While the condo was spacious we ran into a leaking problem with air conditioner that resulted in wet carpet and smells. The dishwasher did not seem to work well and we had trouble with the front door lock . The pool was nice but no one could use it. The host was very attentive and kind however we did have these issues that caused our family to leave earlier then planned

Nice to hear that the condo was spacious, for your family. We had a HVAC technician come , as soon as possible, to repair the air conditioner. True some of the basement hallway carpet was damp but no smell was noticeable by my cleaning lady on Friday. The dishwasher , is old, but does still wash and clean. The keyless entry door lock, was just installed in May and works correctly. The correct button needed to be used, to unlock and lock door. As far , as the pool UNAVAILABLE, is unfortunate. I was not aware that the pool was not going to be closed due to contractor, pool company and the state inspector. The brand new pool was completed late last summer. Hope you still were able to enjoy Northern Michigan.

Very clean. Clear instructions on how to get in and what to do when leaving. Great location for skiing at Nubs or Boyne. Condo had everything we needed to make dinner and have a comfortable stay.

Perfect getaway

Great place for a golf group

This is an excellent place to stay on a golf trip to the Harbor Springs area. The five of us felt so comfortable, the living area was great and there were so many bathrooms!!! We would definitely recommend this clean and friendly condo and it's owner, Tracy.

Great Location

Spacious condo, plenty of comfortable seating, lovely deck and furniture, well equipped kitchen, accommodates 4-5 adults and children. Easy access to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, golf courses and skiing.

Setting of property is lovely. Condo is equipped with everything needed for preparing a meal. The deck is beautiful and seating is plentiful for 9 people. Pickle ball, tennis courts are awesome. One big disappointment was that the pool was not open and was advertised as one of the amenities making it the main reason we rented the condo. The basement living area is lovely but needs a real door separating the bedroom from the bathroom. There is almost zero privacy when using the bathroom. Finally, the stairs make it a bit difficult for older people as there is no bedroom on the main floor. Because I am a senior citizen I I did not love all the stairs and would not rent this condo again. Younger people would definitely love the setup of the condo.

I would have to agree that our condo is very well equipped for several guests to enjoy. Our condo definitely has several stairs but on our website, with pictures, it shows that bedrooms are upstairs, with one downstairs. It is very unfortunate and disappointing about the brand new pool, unfortunately I have no control over this situation, I did give her a refund, of some sort. The bedroom downstairs is divided , with curtains, from the living area and the bathroom has bifold doors.

Always a great time!

We've stayed at Tracy's place several times, and we always wish to return! Her home is clean, warm, and in a perfect location. She is friendly and responsive and we cannot wait to book another trip to one of our favorite Michigan destinations.

So clean!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Quiet, serene, and the perfect place for our family to relax for a week. Lots of spaces for the teenagers to hang out too. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again in the future. The host was exceptionally quick to respond to our messages and easy to work with as well. Fabulous experience!

Petoskey fun

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this large townhouse. It was close to the state park and we drove to Mackinac City to take the ferry to Mackinac Island for the day.
