Great stay, great place, great ownership/management!

I took three generations to Los Suenos for a week. Incredible development. The home was perfect for us, the staff and management we're on their game and helped us with a number of matters. Brian is a stand up owner, highly recommend. Pura Vida!

Amazing!

Brian was great to work with! Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and well kept and the view was breath taking! We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful view in a wonderful neighborhood

This house sits beautifully on the hill overlooking the Los Suenos Marina. Swimming in the pool was an incredible treat for all. The owner was responsive to a few concerns we had and even went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The driver we had was friendly and fun. We all felt safe and comfortable.

Great location. Perfect size for large family. Beds were great. Nice pool to cool off in. Easy access to marina. Markets close by. Also utilized the personal chef for 3 meals. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful time

This was my seventh trip to Costa Rica, so very familiar with vacation rentals. The home was as we expected and Brian did a great job of supporting us both upfront and while we were on site. He helped us set up a fishing charter and at the last minute arranged for a first night dinner with a chef. Views from the property are spectacular and convenient to all of the activities in los Sueños.

amazing view, awesome house, beautiful country

the house exceeded our expectations, very spacious, beautiful tile and granite, nice furniture, the pool was amazing, located in a gated community, we felt very safe, nice local restaurants. We ordered food to be delivered when we arrived and it was waiting for us at the house. Brian was reachable for any issues and questions the entire stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others and we would like to return too!!

Amazing Costa Rica!

Overall, we had an amazing week in CR. 2 families stayed at the house with plenty of room. The pool was perfect for the kids and the view is amazing. We had dinner cooked in 4 nights by 2 amazing women and would highly recommend them. Bob, our driver, was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend using Bob vs driving yourself. We rented golf carts to get around the resort which I'd also highly recommend. The manager was very helpful planning our excursions which were also so fun and enjoyed by everyone in our group. Los Suenos is a great place to spend a week and the house was perfect for us. There isn't much of a beach but being from FL it wasn't missed and Jaco is very close by for anyone wanting beach time.

Gorgeous home with FABULOUS VIEW!

We (6 old high school buddies) flew in for a fishing excursion. From the time that I booked this house for our stay to the time that we left to fly back our host was on it. Daily cleaning, inhouse chefs, golf cart rentals, transportation from and back to the airport, etc. The house was fantastic and the view was amazing! Our only complaints were that there was some interior mildew and minor moisture damage on some of the ceilings and we had an unwanted visitor (scorpion) but I think that all comes with the territory (climate and nature). We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous villa, gorgeous view, excellent amenities close by

This beautiful Los Suenos property lives up to the rave reviews by others. Brian had his trusty driver pick us up on arrival and made an easy 1 1/2 hour drive to the property. The grounds of Marriott Los Suenos are beautiful, and we were delighted with the house the moment we walked in. The high quality neighborhood enhances the feeling of luxury in the villa. The rooms are spacious, and our family (6 adults and 2 young children) felt completely comfortable. Brian arranged the rental of 2 golf carts, which we used extensively during our stay. We used the kitchen a good bit and also explored the restaurants at the Beach Club and in the Marina. Maria the housemaid was friendly and very thorough in her cleaning. There is not only a pool but also a hot tub that is not shown in all the pictures. The kids loved both. The community is gated, which provides an extra feeling of security. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

BREATHTAKING!!!!

I went with 5 of my friends for a Boy's Trip! From the moment I reserved the house to the moment we left, the service was amazing. Brian was very easy to communicate with via messaging from VRBO. The house is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The pictures online do NOT do it justice. The view, the serenity, the amenities, the housekeeping was amazing! We rented Golf Carts for the length of our stay (Highly recommended; unless you're renting an SUV). Unless you plan to take and UBER or Taxi, a car rental is required. Golf Carts will get you to the local Marina shops, restaurants, and Beach Club. But any further, an SUV is required. The housekeeping staff, Anna, was amazing. The house was cleaned every morning around 9:00 AM. Clothes were washed daily and ironed!! Thank you Brian. Your house and service was amazing! We will certainly be coming back!!!

Great location... details could use improvement

The house was in a beautiful location and view could not be beat. The bedrooms were large and perfect for each couple to have their own space. * - The house itself had a few issues but nothing we could not overlook. * - The jacuzzi did not work (awaiting part from US);* - Dining chairs were pretty dirty;* - The laundry room was stuffed full of linens and towels piled up throughout (including in the washer and dryer) rendering it unusable without moving all of that;** - Our last morning in the house, the housecleaner showed up at 7am (checkout was 11). When they realized we were there and moving around, they went and sat in the laundry room and began blaring music. We asked them if they could turn it down, they did but they then went out on the back patio area and laid down in the lounge seat. It was disruptive and not a peaceful final morning enjoying the house and views that we had hoped for. * - The driver Bob that transported us to/from the airport was fantastic. Very friendly and was able to take us to the grocery on our way into town to get some essentials. - Important to note here that the house is HIGH up. You will need a rental car or Bob because it is a hike to get anywhere.* - The Chef and her Staff (son and daughter) were an absolute delight and the food they prepared was delicious. I highly recommend adding a few meals with them onto your stay. Overall this was a pleasant stay and we would book here again.
