The house has improved a lot since last year, and several items have been renovated. It's a very good house for families with or without children.

It was great. Beth was a fantastic host and the house was to die for. This was the best rental ever. We had 6 adults and two little ones ages 2 and 4 and everyone had a ball. I will take the back yard over the beach all day long (we did like the beach however. I could go on and on but look no further if you are going to SW Florida than this beautiful home. One last point, the location was great private but close to everything.

Favorite Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this house. The house is clean and luxurious. The pool was the gathering place for our family the entire week. Perfect place to reconnect with those you love. Highly recommend

Beautiful backyard and great location

So much to do in the back yard … pool, hot tub, dining poolside and swim up table in the pool!! Plenty of sun loungers AND ample spots in the shade of the palm and oak trees! Loved the screened lanai for meals, family card games and morning relaxing!

Beautiful Home!

Home is beautiful and spacious. Hot tub and pool are great! It’s like having your own resort. I stayed there with my husband, children and grandchildren. Everything you need for them, Beth has! They loved the Frozen playroom. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again someday.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is beautiful with everything that you need for your stay included. The house is set on a gorgeous property with a wonderful pool, hot tub and fire pit all well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. It was also a convenient location to explore Naples. The host was incredibly helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful stay. We hope to come back when we vist Naples next!

Great vacation home

Overall, it was a great vacation for my family and I. The house was beautiful and spacious. The outside set up was very nice. We spent most of our time by the pool and enjoyed the sunshine. Our host, Beth, was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Gave us clear instructions and a list of recommendations on activities and restaurants to go to. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Friends Reunion

The house was so comfortable. We had 5 couples and there was room for all of us to stay and still not be on top of each other. Our host was great when asked questions, responding quickly. The pool and hot tub were perfect. House was clean and stocked.

Expansive Fun Property But Needs Deep Clean

The house has wonderful attributes and fit our big family wonderfully. The pool was great and the location was beautiful and convenient. The attention to detail/cleanliness however was very much lacking. We aren’t picky or pretentious but things were just overwhelmingly not clean, broken, stained, rusted out, or covered in dust or mildew. The laundry room for example was honestly gross. All that to say, The pool and primary family room were both great And would almost convince me to stay here again. If more time and care were spent on the property, it would be a 10 out of 10 stay.

Great house for a group!

Great house for a group of adults! I’m sure it would be fine for kids too. Easy to access, quiet area. House and hot tub are perfect. Lanai is wonderful. Couch is great for lounging and watching Lifetime movies. Enough bathrooms, kitchen items, and towels for everyone. Host is excellent with communication.

The perfect venue for our family vacation. The house was well located for local facilities and only a short drive from the fantastic Naples beaches. Backyard oasis

Beth was wonderful to work with. She was very easy to get in touch with. The house was great, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa! The house was close to many attractions and the lot was beautifully landscaped, you didn’t feel like you were in a neighborhood. Unfortunately,we had to leave early because of hurricane Debbie. I would definitely stay again!

Loved this house!

Our family settled in quickly and started enjoying our week in Naples. The pool was great!!! We'd never been to Naples before…had fun trying new beaches (Lowdermilk was our favorite), restaurants (Brooks Burgers was the favorite), and ice cream (Royal Scoops took top honors). We made some great memories and will look forward to returning sometime!

Great house, location, and host!

Great place to relax and hang with the family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed, but also had excellent options for all of us to sit together and talk....esp. the pool!

Great Location

Beth was fast at communicating through text and provided good instructions of the house. The renters guide is a little out of date and mentioned there is a surround system outside, however it's not working. A small portable speaker is provided. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. All the rooms are spacious. The room with the twin beds has a smaller TV and you can't see it due to the headboard but was not a deal breaker. The beds are very comfortable. We did think the office room would have made a better addition as being a small hang out room or another bedroom since most people probably don't want to work on vacation (we stayed away from this area =) ). The pool was awesome and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out in and there are many inflatables available as well as towels. The pool did tend to get dirty fast for us as there were many bugs flying in it. The pool cleaner did come on our 6th day, but it did not appear much cleaner when they were done. I think with less trees around the back yard, it may help reduce the amount of things flying into it. However, we made the best of it and used the net. The spa worked great and didn't take long to get hot. We had a great time relaxing in it. We did believe the pool house would have been a nice addition to have access to as it was a big building and would have been a nice spot for a pool table & bar area but it was closed off for access. Overall great time, house, host, and location. Thanks Beth!

Now we have passed the tradition of vacationing in SW Florida with our families and grand babies. This home is paradise! I was so lucky to find this home to spend time with family and build memories. I've been hosting guests at my home for 8 years now and every guest becomes a friend.

I fell in LOVE with this home because of the great privacy and the location! The resort style pool sold me on this home! I love cooking and entertaining so the kitchen is a dream! The location is a 10! I'm close to everything you need. If there is anything I can do to make your vacation more memorable, please let me know.

The heated resort style pool has an infinity spa that is heaven. A firepit to enjoy and tell great stories. You will love that there are 2 sets of washer and dryers to take your clean clothes home. The lighting at night looks like an oasis.
