The property was close to the train and local restaurants, within walking distance. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. Beautiful property.

Perfect property for two families to stay. We had a 1,7, and 17 year old with us and it big enough to not feel crowded. Just a couple short blocks from the subway which made it super easy after long walking days through Salem and Boston. Beautiful area that feels really safe.

Location is great- about 2 blocks from local restaurants and bars. Felt really safe in the neighborhood. Lots of locals out walking and people were pretty friendly. Wasn’t able to get the parking space out front but the manger sent me over to SpotHero and I found a space about 2 blocks away. The house is on a pretty busy street but it isn’t loud. Also it is described as a 1st floor apartment which it is for the city of Boston. There are about 15-20 steps up from the street and another 6-8 steps in the enclosed entry. We were able to park on the street to unload luggage which was nice. It is really nice that the doors are on a code and you don’t have to carry a key. The apartment is very clean and has everything you would need for a great stay. None of the bathrooms are en-suite. One bathroom has a tub and the other a walk-in shower if you have anyone with walking issues. The bedrooms have plenty of room and the beds were pretty comfortable. Would easily work for 3 couples or multiple singles who are okay sharing rooms. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Overall, I would highly recommend it if you are coming to town with family or for business.

The property was clean and a nice size however the parking was a nightmare.it really did make things hard when I booked this place it said on site parking my husband is handicap so that is why I needed on site parking but once I booked that all changed we had to park blocks away and walk which my husband could not do plus we had to pay a separate fee for the parking it really did ruin the trip in that aspect!

Weekday staycation in Brookline

We live in the area but needed a place to stay for our family and dogs for a few days during our home renovation. Great location near Griggs Park, convenient to Washington Square and Brookline Village shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. All of the bedrooms were a good size and the small outdoor area in the back a bonus. Communication from the owner was easy and they were able to accommodate our early check-in request.

Great find in Brookline

Wonderful 3 bedroom property that is centrally located. The property manager was very prompt in answering any questions. Clean and nicely appointed.

Great place for a family!

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Great walkable location with a diverse set of restaurants nearby. Parking was nearby as well through the owners. Loved the stay!

Practical alternative to a hotel

We stayed with 2 colleagues at this apartment as downtown hotels were either fully booked or out of our price range. It worked very well. Driving to the South Boston seafront took about 20 minutes. It is a clean and practical apartment.

Great location and spacious home

2 families comfortably stayed. Location is good, not too busy, not too remote from all attractions in Boston. Quiet neighborhood is a plus. One thing was the loud air sound from the HVAC system on ceiling duct. It might bother for sensitive people. Communication was fast and efficient. I recommend this property strongly.

Great location and management

The location of this property is excellent: close to public transportation, and shopping. Management was very responsive to any needs we had. There are two issues to be aware of if you rent this property. One is that parking is not allowed in the city of Brookline overnight. This means that you have to rent a space and while the property has one, it’s a five or 10 minute walk to the parking. Secondly the building itself is old and so the floors are creaky and it’s very noisy when anyone in the building goes down the stairs coming and going from the building. The kitchen is a bit tight to cook in and the stove is fairly old so if you are into cooking, you might find it a bit challenging.

Large and convenient.

The property was as advertised and was very comfortable. 3 nice bedrooms with queen beds and excellent mattresses. 1 block to T-stop at Washington Square to get into Boston. Also easy walking distance to some great restaurants and bakeries at Washington Square.

Great location and easy property management to work with

It was a great space and was able to sleep thev7 of us without us feeling like we were on top of each other. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. The driver to and from airport they helped us arrange was great. The neighborhood was perfect with close stops to metro and great eats. We really enjoyed washington square tavern and the abbey.

Great Family Trip

We had three generations - my in-laws, my husband and I, and 2 kids - and we had a fantastic stay! Kama was able to get us in early so we could drop off our bags and take the T into the city. The three bedrooms were very comfortable, and two full bathrooms were perfect! We only had a light breakfast and snacks at the apartment, but the kitchen more than suited our needs. They keyless entry was really easy and we didn't need to worry about losing a key. We also rented the parking space, which was convenient. Although it was a few blocks away, it was a short walk and in a safe area where we didn't worry about our van. We didn't drive anywhere for the three days we were there, but the few times we walked to the van it was nice to stroll through the neighborhood. In the neighborhood we ate at The Abbey, The Washington Square Tavern, and Stoked - all were delicious! We had the Go Boston cards which included everything we wanted to see - Aquarium, Children's Museum, Prudential Center, Legoland, Science Museum, and a Duck Tour. We actually were able to go to the Aquarium twice!

Fantastic rental!!

Loved our stay! We are two families, a group of 7, who were in town to catch a couple of Red Sox games. Location was a short subway/bus away from Fenway & downtown. Kama was awesome to work with, checking in to see that we arrived without any issues as well as checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything. This location is at the top of our list for our next stay!

Great rental apartment.

We had a great week in Boston. The apartment was close to Washington Square and many restaurants and shops. We were close to the train stop so it was easy to get to all the Boston attractions. We had a great experience!

Perfect for our Boston vacation

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of seven. We loved the neighborhood and appreciated how close it was to the T train. The owner was awesome to work with. She always replied back to my messages quickly. We worked directly with her to have a car pick us up from the airport. Price was cheaper than using a regular Uber. The house was very clean. She even had a snack basket waiting for us when we arrived. We all enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay!

6 adults stayed comfortably and enjoyed the sites on Boston. Loved the amenities in the baths and kitchen. Very attractive condo and accessible neighborhood.

Amazing property and location

We enjoyed our stay with this unit very much! So spacious for 9 ladies to enjoy and very very clean and beautiful! We loved the neighborhood too, short walk to local stores and an amazing bakery for some goodies nearby!

This was such a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and the T. The apartment was perfect for 8 people. What a great place...and attentive management makes all the difference!

As a constant user of HomeAway.com I am always cognizent that things will go wrong: Buildings have parts, sometimes the fail, keys do not always work, etc... at this place something did go wrong, but the Management led by a nice Lady, "K", moved into action directly and quickly and for that we are very appreciative. It is a lovely place, well kept and clean, close to the "T" and most importantly a great place to get the Fenway Park and see the Red Sox win world Series games, which my family got to do twice this week! There are enough bedrooms and privacy for a few couples and we can't say enough good things about the people involved because, in the end, it is the people who make a difference...thank you!

Boston is a great city, but also very expensive. Most apartments offer tight spaces. For the area, this unit offers a large space, they layout is great for large guests, people don't feel on top of one another. It is minutes to public transportation, easy access to the hospitals, downtown Boston and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and more...
