Our experience at the Aguadilla house was fantastic! The house is directly across the street from the ocean. It has a partially covered, spacious, and comfortable rooftop deck. We had amazing views of the boardwalk with beautiful palm trees and sunsets over the ocean. We also enjoyed bananas from the trees in the backyard. The home is extremely well-equipped, clean, and safe. The location is excellent. You can walk to beaches, several good restaurants, and shops in the square. The host is helpful, friendly, welcoming, and available 24/7, if needed for any reason. He definitely thought of everything to make our visit very enjoyable. We would definitely return.

The experience was wonderful. The house exceeded our expectations, and the owner's hospitality was outstanding. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets on the terrace, a backyard with fresh fruit, walks to the town center, easy access to restaurants and shops, and beaches everywhere you look. In my opinion, it's the perfect spot. Clean, comfortable, centrally located, well-equipped, and very safe.

Ms. Alexandra and her family members are among the best guests we have ever had. Very amiable, outstanding manners, excellent communicators and above all, they are among the nicest guests that have stayed with us. Talking to Ms. Alexandra is and was a very enjoyable conversation: Full of happiness , great attitude and a continuous show of appreciation for the quality of the house, how much they loved the place and always expressing their gratitude toward us and our maintenance and cleaning team (the unseen hero’s of our place). Her attitude really made us feel great and motivates us to keep doing our best all the time for her and those to come. It has been an honor to have them as our guests and we strongly recommend them to any future host! They will always be welcome in our house!!!

Everything about this house was great!! It is located right across the street from the ocean and has a great rooftop deck which allows for great views. Part of the deck is covered and part open, so you have the option of soaking up the rays or not. In addition to that, there is really nice outdoor furniture and even a bathroom (on the deck).The house itself has an electronic gate and security system. There is also a parking space inside the gate. The house is spacious with modern furnishings and is extremely clean. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. There is also a nice back yard with banana trees and other tropical fruit. The location is great and you can walk to beaches, restaurants and shops. The host is absolutely wonderful and is always available to help if needed. He has definitely thought of everything that you need for a great stay. We had a wonderful time here and plan to return next year.

Beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace in the evening to watch sunsets. Nice backyard with beautiful trees. There is a long walkway along the ocean. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants from the house. Very safe location.

Beautiful Aguadilla!

Snr Albert (Francisco) was available with any questions and a lot of helpful information about the house and the area. Aguadilla is chill, the people are friendly, great food everywhere, and the water and palm trees are beautiful! Late March is a great time to visit the island! Horse trail riding on the beach is a highlight and not too far away! kd

Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Vacation

My wife and I stayed here for a week with my two boys (7 and 15). The home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host Mr. Muniz was great, offered advice for local food and was a phone call away if I needed anything. View was amazing, feet away from the beaches. The home is situated right on the boardwalk so expect some vehicle traffic. People and cars with loud music will pass by every so often. It didn't bother me or my family at all, just be aware of it as it does get pretty busy on the weekends. We had a great time and we look forward to coming back!

Lovely place, good communication

We had a lovely stay. The house is a good size and the rooftop was an oasis. There were some small hiccups but Francisco was always just a phone call away and resolved everything as quickly as possible. The only issue I would even mention is that the air conditioner in the primary bedroom is a little sluggish and not a powerful as the one in the living room (which is VERY powerful). Otherwise it's in a great part of town, the beach with the calmest waters is indeed a 5 minute walk away (also they have jet ski rentals at that beach). Plenty of space and kitchen is well stocked, even with some basic seasonings! We had a lovely time. .

Great oceanfront location, walking distance to everything!

We booked Aguadilla Bay house over a year ago and I have no doubt it was truly meant to be. Senor Francisco started reaching out about a month prior to arrival and was so friendly, welcoming, and had such great tips for our travel. Prior to our arrival to Aguadilla, our friend had an unfortunate accident while hiking El Yunque the morning we were supposed to check in necessitating an ER/overnight stay in San Juan. From the minute I notified Senor Francisco, he displayed concern, compassion, and such a caring demeanor and went out of his way to pull a chair out of storage that would assist her the rest of our stay, as well as frequent calls to see how she was doing. Once we arrived, the house was perfect for our stay - truly has anything you could need from a washer/dryer, hairdryer, blender, plenty of dishes/cups/utensils, beach towels/chairs, coolers, and also some small beach toys. We learned very quickly that this rental is located on the strip of Aguadilla, centrally located and walking distance to all of the bars/restaruants/shops. For anyone seeking surfing, right in front of the house is where all the locals put their boards in and caught some pretty good waves! With our friends circumstances, we did not get to do everything as planned, but are already deciding when to go back. We enjoyed watching from the rooftop and the sunsets are breathtaking. Thank you to Senor Francisco for allowing us to stay in your home! We look forward to returning in the future!

