How cool that you were here for the Tour of Homes! A lot of people came this year to check out Mount Gretna's historic cottages! Thanks for being awesome guests - please come again soon!

This cottage really has the ideal location in Campmeeting! We love to hear that you took advantage of the local restaurants and attractions within walking distance - something our guests love the most about Mount Gretna!

THANK YOU FOR THE 5-STAR REVIEW, MATTHEW!

Thanks so much for the 5-star review, Amy! Mount Gretna's Hideaway Restaurant, Porch & Pantry & Jigger Shop Ice Cream Parlor are all within comfortable walking distance from the cottage - we are so glad you took advantage of our local restaurants!

Thank you, Ray! We keep our listings as up-to-date and accurate as possible. We love that you came with your grandsons, and that they enjoyed themselves, too! The porch on "Linger Long," is a guest favorite. Please bring them again next year.

Mount Gretna has so much to explore - from the restaurants and ice cream parlor to hiking trails and the lake and beach - all within walking distance - we really have everything here! Thanks for being great guests!

You picked a great cottage for your trip, right down the road from the Rennaissance Faire! Mount Gretna is a very popular choice for travelers coming to Lebanon, PA, and we are so glad you can see why. Small town charm with big city amenities so close by. We would absolutely love for you to visit again!

Thank you for such a kind review, Lisa! We love to welcome returning guests back to Mount Gretna - we are so glad you enjoyed yourselves at our cottage and hope you come again!

Thanks for the great review, Shari. It's fantastic that something as simple as a walk around the village is enjoyed so much by guests. It sounds like you had a great vacation. Please come again!

Thanks for the 5-star review, Rachel! Mount Gretna is quiet, and very relaxing - we agree. The porch at this cottage is perfect for soaking it all in. Please come again soon!

Thanks for the 5-star review, Casey. This cottage really does have a "cozy" feel to it, yet still feels spacious with four bedrooms upstairs. We are always happy to hear the weather is nice. Mount Gretna is known for its porches, and we want guests to spend as much time as possible on them! Please come again soon.

We love that your family has made Mount Gretna a tradition! Thanks for being great guests, and for the 5-star review. We look forward to having you and your family again!

We love that you used the cottage's name, "Linger Long," in your review! This is a great-sized cottage, one of the larger ones in Campmeeting with four large bedrooms - plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Thanks for being great guests - please come again soon!

The porches in the area are what Mount Gretna is all about! We love that you were able to enjoy it. We would definitely love to host you again anytime! Glad that we were able to accommodate your family during your travels to the dance competition. Please come again soon!

This cottage really does have a great porch - with an outdoor dining table too! Very peaceful and relaxing. We would love for you to come again anytime!

What a fantastic review of the cottage, Mount Gretna & Penn Realty! Thank you so much. We love to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and hope your competition went well! We would love to host you & your group anytime - thanks for being great guests.

"Linger Long" is a historic Campmeeting cottage, built in 1920! We love to hear that you read the Guest Book, and left your own story, too! Thanks for the 5-star review, Ken, and for being great guests.

Thanks for the detailed, 5-star review, Celia! Yes, this cottage is historic, over one hundred years old - part of its charm, for sure! We are glad you found our instructions helpful and were able to find the cottage easily, too - this one has a great location.

We love to hear that you and your friends had a good time! We will pass along your recommendation for an additional ac unit upstairs. I can see how that might be needed on the extremely hot days. Thanks for the 5-star review, Lawrence, and for being great guests.

Thank you very much, Ellen. We understand the inconvenience it may cause to some travelers, bringing sheets and towels. We are looking into offering a linen package in the near future. We currently offer linens at several of our cottages and are working towards all of them. We appreciate your sweet offer to donate your linens and hope you will come back again soon.

Thanks a lot for leaving a review, Michelle. The living room style porches are what Mount Gretna is all about! There is furniture for six to sit in the living room of this cottage, but we understand it may seem smaller to larger groups. We love to hear you took advantage of the large porch - lots of space to spread out and relax or enjoy a meal together at the outdoor dining table. Thank you very much for your suggestions, and for being great guests. We will take a look at the master bedroom mattress as soon as possible and will thoroughly check for any lingering cobwebs. This cottage had just opened up for the season prior to your stay and being historic, dust accumulates quickly. Extra attention will be spent. Penn Realty has a variety of cottages throughout Mount Gretna and would love to have you come again and check out another one!

What a great way of describing this cottage, "very individualized family space." It is unique, for sure, with so much history. How cool that you found framed photographs of your grandmother's childhood friend! I absolutely love that. Thanks so much for sharing. We would love for you to come again soon!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, Diane. The owner was notified right away about the railings and step and repairs are scheduled for this week. The wing chair, while older, is still functional, but will be replaced at the end of this season. We are surprised your teenagers were scared upstairs! Perhaps nightlights when traveling would be helpful.
