and can't wait to return.

Dream villa - an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Everything you could wish for in a dream villa on the Mediterranean. Lavishly furnished and decorated throughout with exceptional taste and flair, its spacious accommodation, lush surrounding gardens, infinity pool and terraced grounds provide a special world of peace, relaxation and contentment. A week to treasure and remember!

The villa was as expected and more . We never got tired of the views of VilleFranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat . It's centrally located to take in all of what the "Cotes d"Azur " has to offer . All in all , a fantastic holiday .

The most relaxed rejuvenating holiday imaginable

From the moment we first stepped into the hall the atmosphere and tasteful furnishings of this stunning villa made the whole family smile. On entering the lounge the true magnificence of the view had us all catch our breath. Our mornings started with a walk to the Boulangerie for croissants and bread and our days spent relaxing by what is surely the most wonderful infinity pool in Villefranche with the most magnificent view of the Mediterranean and St Jean Cap Ferrat. No pictures of this villa could possibly do it justice. We found it spotlessly clean with fresh flowers and a generous welcome pack including an array of fruit, fabulous cheeses, french bread and a bottle of wine. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of spending any time in this most wonderful part of the world.

Just Perfect!

We spent a wonderful week in the house, stayed with friends for our anniversary. The view... The pictures are just a preview, it is completely amazing and can be seen from every room. Great kitchen, dining and enormous living room! The balconies, gardens and pool are stunning. Great house for a group! Can't wait to come back!
