From the first time we set foot on the island, we fell in love with the friendly paradise island of St. Martin. This year, pamper yourself in a spacious & beautiful 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom penthouse at Oyster Bay. Because it sleeps 4, it is perfect for families and friends, and staying here will take your experience of St. Maartin to the next level.

This luxury week rental is located on the friendly island of St Maarten, right on the edge of the Dutch side which borders with the French side of the island. Once you park your car in the parking lot, it's a quick ride up the modern elevator to your floor. As you open the door you are greeted with refreshing cool air from the AC as you step onto cool marbling flooring. As you walk in you pass the kitchen area into the dining/family room, with the view of the ocean ahead of you. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom which connects to the master bedroom which also has access to the first level balcony. Our favorite part of this vacation is the penthouse deck, which features a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, a bar area, a bbq grill, and a breathtaking ocean view. The bathrooms feature a separate shower and bathtub with toiletries. Carefully tucked away in the kitchen is a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Behind the breakfast bar seats is the dining room table and a large couch area that offers breathtaking views of the ocean & St. Barts island via the balcony and plenty of space for everyone to be able to enjoy movies on the large flat screen tv. When you sleep in the master bedroom, checking the weather and soaking up the view first thing in the morning has never been easier with the private master bedroom balcony. But your slice of paradise extends beyond the penthouse.

At your disposal are the eminities of the hotel which includes a small gym, restaraunt on the property, and a beach area.

The Beach: Excellent private beach with free beach lounge chairs included.

The Pool: HUGE pool! Great for kids to have fun, but also big enough for adults to avoid getting splashed and enjoy their own time in the water. If lounging around in a chair the pool is not your thing, maybe you would enjoy a drink at the bar. After a refreshing swim, it’s always nice to sit in the whirlpool or grab some lunch at the beach cafe.
