This house was better than expected and had everything we needed and more . we barely had to leave, which was the point of our week. Thank you so much for having us. We made a lifetime of memories.

The property was clean and ready for use. The dock, lake, available floaties and yard area were wonderful. We appreciated the soft sand and lack of muckiness in the water. The sandbar and island were really neat to kayak to! There were lounge chairs for all of the guests. We also appreciated the fire pit and all the available firewood.The only drawbacks were a lack of A/C and storage in the kitchen for non perishable items . The kayaks could have used a good power wash as they were covered in pollen and spiders.I would recommend staying here. Robert was wonderful to work with!

Absolutely fine review as we know what we have and for ten years guests have loved all we do for them. It is Ironic. I gave this guest a 1 on cleaning. 2nd worse guest we have had in10 years and they were worried about pollen and spiders on kayaks. Impossible to maintain weekly. I Gave them a 3 on rules as my neighbors all commented on them screaming all day and into the night still screaming at 11 pm. No respect . I’m not surprised by a 4 out 5 with guest like this. I just wish there was a way to avoid renting to them!! I try to write these responses to get Karen’s to stay away.! If you can’t wipe down a kitchen island after you make a mess don’t come to my cabin! If you throw all the silverware and cups and dishes back in drawers and cabinets without a care … please don’t rent my cabin! Also It says no air conditioning right on vrbo! If you can’t read please don’t come to my cabin. Hopefully this helps future guests make a decision. 96% guests are great and my great neighbors agree.

Amazing property and location! Topped only by the owners, Robert and BJ ensuring access to many of the extras usually one needs to bring; games, kayaks, canoes, floats, seating areas, firepit, etc. Owners very quick to respond. Would happily rent from them again!
Great waterfront with many options for enjoyment

Seating for plenty with both sun and shade!

The property is beautiful. The grassy grounds lead into. a gentle sloping sandy beach that gently slopes into the lake and gradually gets deeper and deeper. The floating dock in the water was placed perfetly for a small swim. And the water was clean and fairly warm. The water temperature was no barrier to entering and enjoying. The sun rises and sunsets were beautiful as you sit on the wide veranda of the house. We enjoyed the use of the floats and the canoes. It had life vests for all. We were a party of 9 -- all adults and one 3 three year old. The three year old loved the beach and the ease of the water.The house is small for that number of people . There were enough beds , but house space was limited. It was very clean and things were up to date but the house is dark with poor lighting . The kitchen space works well and there is all you need to cook for a crowd but it would have been difficult for all of us to be there if the weather had not been great. Being outside is the way to go. We ate at the two picnic tables they have outside and used the grill frequently. We had a great time. And the house is as advertised -- very clean -- well stocked - and it all works.

Perfect location for lake life getaway

Adorable, clean and ready to “live” in for a great, relaxing getaway. It had all of the things to enjoy your stay. Cute, sandy beach with dock, kayaks for use, games to play and a big comfy couch. There were eight of us women who were all super impressed. We are already planning another stay!

Lakeside retreat

Absolutely loved this property. Perfect lakeside location. House had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the hammock. We went out on the canoe multiple times and had a blast looking at the landscape. I would definitely stay again!

I thought about this for a week while we were at the lake. I understand a 4 is not a bad review. However I am not happy that a guest may not have had the best week ever at the lake. The question… can I make everyone happy!? I have tried to cover and offer everything to make my property the best vacation. I communicate early and often and answer questions instantly. If someone has a problem while at my property I’m not far away physically and in todays world a simple text could resolve many issues. I’m not sure why this person would not reach out if they had a problem that created a reason to give me a 4. So I have come to a conclusion, in life there is always going to be a Karen. Please… if you’re a Karen don’t rent my cabin! Let someone else enjoy heaven at the lake. Thanks Bj

We had a great week at this property. The camp was so well stocked it had everything you would ever need. The waterfront was gorgeous. When you sat on the porch the view was panoramic. My son brought his boat so we were able to explore the lake. The kids jumped off the rock and we anchored on a sand bar. We were three generations and there was something to do for everyone.