Francisco and his wife Norma are the sweetest people in the world!! I think of them as family after being in their home! I'm disabled so I wish I would have rented a car for the entire stay so I could have explored beautiful Puerto Rico more.. but I would definitely stay at Francisco's again if I get the chance to go back to Aguadilla.. The view from the balcony is gorgeous!! It's very safe, has a security gate, etc.. Netflix, & other TV options.. their are two bathrooms which was nice, the beds are comfortable, and it's nice to have access to a washer & dryer.. The mosquitoes loved me (too much lol) no matter what kind of spray I used.. so definitely stock up on that.. I didn't get to try the fruit in the backyard, but I loved seeing geckos running around lol:) I was sad to see the damage hurricane Maria left 😢; the kid (kelvin) who drove us around told me some sad stories!! It broke my heart.. if you don't rent a car, I would suggest Kelvin!! He's a good kid & likes to show you around or go the extra mile for you.. The blender blew up on me, & Francisco ordered another one immediately; that was sweet.. They are pretty well stocked with spices, paper plates, towels, etc.. SO that was nice, too!! I would highly recommend this home for anyone going to Aguadilla.. the view is stunning!! Could not ask for better hosts.. remember to read the instruction manual, it is very detailed and was very helpful.. you couldn't ask for better hosts!! Charming space, strategically located, perfect for families!

This charming, extremely clean home slept our family of 5 with no problems. Each bedroom has its's own air conditioning mini-split unit, so keeping the bedrooms comfortable and temperature-controlled was a breeze. The house features 2.5 bathrooms which are perfect for personal space when getting ready in the mornings and going out in the evenings. The outside shower is an added bonus, to keep sand out of the house. There is a big screen TV with Netflix for those nights when you just need to relax from a long day in the sun. I should note the house does not have an oven. However, there is a range top and a toaster oven that fits a pizza or any other food item you could imagine. This home is beautifully decorated with a nautical/coastal theme. I really appreciated the high-end bedding and towels used within the home. As an added bonus the house came equipped with large and small coolers, beach towels, a washer and dryer (which is a must-have on vacation), and an entire upper deck area with a grill, a sink, and a half bathroom. Every amenity you could ask for was in the kitchen from a blender to a deep fryer to a large refrigerator to a dishwasher. The house is strategically located right across from the water so the views are amazing. The house has a security system on the outside including a remote-controlled locking driveway gate. We always felt safe and secure. The driveway will fit two smaller cars, or in our case, one large van. With a larger vehicle, I would suggest you let your passengers out on the driveway, before pulling into the gated area. The communication with the owner was amazing! He was very responsive when our flight arrived late and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure our trip to Puerto Rico was spectacular. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

We have been operating our rental house for over seven years. Numerous families and different ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. We have had many great guests. However, this time we can honestly said that Ms. Rebecca and her family member can definitively be signally out as the very best we have ever have.Future Host: This family are the best guests we have ever have since we started operations. Amazing location, wonderful house

Perfect little house. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful sunset views. Super comfy with tons of amenities. Owner was very accommodating and always making sure we were well taken care of.

Great place with amazing views of the ocean!

Great place that was just as listed. Owner was extremely accommodating. View from roof top patio was amazing! Very close to anything you could need. Located on great boardwalk with vendors on the weekend. Only downside was dogs barking at times next door and stray cats. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, spectacular sunsets, accessible host

I stayed three weeks at this property and the experience was wonderful. There was a major water issue that affected three cities, Aguadilla being one of them, but the owner, when notified of the problem, acted quickly and was in constant contact with me to make sure it did not negatively affect my stay at his house. The neighbors were very friendly as well. The owner knew exactly how much contact with me, the tenant, was enough without being obtrusive and always made me feel like his house was mine during the time I was there.

Beautiful property and location!

The home is very well appointed with many amenities. The upstairs outdoor patio was our favorite gathering spot! The host was so kind and helpful and offered to be available at any time of day. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend! I would rent again if we return!

Christmas trip

The house is very nice and comfortable. And has all the things you need with the exception of a hair dryer. The upper deck is a great place to unwind and see the ocean. The internet was spotty, which was not good for the kids, but if you’re there to see the beautiful beaches, it won’t matter much. Be prepared for cars playing loud music at night while cruising the strip in front of the house. It seemed to stop around 11PM. The neighbor has dogs that would bark. It seemed to get better over the stay or we got more used to it. The neighbor, Pablo, was nice and apologetic about the dogs barking. I think he tried to keep them calm. The area is a great place to visit and I would highly recommend staying here. The host is very responsive and helpful.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The owner was very attentive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He allowed us to enjoy the fruits from the backyard trees. The rooftop terrace had amazing views and we enjoyed the sunsets every evening from up there. A short walking distance to the beach and several restaurants nearby made it a good location. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful house. The rooftop deck was extremely enjoyable and the house is a very cool 100 plus year old house. Many beaches within walking distance - and the view was wonderful. The owner of the property is extremely helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend for family stays. Kids bunk bed rooms were great. Fruit trees in backyard fun. Wonderful overall!

House was GREAT!

Francisco and Tito were there for anything if you needed, but we didn’t need anything. House had everything. Great location. The view from the deck was enjoyed everyday. Can’t wait to return. Thank you guys!
