Thank you for providing this feedback on the home. We are working with the homeowner on upgrades, and have already taken the steps to correct the gas issue experienced. These steps included replacing the tank, completing a leak search, and also refunding the nights without hot water. We hope to get the chance to host you again on the Charleston Coast under better circumstances.

Hi Amy, We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Pavilion Paradise! We have cellular shades on order to replace all blinds in the home, but they are taking a bit longer than expected! They should be in place by the end of the summer. Though our affiliated company, VayKGear, does not deliver chairs, you are always welcome to rent beach chairs from IOP Beach Chair Company, who does provide the setup service on the beach.