Perfect

Had a lovely time at the cabin. Very clean and everything you could possibly need was there. Great location, plenty stores and dining near by. It was quiet, loved the nighttime noises. WiFi worked great and my husband even caught a fish! Thanks for a real good time.

Cannot praise this location and the owners enough for their thoughtfulness around each detail. The cabin has everything we needed, including a large lobster pot. The canoes and kayaks, along with all of the yard games were enjoyed during our week. The sandy entrance was perfect, especially for our parents. Having linen and beach towels provided was also a huge plus. We kayaked to the “Big Rock” and made some wonderful new memories. Little Sebago is our favorite place and this was the absolute perfect rental.

Perfect Lake House Vacation

The log cabin house was great. Very clean and open layout. The swings in the deck always had someone sitting in them! The beach/swimming area was great. Sandy and gradual depth. Very nice lake too. BJ, the owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental property.

The lake cabin

Magical stay on little Sebago. Quiet time of year. Wonderful fall foliage. Lovely cabin. Very clean. A little dark inside. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Just bring food and shampoo.

Our Maine Getaway

From start to finish this was an amazing getaway! The location is perfect. The lake & scenery was everything we were hoping for. The Cabin has all you need and more. We canoed, we swam & kayaked. The boys fished both off the dock and while kayaking. We made so many memories on this family trip. I highly recommend this property to all families looking for a truly unforgettable experience in Maine. The host is a prompt communicator and very accommodating. Thank you.

True to the description. If you want a lake front property with all the amenities you’ve got it with this one. Just pack your food and clothes, you’ll find everything else you need at the property, host has thought of everything. If you have a question you’ll get an answer promptly. Wonderful Vacation on Little Sebago

We had a great week at this beautiful cabin on Little Sebago Lake. We have been renting the past 3 years on another lake in NH that became unavailable & we were so happy to find a place to accommodate our family. We were extremely pleased with the beach & how shallow the water is up to the end of the dock. We have 4 young grandchildren 1 1/2 to 7, that had a blast & we could relax watching them play. The home was fully equipped with everything you can imagine you would need. The fishing was amazing, we caught so many BIG large mouth bass - one was over 4 lbs. We look forward to visiting again!

Little Sebago family vacation

This is a great spot to spend time with the family. Water access for young and old is fantastic. Shallow all the way to the end of the dock. If you want to jump or dive, there is a floating raft. The accommodations were awesome. Everything you need for cooking or enjoying the beach and water. Robert is a great communicator. Always responded almost immediately with any concerns we had. We will likely request to stay here in the future.

Clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor games and activities. Beach front has very good privacy. Nice dock and fire pit tops off a great week.

Beautiful spot on the lake

The house was really nice - “cabin” with all modern amenities and lots of space. Immediately Lakefront with spectacular setting. Big dock, raft (too chilly to swim), boats and a fire pit by the water’s edge. Very private. Mr Thayer was very helpful and clearly takes great pride in making the property beautiful. We will be back.

Love this lake house!

Great spot right in the lake with a private beach and swimming dock. The owner has everything on the property to provide the best vacation—grill, fire pit, kayaks, floaties. We enjoyed our week on little Sebago. This was our second time here—just had to come back for all the awesomeness!

Always a great place

We’ve been here a couple of times and it’s always a great stay. Right on the lake with kayaks and canoes. Robert is updating the place nicely.

Family friendly, attentive owner, and beautiful views

Absolutely amazing place for the family to enjoy! The place was cozy and had everything we needed and more! Enough space for the whole family to spread out. Fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to do all the cooking we needed. The fire pit was definitely a highlight and the favorite for the kids. Sadly we did not get to enjoy the water because it was so cold out, but we look forward to the opportunity to start again, during the summer, when it is warmer. The owner was incredibly helpful and very attentive, any questions I had he responded to them almost instantly. Definitely a spot to choose for the whole family to enjoy.
