Villa Molinas is a spacious and cosy property that perfectly combines the traditional characteristics of Mallorcan architecture with a modern style. It is highly appreciated for its extensive outdoor areas, ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings, and interiors that offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere, designed to ensure a relaxing stay.



Located in a strategic position between Pollensa, just 5 minutes by car, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, Villa Molinas can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring that all guests enjoy a cool and comfortable environment during their stay.



Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright open-concept living-dining room, with doors that open directly onto a terrace, creating a perfect transition between the interior and exterior. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a pantry, is located just next to the living room, and has direct access to the terrace by the pool, thus facilitating outdoor meals. From the living room, an arch leads to the three spacious bedrooms of the villa, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other two, also double, with single beds, which share a family bathroom. The interiors have been renovated with great care, creating an elegant and modern atmosphere, ideal for comfortable and relaxing holidays.



The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. A wide patio extends along one side of the house, offering views of the gardens and surrounding countryside, providing a sense of peace and privacy. The large terrace surrounding the pool is the perfect place to enjoy the sun during the day, relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. The private pool receives sunlight all day and is surrounded by extensive gardens, with enough sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to relax comfortably. Additionally, the laundry room, located outside the villa, is equipped with a washing machine and an additional bathroom, which adds practicality to the stay. For barbecue lovers, there is a large covered area to prepare outdoor meals and enjoy a pleasant evening.



The location of Villa Molinas is excellent, as it allows easy car access to the main towns in northern Mallorca. Pollensa, with its traditional atmosphere, is just 5 minutes by car, and offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops and activities. Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are also very close, with beautiful beaches and a wide range of water sports and outdoor activities.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
