We've rented larger VRBO properties on the Baytowne golf course in the Sandestin Resort area in the past...and 466 Linkside Village was the best. It was perfect size for our family of 5 and the back deck (with soaking pool) on the small lake was so much better than being on a golf course. Very tranquil and private and perfect for morning coffee or afternoon read. We also enjoyed the provided golf cart (which is a must in this area) and the proximity to the ocean. Great property we will book again in the future!

There were pros and cons about this property. The pros were it was very comfortable, good location, a/c worked nicely(April), clean restrooms and floors and it came with a golf cart. The cons were the pool was dirty(we wouldn’t get in it), the price was relatively high for such an old unit, the back patio was in need of updating, the lawn furniture needed updating, some kitchen pots were dirty, dryer didn’t dry well, tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi so we couldn’t log into our apps, golf cart is old but worked well. Overall, we were comfortable but would not rent this unit again.

A beautiful place

We just spent 2 nights at this house and it was wonderful!! It was even better than what we anticipated. The plunge pool was a big hit after a long day at the beach, and we loved sitting on the deck watching the turtles and ducks.

Very nice gated neighborhood with a golf course and small private pool. The house was equipped with all the necessary facilities. Check in and check out was simple. I wish the entry to the gated community was more detailed in the booking but the security handled it well. The golf cart was perfect for a quick ride to the beach.

Lovely Place, lovely area

Great house in a really excellent area. The little pool on the deck was excellent. Overall we would definitely come again. Only small issues: Some areas looked a little tired, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult.

Perfect place for a getaway!

Loved the stay! My favorite part was the back patio and the small pool. I also loved the property pools in the area. Can get around the property by the golf cart! It was perfect! I also love that the turtles know when you are on the balcony! Hahaha! Take a little fish food or something, they love the treats!

Great stay

Overall great location and nice rental home. No major issues of concern with stay. Good cost-value proposition. Could use some updated fry pans and beach gear, but not a detractor from overall experience.

Location, location, location!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the perfect spot for our family, we didn't want to go home. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. We loved touring the area in the golf cart, Baytowne Wharf was close by and so much fun. Our kids enjoyed the plunge pool, great for the whole family. We would highly recommend and love to come back sometime!

Beautiful property

The house is in a great location, and it has everything you need. The property management communicates well, check in was a breeze! The pool is great, and the golf cart makes everything super convenient. There’s so many amenities you don’t need to leave the community! We will be back to stay again in the future!

Honeymoon

The unit was clean. I would have liked to be closer to the beach, but the wading pool was a very nice feature.

The home was just as stated. Loved waking up looking over the pond from master bedroom, living room and deck. We never had to leave the community. My mother and father in law enjoyed the stay, we all were relaxed and enjoyed our stay! We definitely will book again! The Host was more then accommodating.
